Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mechanical dust removal, in particular to a dust storage box of a dust collector.
Background
At present, a vacuum cleaner has become an essential household appliance in every home. When the dust collector works, the motor in the dust collector main machine rotates at a high speed, air in the dust collector main machine is continuously discharged to the outside, certain vacuum is generated in the dust collector main machine, so that the air is continuously sucked from the air suction port, dust is sucked into the dust collector along with the air, the dust is remained in the dust storage box of the dust collector through the filtering device of the dust collector, and clean air is discharged. The existing dust storage box mostly adopts the cyclone separation technology, dust-containing air flows to a secondary cyclone separation cavity from a filter cover through a primary cyclone separation cavity, the filter cover is easily blocked by garbage with larger volume which is not separated in the primary cyclone separation cavity, the adsorption force of the dust collector is reduced, the dust collection effect is influenced, and the motor can be overloaded and breaks down.

An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and to provide at least the advantages described later.
The invention also aims to provide a dust storage box of a dust collector, which comprises a first separation cavity and a second separation cavity, wherein a partition plate and a hair filter screen are arranged in the first separation cavity, so that large particles, hair and other garbage can be removed, and the filter cover cannot be blocked when the garbage enters the second separation cavity, thereby solving the technical problem that the dust collection effect is influenced because the filter cover is blocked by the garbage.
To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a dust box of a vacuum cleaner, including:
the box body is provided with a first air inlet on the side surface, an air outlet is arranged above the box body, a first separation cavity and a second separation cavity which are mutually independent are arranged in the box body, the first separation cavity is communicated with the first air inlet, and a second air inlet communicated with the first separation cavity is arranged on the second separation cavity;
the partition plate is arranged in the first separation cavity, is close to the first air inlet and is provided with a plurality of shielding plates for shielding solid particles and a plurality of ventilation openings for allowing dust-containing air to pass through;
the hair filter screen is arranged in the first separation cavity and close to the second air inlet;
the cyclone separation cavity is arranged in the second separation cavity, the cyclone separation cavity comprises a primary cyclone separation cavity and a secondary cyclone separation cavity which are communicated with each other, the primary cyclone separation cavity is communicated with the second air inlet, and the secondary cyclone separation cavity is communicated with the air outlet;
the dust collecting barrel is detachably connected below the box body and communicated with the box body;
the dust collection barrel is of a cylindrical hollow structure with an opening at the upper end, a cavity is formed in the dust collection barrel, a partition board for dividing the cavity into a plurality of mutually independent cavities is arranged in the dust collection barrel, and a layer of dust collection sponge is laid at the bottom end of the dust collection barrel.
Preferably, the shielding plates are arranged on one side, close to the first air inlet, of the partition plate, and the shielding plates are arranged obliquely downwards.
Preferably, a plurality of the ventilation openings are arranged in a projection area of the shielding plate on the partition plate.
Preferably, the hair filter screen is obliquely arranged, and the hair slides downwards along the hair filter screen to the dust collection barrel.
Preferably, the primary cyclone separation cavity is semi-cylindrical, a filter cover is arranged in the primary cyclone separation cavity, and dust-containing air flows upwards through the filter cover.
Preferably, the secondary cyclone separation chamber is arranged at the upper end of the primary cyclone chamber, the secondary cyclone separation chamber comprises a plurality of cyclone cones, the upper ends of the cyclone cones are provided with third air inlets, and the third air inlets are communicated with the primary cyclone chamber.
Preferably, an air outlet channel is arranged in the center of the cyclone cone and connected with the air outlet.
Preferably, a filter cotton for filtering dust is arranged at the air outlet.
Preferably, the lower ends of the plurality of cyclone cones are provided with a dust collecting cavity, the dust collecting cavity penetrates through the filter cover and then is communicated with the dust collecting barrel, and dust falls into the dust collecting barrel from the dust collecting cavity through the side wall of the cyclone cone.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the present case can keep apart big solid particulate matter and hair etc. through having set up first separation chamber before the cyclone separation chamber, the dusty air that gets into the cyclone separation intracavity can not block up the filter mantle, be provided with a dust collection bucket simultaneously at the box body lower extreme of dust storage box, the rubbish that separates out through the separation chamber finally falls to the dust collection bucket in, when handling rubbish, only need lift the dust collection bucket lift down wherein rubbish can, need not to lift whole dust storage box off, refuse treatment is more convenient.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings in conjunction with embodiments thereof, so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention with reference to the description.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present disclosure provides a dust storage box of a vacuum cleaner, which integrally includes: the box body 100, the first separation cavity 101, the second separation cavity 102 and the dust collection barrel 300.
The side surface of the box body 100 is provided with a first air inlet 103, an air outlet 201 is arranged above the box body, a first separation cavity 101 and a second separation cavity 102 which are mutually independent are arranged in the box body, and the second separation cavity 102 is provided with a second air inlet 104 communicated with the first separation cavity 101.
And a first separation chamber 101 communicated with the first air inlet 103, wherein the first separation chamber 101 comprises a separation plate 400 and a hair filter 500. The partition board 400 is disposed near the first air inlet 103, when dust-containing air enters the first separation chamber 101 from the first air inlet 103 and first passes through the partition board 400, as shown in fig. 1, the partition board 400 is provided with a plurality of shielding boards 401 and a plurality of ventilation openings 402, the shielding board 401 is disposed on one side of the partition board 400 near the first air inlet 103, the shielding board 401 is disposed obliquely downward, the shielding board 401 is used for separating large solid particles, when the dust-containing air contacts the shielding board 401 on the partition board 400, the large solid particles can be separated from the dust-containing air and slide down along the shielding board 401, the shielding board 401 is provided with a plurality of ventilation openings 402 in a projection area on the partition board 400, the dust-containing air passes through the ventilation openings 402 and then contacts with the hair filter screen 500, the hair filter screen 500 is disposed obliquely near the second air inlet 104, so that hair can slide down along the hair filter screen 500, the hairs in the dust-containing air are blocked and then enter the second separation chamber 102 from the second air inlet 104 through the hair filter screen 500.
The second separation cavity 102 is internally provided with a primary cyclone separation cavity 110 and a secondary cyclone separation cavity which are communicated with each other, the primary cyclone separation cavity 110 is communicated with the second air inlet 104, the primary cyclone separation cavity 110 is semi-cylindrical, dust-containing air enters the primary cyclone separation cavity 110 from the second air inlet 104 and then is converted from linear motion to rotary motion, the dust-containing air generates centrifugal force in the rotating process, dust with mass larger than that of gas overcomes airflow resistance and moves to the inner wall of the primary cyclone separation cavity 110, and once the dust is contacted with the inner wall, the dust loses inertia force and slides downwards along the wall under the drive of gravity and rotary airflow. A filter housing 105 is disposed in the primary cyclonic separating chamber 110, and the filter housing 105 further filters the dust-laden air which flows upwardly through the filter housing 105. The secondary cyclone separation cavity is arranged at the upper end of the primary cyclone separation cavity 110 and comprises a plurality of cyclone cone bodies 107, a third air inlet 108 is formed in the upper end of each cyclone cone body 107, dust-containing air moves upwards to the third air inlet 108 through the filter cover 105 and enters the cyclone cone bodies 107 to form a downward rotating outer cyclone, dust suspended in the outer cyclone moves towards the inner wall of each cyclone cone body 107 under the action of centrifugal force and rotates to the lower part of each cyclone cone body 107 along with the outer cyclone and falls into the dust collection cavity 106 arranged at the lower end of each cyclone cone body 107, purified gas forms an inner cyclone of the upper body and is discharged from an air outlet channel 109 arranged at the center of each cyclone cone body 107, an air outlet 201 is formed above the air outlet channel 109, filter cotton 202 used for further filtering the dust is arranged at the air outlet 201, and the gas is finally discharged from the air outlet 201 after passing through the filter cotton 202.
A dust collecting barrel 300 detachably connected to the lower part of the box body 100, the dust collecting barrel 300 is a cylindrical hollow structure with an opening at the upper end, a cavity is arranged in the dust collecting barrel, the dust collecting barrel 300 is communicated with the box body 100, in order to prevent dust-containing air from directly entering each separation cavity from the dust collecting barrel 300, a partition plate 302 which divides the cavity into a plurality of mutually independent cavities is arranged in the dust collecting barrel 300, the garbage separated from the first separation cavity 101 directly falls into the corresponding cavity in the dust collecting barrel 300, the dust separated from the primary cyclone separation cavity 110 in the secondary separation cavity 102 slides into the corresponding cavity in the dust collecting barrel 300 along the inner wall of the primary cyclone separation cavity 110, the dust separated from the secondary cyclone separation cavity enters into the dust collecting cavity 106, the dust collecting cavity 106 penetrates through the filter cover 105 and is connected with the dust collecting barrel 300, and finally falls into the corresponding cavity in the dust collecting barrel 300 from the dust collecting cavity 106, one deck dust absorption sponge 301 has been laid to the bottom of dust collection bucket 300, and the dust that falls into in dust collection bucket 300 is adsorbed by dust absorption sponge 301, and in the clearance dust collection bucket 300 with dust absorption sponge 301 take out can, compare directly pour the dust and fly everywhere and fall, dust absorption sponge 301 can not cause secondary pollution, and it is also more convenient to clear up.
In the above technical scheme, when the vacuum cleaner starts to work, the dust-containing air firstly enters the first separation chamber 101 through the dust collection pipe, the first separation chamber 101 filters solid particles with larger volume in the dust-containing air, and garbage such as hair, the dust-containing air enters the primary cyclone separation chamber 110 in the second separation chamber 102, the primary cyclone separation chamber 110 filters and separates part of dust in the dust-containing air, the dust-containing air upwards enters the secondary cyclone separation chamber, the dust in the dust-containing air is further separated, the air with little dust is further adsorbed and filtered by the sponge filter 202 when being discharged from the air outlet channel 109, and the clean air is discharged from the air outlet 201.
According to the dust storage box disclosed by the invention, the garbage in the air can be subjected to multi-stage separation, the garbage and the hair which are easy to block and have larger volume are separated firstly and then enter the cyclone separation cavity for separation, the filter cover in the cyclone separation cavity is not easy to block, the dust collection effect is not influenced, meanwhile, the filter effect of the dust storage box is good, the discharged air is cleaner, and the garbage can be more conveniently treated after the dust storage box is used.
