本发明公开了一种政务资料与新闻的智能推荐系统，包括PC客户端、中央处理器、政务新闻数据库、对比模块、网络服务器、分析模块、爬取模块；所述PC客户端包括显示屏、登录注册模块、输入模块、推荐模块，所述登录注册模块用于用户登录与注册，所述输入模块用于用户输入需要查询的政务新闻标题、关键词等；所述政务新闻数据库用于存储政务网站上所需要展示的新闻内容；所述爬取模块用于从网络服务器中爬取各种类型的政务新闻；所述推荐模块则用于向用户推荐其关注或者需要了解的政务新闻相关的信息、资料。本发明的智能推荐系统，能够根据用户搜索或输入过的关键词，从而及时快速的为用户进行新闻、资料的推荐。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种政务网站推荐系统，具体涉及一种政务资料与新闻的智能推荐系统。
背景技术
借助于互联网技术，大数据应用在各个方面持续深化，能够搜集、存储、检索、分析、应用、评估使用各种信息尤其是在人们的生活领域内，给人们的生活带来了很多的便利。比如说推荐类的客户端，可以根据用户的需要和兴趣为用户推荐适合其阅读或感兴趣的内容。
对于一些政务网站来说，经常需要发布很多政策新闻、考试信息、成绩查询等一系列的新闻以及资料咨询，用户在该网站上查询信息的时候就需要从一堆的新闻中去寻找自己需要的，这样不便于用户的快速获取信息，同时还有可能因为误看或漏看导致错失重要的一些信息，造成一些无法挽回的损失。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中存在的问题，提供了一种政务资料与新闻的智能推荐系统，能够根据用户搜索或输入过的关键词，看过的新闻标题，从而分析出用户最可能需要寻找哪方面的新闻资讯，从而及时快速的为用户进行推荐，这样不仅能够节省用户的时间，同时还能够避免用户在自己搜寻中漏看或错看的情况。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现：
一种政务资料与新闻的智能推荐系统，包括PC客户端、中央处理器、政务新闻数据库、对比模块、网络服务器、分析模块、爬取模块；所述PC客户端包括显示屏、登录注册模块、输入模块、推荐模块，所述显示屏用于用户使用该系统，所述登录注册模块用于用户登录与注册，所述输入模块用于用户输入需要查询的政务新闻标题、关键词等；所述政务新闻数据库用于存储政务网站上所需要展示的新闻内容；所述爬取模块用于从网络服务器中爬取各种类型的政务新闻，并通过对比模块和分析模块来分析政务网站中政务新闻数据库里没有的政务新闻、资料，并将这些政务新闻、资料存放到政务新闻数据库中；所述推荐模块则用于向用户推荐其关注或者需要了解的政务新闻相关的信息、资料。
本发明的智能推荐系统，能够根据用户搜索或输入过的关键词，看过的新闻标题，从而分析出用户最可能需要寻找哪方面的新闻资讯，从而及时快速的为用户进行推荐，这样不仅能够节省用户的时间，同时还能够避免用户在自己搜寻中漏看或错看的情况。通过登录注册模块进入到政务网站中，然后从输入自己想要查看的新闻内容、关键词等，通过分析模块和对比模块从而对用户输入的管检测等进行分析筛选，从政务新闻数据库中提取出用户需要的新闻为其推荐，若是用户是第二次或者后续登入，则系统会自动根据用户上次的输入信息为其匹配相关的新闻信息进行推荐，例如第一次用户对考试进行了搜索，则用户下一次登陆后，则会自动为用户推荐有关该考试的其他相关的新闻如报名时间的新闻、考试时间的新闻、缴费新型、成绩查询等一系列相关的新闻资讯。
所述中央处理器的型号为IBM power8、Intel xeon e7或nVIDIA Tesla中的一种。
所述PC客户端中还包括记录模块，用于记录用户查询的关键词、标题等。
所述政务新闻数据库包括政务网站数据库和爬取资料数据库，所述政务新闻数据库用于存储政务网站自身发布的新闻，所述爬取资料数据库则存储一些爬取模块从网上爬取到的其他政务新闻。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有如下的优点和有益效果：
1、本发明一种政务资料与新闻的智能推荐系统，能够根据用户搜索或输入过的关键词，看过的新闻标题，从而分析出用户最可能需要寻找哪方面的新闻资讯，从而及时快速的为用户进行推荐，这样不仅能够节省用户的时间，同时还能够避免用户在自己搜寻中漏看或错看的情况；
2、本发明一种政务资料与新闻的智能推荐系统，中央处理器的型号为IBMpower8、Intel xeon e7或nVIDIA Tesla中的一种，所述PC客户端中还包括记录模块，用于记录用户查询的关键词、标题等；
3、本发明一种政务资料与新闻的智能推荐系统，政务新闻数据库包括政务网站数据库和爬取资料数据库，所述政务新闻数据库用于存储政务网站自身发布的新闻，所述爬取资料数据库则存储一些爬取模块从网上爬取到的其他政务新闻。

本发明一种政务资料与新闻的智能推荐系统，包括PC客户端、中央处理器、政务新闻数据库、对比模块、网络服务器、分析模块、爬取模块；所述PC客户端包括显示屏、登录注册模块、输入模块、推荐模块，所述显示屏用于用户使用该系统，所述登录注册模块用于用户登录与注册，所述输入模块用于用户输入需要查询的政务新闻标题、关键词等；所述政务新闻数据库用于存储政务网站上所需要展示的新闻内容；所述爬取模块用于从网络服务器中爬取各种类型的政务新闻，并通过对比模块和分析模块来分析政务网站中政务新闻数据库里没有的政务新闻、资料，并将这些政务新闻、资料存放到政务新闻数据库中；所述推荐模块则用于向用户推荐其关注或者需要了解的政务新闻相关的信息、资料。

1.一种政务资料与新闻的智能推荐系统，其特征在于，包括PC客户端、中央处理器、政务新闻数据库、对比模块、网络服务器、分析模块、爬取模块；所述PC客户端包括显示屏、登录注册模块、输入模块、推荐模块，所述显示屏用于用户使用该系统，所述登录注册模块用于用户登录与注册，所述输入模块用于用户输入需要查询的政务新闻标题、关键词等；所述政务新闻数据库用于存储政务网站上所需要展示的新闻内容；所述爬取模块用于从网络服务器中爬取各种类型的政务新闻，并通过对比模块和分析模块来分析政务网站中政务新闻数据库里没有的政务新闻、资料，并将这些政务新闻、资料存放到政务新闻数据库中；所述推荐模块则用于向用户推荐其关注或者需要了解的政务新闻相关的信息、资料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种政务资料与新闻的智能推荐系统，其特征在于，所述中央处理器的型号为IBM power8、Intel xeon e7或nVIDIA Tesla中的一种。
