Abstract
The invention provides an integrated gas roots flowmeter case; comprising the following steps: a filter and a gas roots flowmeter positioned in the box body, wherein the filter and the gas roots flowmeter are fixed in the box body by adopting a pipeline positioning hoop; the air outlet of the air inlet pipeline is connected with the air inlet of the filter, the air outlet of the filter is connected with the air inlet of the gas roots flowmeter through a U-shaped connecting pipe, and the air inlet of the air outlet pipeline is connected with the air outlet of the gas roots flowmeter; the air inlet of the air inlet pipeline is positioned at the outer side of the upper end face of the box body, and the air outlet of the air outlet pipeline is positioned at the outer side of the upper end face of the box body. The invention adopts the air inlet pipeline and the air outlet pipeline which are arranged at the upper end of the box body, so that the pipeline connection is very convenient when the diaphragm gas meter is installed and replaced on site, the allocation of an elbow is reduced, and the pressure loss value of the whole equipment can be greatly reduced; and because the connection is more convenient, the actual installation height of the box body can be positioned according to the visual field requirement of daily meter reading.

According to the existing gas roots flowmeter box, the general design is a mode of lower inlet and lower outlet; however, this design has the following problems: most of the existing gas pipelines are higher in design and installation, and the traditional flowmeter pipelines are more troublesome to wind from the upper side;
the integrated gas flow meter box adopts the gas inlet and outlet which are preferentially arranged above the box body, so that the pipeline connection is very convenient when the membrane gas meter is installed and replaced on site, the allocation of an elbow is reduced, and the pressure loss value of the whole equipment can be greatly reduced.
Preferably, the U-shaped connecting pipe is provided with an impurity storage chamber and a switch with a plug as a sewage draining interface, and the impurity storage chamber and the switch with the plug are sequentially arranged at the lower part of the U-shaped connecting pipe. Because the air inlet mode of the filter goes in and out from top to bottom, after slight particle impurities pass through the filter screen of the filter, the impurity storage chamber is arranged below the U-shaped pipe below the filter, and impurities and fine garbage inside the pipeline can be timely removed by using the arranged switch with the plug as a sewage discharging interface, so that the pollution and the service life of the filter caused by the accumulation of the slight particle impurities inside the filter are avoided.

(10) According to the invention, the water blocking combination plate is adopted to seal the air inlet and the air outlet at the upper part of the box body, so that outdoor rainwater can not enter the box body from the upper part during outdoor installation, and even if slight rainwater enters the box body, the shutter is arranged at the lower part of the box body, so that the rainwater can be discharged in time.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the present invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that variations and modifications could be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the inventive concept. These are all within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
This embodiment relates to an integrated gas roots flowmeter case, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, comprising: a filter 3 and a gas roots flowmeter 8 which are positioned in the box body, wherein the filter 3 and the gas roots flowmeter 8 are fixed in the box body by a pipeline positioning hoop 7;
the air outlet of the air inlet pipeline 1 is connected with the air inlet of the filter 3, the air outlet of the filter 3 is connected with the air inlet of the gas roots flowmeter 8 through a U-shaped connecting pipe 4, and the air inlet of the air outlet pipeline 11 is connected with the air outlet of the gas roots flowmeter 8;
the air inlet of the air inlet pipeline 1 is positioned at the outer side of the upper end face of the box body, and the air outlet of the air outlet pipeline 11 is positioned at the outer side of the upper end face of the box body.
According to the existing gas roots flowmeter box, the general design is a mode of lower inlet and lower outlet; however, this design has the following problems: most of the existing gas pipelines are higher in design and installation, and the traditional flowmeter pipelines are more troublesome to wind from the upper side;
the gas flow meter box related to the embodiment is arranged above the box body by adopting the gas inlet and outlet preferentially, so that the pipeline connection is very convenient when the diaphragm gas meter is installed and replaced on site, the elbow is reduced, and the pressure loss value of the whole equipment can be greatly reduced.
Further, the U-shaped connecting pipe 4 is provided with an impurity storage chamber 5 and a switch with a plug as a sewage draining interface 6, and the impurity storage chamber 5 and the switch with a plug as the sewage draining interface 6 are sequentially arranged at the lower part of the U-shaped connecting pipe 4. Because the air inlet mode of the filter 4 goes in and out from top to bottom, after slight particulate impurities pass through the filter screen of the filter 4, the impurity storage chamber 5 is arranged below the U-shaped connecting pipe below the filter and can timely remove impurities and fine garbage in the pipeline by using the arranged switch with the plug as the sewage discharging interface 6, thereby avoiding the pollution and the service life of the filter 4 caused by the accumulation of the slight particulate impurities in the filter.
Further, the front and rear faces of the box body are of door expansion structures, and meter reading observation windows are arranged on the doors, so that meter reading data are convenient.
Further, the flowmeter head 9 is arranged on the gas roots flowmeter 8, and the flowmeter head 9 is rotatable for 350 degrees.
Furthermore, the left side and the right side of the box body are of a door expansion structure, and the left side and the right side of the box body can release an internal locking device (a bolt or a door lock) after the box door is opened, so that the left side and the right side can be expanded, the overhaul space is enlarged, and convenience is provided for daily maintenance.
Further, a pressure taking port 2 with a valve for locking is arranged on the air inlet pipeline 1, so that the pipeline air inlet pressure of the air inlet can be conveniently monitored at any time, and pressure data support is provided for troubleshooting of daily operation.
