本发明涉及一种净化因子发生器的制备方法,该方法是在支承体上涂装由浆料原料、保湿剂原料、超声波喷雾剂原料混配构成稀有金属亲水镀层,并按时间段批次地实施浸涂、烘干、雾化、风干作业,最终制成支撑体其表体具有光触媒层的净化因子发生器。在净化因子发生器工作的环境中可持续灭菌、除尘,同样对人体无毒副作用。能广譜地截获杀灭空气中包括军团菌、白葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、黑色变种芽孢及自然菌在内的各类细菌。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光触媒技术领域的空气净化设备的制备方法,具体地说是一种用于空气净化装置中的净化因子发生器的制备方法。
背景技术
一般地说用户选购空气净化器参考的是“Z-Air 100”的标准,而业内测评该类产品则以“GB/18801-2015”为基准以此考量CADR净化器性能、CCM滤网寿命方面来做足功课。据此,当下比较热销的《352X80》、《ACSQ36EHA》《KC-Z380SUV》、《小米2》、《EracleanTower》、《心颐小白2.0》等空气净化器产品均考虑了光触媒技术的应用。
所谓光触媒技术是以利用自然光、人工光谱系制光催化的技术手段将光的能量转化成化学的能量,其益处在于可将大气中的有机物合成或者分解。正如此,在解决空气污染、空气净化的问题上,中国专利文献披露了诸多的光触媒技术应用的案例。
例如,CN204987257U公告了发明名称“一种光触媒净化模块”的专利文献,其主要技术方案是:在箱体内沿单向通风通道的通风方向依次设置有过滤板、第一斜蜂窝板、光源和第二斜蜂窝板,箱体内侧表面、第一斜蜂窝板、第二斜蜂窝板中至少其一具有光触媒层;其积极效果体现在采用不同的LV灯管形成双波照射,促进光电催化反应产生杀菌离子气团快速分解空气中的有害气体及异味。
又例如,CN204830259U公告了发明名称为“光触媒空气净化器过滤网”的专利文献,该过滤网包括外壳、粉尘颗粒过滤网、负离子发生器、活性炭吸附层、高温加热网、纳米醋酸纤维素膜、紫外灯管、镇流器和纳米二氧化钛金属网。其披露的技术方案主要在于通过粉尘颗粒过滤网滤除大颗粒粉尘,通过负离子发生器对空气进行消毒杀菌,通过活性炭吸附层吸收小颗粒物,通过纳米二氧化钛金属网过滤器的催化作用氧化、分解空气中的挥发性有机物。
再例如,CN204973349U公告了发明名称为“一种空气净化机”的专利文献,在该净化机的外壳前面板内侧的外壳内依次设有初级过滤网、高效滤网过滤单元碳复合滤层、纳米光触媒滤网、LV紫外灯、负离子发生器,以及空气质量监测器、红外控制电路等;其披露的技术方案主要在于通过初级过滤网、高效滤网过滤单元碳复合滤层、纳米光触媒滤网、LV紫外灯、负离子发生器分别对空气中的小至0.3微米的各种菌团及杂质、大分子颗粒物等进行过滤、除臭杀菌,并对空气进行净化;而且,通过空气质量监测器、红外控制电路可对空气净化机实时动态监控。
仅以上文献披露的技术方案足以说明在空气净化领域光触媒技术的应用已十分普及化了。
然而,方兴未艾的事物总是以不断的创新刷写着提高产品质量标准的记录。例如,如何在采用高级氧化离子团生成技术的基础上利用双光谱紫外线灯管产生特定波长紫外线和多种稀有金属发生高级氧化还原反应,通过空气生成过氧化物及其带电离子、强氧化自由基及纯态负离子等高级氧化气团,通过中央空调等送风系统,加速空气循环,使其高级氧化气团分布于整个空间,实现全面、快速、主动、安全地去除室内空气中的污染物质,包括化学有害气体及异味、悬浮颗粒物、霉菌等微生物污染物之目的。而达到这一目的的技术手段与产品的制备工艺、产品结构的重新设计息息相关。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于空气净化装置中的净化因子发生器的制备方法,该方法是基于利用双光谱紫外线灯管产生特定波长紫外线能与多种稀有金属发生高级氧化还原反应,通过空气生成过氧化物及其带电离子、强氧化自由基及纯态负离子等高级氧化气团的特性,在空气净化装置中的支撑体上进行稀有金属亲水镀层的作业,以期解决祛除室内空气中的污染物质,包括化学有害气体及异味、悬浮颗粒物、霉菌等微生物污染物的问题。
为此,本发明解决所述问题的技术方案是:一种用于空气净化装置中的净化因子发生器的制备方法,包括净化装置核心部件的整备步骤,其中,所述核心部件包括定制的光谱紫外线石英灯管、PPC高分子材料隔膜层、构成支承体的直通孔铝管;之后按以下步骤制作净化因子发生器:
步骤一,制备在所述直通孔铝管涂装稀有金属亲水镀层:所述的稀有金属亲水镀层是光催化涂层且由浆料原料、保湿剂原料、超声波喷雾剂原料混配构成,其中,所述的浆料原料包括蒸馏水、纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、碳酸钠、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳液、成膜助剂、增稠剂、WO3三氧化钨、SnO2二氧化锡;所述的保湿剂原料包括硅胶、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳胶、氯化钙;所述的超声波喷雾剂原料包括P25二氧化钛、纳米银、纳米二氧化硅、蒸馏水;
步骤二,制备步骤一中的原料浆料、保湿剂原料、超声波喷雾剂原料:
以克计,制备原料浆料:蒸馏水100g、纳米二氧化钛12g、纳米二氧化硅5g、碳酸钠75g、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳液80g、成膜助剂1.5g、增稠剂适量、WO3三氧化钨3g、SnO2二氧化锡3g;
按百分比计,制备保湿剂原料:硅胶80%、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳胶15%、氯化钙5%;
以克计,制备超声波喷雾剂原料:P25二氧化钛12g、纳米银5g、纳米二氧化硅5g、蒸馏水100g;
步骤三,将步骤二中的原料浆料和超声波喷雾剂原料同入进样器中为混料;
步骤四,用超声波分散仪对进样器中的混料进行颗粒分散和解除团聚处理制成浸液浆料;
步骤五,将涂有保湿剂的支承体在制得的浸液浆料中按时间段批次地浸涂、烘干、雾化、风干,最终制成支撑体其表体具有光触媒层的净化因子发生器。
优选的,所述涂有保湿剂的支承体是U型波浪纹铝管。
优选的,所述涂有保湿剂的支承体是V型波浪纹铝管。
优选的,在所述步骤五中将涂有保湿剂的支承体在制得的浸液浆料中的浸涂的次数至少为3次。
优选的,在所述步骤五中将涂有保湿剂的支承体在制得的浸液浆料中的每次浸涂的时间至少为2小时。
优选的,所述步骤五中的烘干步骤是将每次浸涂后的支承体在温度160℃和真空条件下烘干4小时。
优选的,所述步骤五中的雾化步骤是用超声波喷雾发生仪对支承体雾化30分钟。
优选的,所述最终制成支撑体其表体具有光触媒涂层的厚度约为450微米至600微米。
优选的,所述的光谱紫外线石英灯管,其紫外线波长分别为254nm和185nm。
优选的,所述的直通孔铝管其管径为50mm。
相比现有技术,由本发明涉及的制备方法制得的净化因子发生器其作业时的动态积极效果是显而易见的:首先利用广谱紫外线光源所产生不同波段紫外线(波长约为254nm和185nm),攻击亲水镀层目标结构的表面以及激励周围的大气环境。当紫外线能量释放在254nm波长时发出的光子能量频繁激发催化镀层表面并激活生成羟基自由基、超氧离子、氢氧化物、水电过氧化物等;当紫外线能量释放在185nm波长时发出的光子能量足以分裂氧分子形成臭氧气体,所有产生的这种高级氧化气团将与化合物反应,通常不会与其他常见氧化剂反应。羟基自由基(OH)短暂且不稳定,不过他有一个氧化电位高于臭氧、氯、或过氧化氢,从而其不稳定性自然增加他们的反应速度,最终形成二氧化碳和水。而高级净化离子气团工作时能产生高能量、高浓度的离子群,其中正离子能穿透细菌细胞壁,深入细胞壁内部,破坏细胞电解质的平衡,损坏细胞膜,导致细菌的迅速死亡;其中氧离子群具有极强的氧化活性,能使生物大分子如DNA、ANA链断裂,使蛋白分子结构发生变化,从而杀灭微生物。另外,由于在制备净化因子发生器时本发明涉及的浆料原料、保湿剂原料、超声波喷雾剂原料均对人体无毒无任何副作用,在净化因子发生器工作的场合亦能在有人在场的环境中持续灭菌、除尘,同样对人体无毒副作用。能广譜地截获杀灭空气中包括军团菌、白葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、黑色变种芽孢及自然菌在内的各类细菌。

具体实施方式
实践证明,本净化因子发生器产生的高级净化离子气团工作时形成电子(e‐)电洞(h+)对,带负电的电子与氧结合产生负氧离子(O2‐),带正电的电洞与水结合产氢氧自由基(.OH)结果是氧离子的两级分化并吸附中性氧分子形成O2+、O2-、O2等氧聚集的离子群,具有极强的氧化性,可在很短时间内将污染空气中的有害成分氧化分解为CO2和H2O;如释:O2+e(3.6eV)→.O+O;H2O+e(5.09eV)→.OH+H-;O+.OH→.OH2;亦即,活性自由基.OH的氧化电位(2.8eV)比氧化性极强的臭氧的氧化电位(2.07eV)还高出35%。.OH自由基与有机物的反应速度高出几个数量级。而且.OH自由基对氧化污染物的反应是无选择性的,可引发链式反应,直接将污染空气中的大部分有害物质氧化为二氧化碳和水或矿物质。例如,H2S+.OH→HS+H2O;HS+O2+O2++O2-→SO3+H2O;NH3.OH→NH2+H2O;NH2+O2+O2++O2→→NOX+H2O;CH2O+O2++O2→+.OH→H.COOH+H2O;也就是说,一定浓度污染空气中的大部分有害物质能在很短的间内被氧化分解,转化率平均在90%以上。产生的羟基自由基中的氢氧根可与氨气、氧化氮等气体发生化学反应,形成水、氮气等:NH3+OH→NH2+H2O;NH2+OH→HNO;HNO+OH→NO;NO+NH2→N2+H2O;其各自的化学反应是,羟基自由基与甲醛发生化学反应,生成水和二氧化碳:CH4O+6OH‐+6O2→6CO2+6H2O;氢氧根与苯发生化学反应,生成水和二氧化碳:C6H6+6OH‐+6O2→6CO2+6H2O;氧离子和乙醚反应生成水和二氧化碳:C4H10O+2OH‐+7O‐→4CO2+6H2O;羟基自由基能中和尼古丁:C10H14N2+10OH‐+12O+5O2→10CO2+12H20+N2。
因此,结合附图1、2,就不难理解以下实施例描述的本发明涉及的制备净化因子发生器的工艺过程:首先定制紫外线波长分别为254nm和185nm的紫外线灯管6和做为灯管两端缓冲保护垫4、7的PPC高分子隔膜,并筛选管径为50mm的U型波浪纹铝直通孔管或V型波浪纹直通孔铝管做为净化因子发生器的支承体12。之后按以下步骤有序地制作净化因子发生器:
步骤一,制备在所述直通孔铝管涂装稀有金属亲水镀层:所述的稀有金属亲水镀层是光催化涂层且由浆料原料、保湿剂原料、超声波喷雾剂原料混配构成,其中,所述的浆料原料包括蒸馏水、纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、碳酸钠、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳液、成膜助剂、增稠剂、WO3三氧化钨、SnO2二氧化锡;所述的保湿剂原料包括硅胶、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳胶、氯化钙;所述的超声波喷雾剂原料包括P25二氧化钛、纳米银、纳米二氧化硅、蒸馏水;
步骤二,制备步骤一中的原料浆料、保湿剂原料、超声波喷雾剂原料:以克计,制备原料浆料:蒸馏水100g、纳米二氧化钛12g、纳米二氧化硅5g、碳酸钠75g、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳液80g、成膜助剂1.5g、增稠剂适量、WO3三氧化钨3g、SnO2二氧化锡3g;
按百分比计,制备保湿剂原料:硅胶80%、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳胶15%、氯化钙5%;
以克计,制备超声波喷雾剂原料:P25二氧化钛12g、纳米银5g、纳米二氧化硅5g、蒸馏水100g;
步骤三,将步骤二中的原料浆料和超声波喷雾剂原料同入进样器中为混料;
步骤四,用超声波分散仪对进样器中的混料进行颗粒分散和解除团聚处理制成浸液浆料;
步骤五,将涂有保湿剂的支承体在制得的浸液浆料中按时间段批次地浸涂、烘干、雾化、风干,最终制成支撑体其表体具有光触媒层的净化因子发生器。
最佳实施例可以是将涂有保湿剂的支承体在制得的浸液浆料中的浸涂的次数至少为3次;而将涂有保湿剂的支承体在制得的浸液浆料中的每次浸涂的时间至少为2小时;并且,在烘干步骤中应将每次浸涂后的支承体在温度160℃和真空条件下烘干4小时;之后再用超声波喷雾发生仪对支承体雾化30分钟;最后制成支撑体12其表体具有光触媒涂层的厚度限定在450微米至600微米之间。
本发明不仅提供了净化因子发生器的制备方法同时也为空气净化技术领域的业内厂商提供了可供参考、引证的技术标准。例如,依上述实施例的技术方案可以按流程顺序完成净化因子发生器的装配;本发明的净化因子发生器,按结构顺序分为由内至外三层:最里面是广谱紫外线石英灯管,波长185nm和254nm,紫外光照射在最外面金属涂层,产生作用离子;中间层是由光透性能好的ppc高分子材料隔膜层组成,主要用于保护紫外线灯管、防尘以及隔离部分由紫外线灯管产生的臭氧;最外层是轻而耐用的且具有稀有金属亲水镀层的直通孔铝管,主要减少与“镀层”的化学反应、增加反应面积及反射角度,且可利用室内送风系统将净化因子有效扩散。据此,应用当完成(本实施例选用的U型波浪纹铝直通孔管做为)支承体12的涂装后,即可按序装配净化因子发生器:如图2所示,先装配净化因子发生器的里层:将广谱紫外线石英灯管6的头、末两端缓冲保护垫7、4垫于灯管的两端,用灯管固定夹1将灯管固定;将PPC高分子材料隔膜5作为中间层设置在灯管的外围;再将支撑体12设置在中间层的外围做为净化因子发生器的第三层,最后用末端、头端盖板2、9支承体两端封合,再用抽芯铆钉3固定即可。
Claims (10)
1.一种净化因子发生器的制备方法,包括净化装置核心部件的整备步骤,其特征是,所述核心部件包括定制的光谱紫外线石英灯管、PPC高分子材料隔膜层、构成支承体的直通孔铝管;之后按以下步骤制作净化因子发生器:
步骤一,制备在所述直通孔铝管涂装稀有金属亲水镀层:所述的稀有金属亲水镀层是光催化涂层且由浆料原料、保湿剂原料、超声波喷雾剂原料混配构成,其中,所述的浆料原料包括蒸馏水、纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、碳酸钠、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳液、成膜助剂、增稠剂、WO3三氧化钨、SnO2二氧化锡;所述的保湿剂原料包括硅胶、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳胶、氯化钙;所述的超声波喷雾剂原料包括P25二氧化钛、纳米银、纳米二氧化硅、蒸馏水;
步骤二,制备步骤一中的原料浆料、保湿剂原料、超声波喷雾剂原料:
以克计,制备原料浆料:蒸馏水100 g、纳米二氧化钛12
g、纳米二氧化硅5 g、碳酸钠75 g、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳液80 g、成膜助剂1.5 g、增稠剂适量、WO3三氧化钨3 g、SnO2二氧化锡3 g;
按百分比计,制备保湿剂原料:硅胶80%、聚丙烯酸丁酯乳胶15%、氯化钙5%;
以克计,制备超声波喷雾剂原料:P25二氧化钛12g、纳米银5 g、纳米二氧化硅5 g、蒸馏水100
g;
步骤三,将步骤二中的原料浆料和超声波喷雾剂原料同入进样器中为混料;
步骤四,用超声波分散仪对进样器中的混料进行颗粒分散和解除团聚处理制成浸液浆料;
步骤五,将涂有保湿剂的支承体在制得的浸液浆料中按时间段批次地浸涂、烘干、雾化、风干,最终制成支撑体其表体具有光触媒层的净化因子发生器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的净化因子发生器的制备方法,其特征是,所述涂有保湿剂的支承体是U型波浪纹铝管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的净化因子发生器的制备方法,其特征是,所述涂有保湿剂的支承体是V型波浪纹铝管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的净化因子发生器的制备方法,其特征是,在所述步骤五中将涂有保湿剂的支承体在制得的浸液浆料中的浸涂的次数至少为3次。
5.根据权利要求1所述的净化因子发生器的制备方法,其特征是,在所述步骤五中将涂有保湿剂的支承体在制得的浸液浆料中的每次浸涂的时间至少为2小时。
6.根据权利要求1所述的净化因子发生器的制备方法,其特征是,所述步骤五中的烘干步骤是将每次浸涂后的支承体在温度160°C和真空条件下烘干4小时。
7.根据权利要求1所述的净化因子发生器的制备方法,其特征是,所述步骤五中的雾化步骤是用超声波喷雾发生仪对支承体雾化30分钟。
8.根据权利要求1所述的净化因子发生器的制备方法,其特征是,所述最终制成支撑体其表体具有光触媒涂层的厚度约为450微米至600微米。
9.根据权利要求1所述的净化因子发生器的制备方法,其特征是,所述的光谱紫外线石英灯管,其紫外线波长分别为254nm和185nm。
10.根据权利要求1所述的净化因子发生器的制备方法,其特征是,所述的直通孔铝管其管径为50mm。
