Abstract
The invention discloses a bearing with a retainer, comprising: an inner ring having a rolling groove; an outer ring sleeved on the outer periphery of the inner ring and provided with a rolling groove corresponding to the rolling groove, wherein the rolling groove and the rolling groove form a load path; a plurality of balls; the ring-shaped retainer is provided with a plurality of containing holes for the balls, each containing hole is composed of a plurality of corresponding U-shaped half retaining parts, U-shaped openings of the two half retaining parts which are oppositely arranged are staggered, the two half retaining parts are respectively provided with corresponding U-shaped half oil grooves, the two half oil grooves form an oil groove, and a lubricating oil storage space is formed between the balls and the oil groove. The openings of the half-holding parts arranged on the retainer are designed in a mutually staggered manner so as to disturb the flow of the lubricating oil in the containing hole of the retainer, and the design of each half-oil groove can lead the lubricating oil to be reserved in an oil groove storage space formed by the balls and the half-oil grooves so as to lead the balls to be fully lubricated.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a bearing, and more particularly, to a bearing having a retainer.
Background
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the conventional bearing includes an inner ring 1, an outer ring 2, a retainer 3 and a plurality of balls 4, the outer ring 2 is disposed at the periphery of the inner ring 1 at intervals, the retainer 3 is disposed between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, the retainer 3 is composed of two annular sheets 31 having a plurality of recesses 311, the two annular sheets 31 are connected and fixed by a plurality of fasteners G, the recesses 311 of the two annular sheets 31 form a plurality of receiving holes 32 for the balls 4, the balls 4 are rotatably disposed on the retainer 3 in the receiving holes 32 and contact with the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, however, the holding surfaces 321 of the receiving holes 32 are disposed corresponding to the surface profiles of the balls 4, so that no lubricant can be stored between the holding surfaces 321 and the balls 4, the balls 4 contact and rub against the rolling grooves 21 of the rolling grooves 11 and the outer ring 2 of the inner ring 1 during operation, if the friction force is large and the lubricity is poor, the generated friction heat is high, so that the precision and the service life of the bearing are greatly reduced.

An object of the present invention is to provide a bearing with a retainer having a lubricating oil reservoir structure.

a bearing with a retainer, comprising: an inner ring having a rolling groove;
the outer ring is sleeved on the outer periphery of the inner ring and is provided with a rolling groove corresponding to the rolling groove, and the rolling groove form a load path; a plurality of balls; the ring-shaped retainer is provided with a plurality of containing holes for the balls, each containing hole is composed of a plurality of corresponding U-shaped half retaining parts, the U-shaped openings of the two half retaining parts which are oppositely arranged are arranged in a staggered mode, two half retaining parts are respectively provided with corresponding U-shaped half oil grooves, the two half oil grooves form an oil groove, and a lubricating oil storage space is formed between each ball and the oil groove.
Preferably, the half-holding portions are provided with two half-holding surfaces respectively opposite to the housing hole, one end of each half-holding surface is connected to the half oil groove, the other end of each half-holding surface extends in the radial direction and is arranged in a tapered manner, and the two half-holding surfaces of one housing hole form a v shape so as to hold the ball in the housing hole.
Preferably, the semi-oil groove is a quarter circle, and the radius of the circle is 0.5-2 mm.
Preferably, the oil groove is semicircular.
By adopting the structure, the bearing with the retainer is designed by the mutual staggering of the openings of the half retaining parts arranged on the retainer, so that the lubricating oil is disturbed to flow in the containing hole of the retainer, and the lubricating oil can be retained in the oil groove storage space formed by the balls and the half oil grooves by the design of each half oil groove, so that the balls are fully lubricated.
