Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the speaker module housing of the present invention includes an upper case 1, a lower case 2, and a tub 3. The upper shell 1 is provided with a first accommodating cavity 14 and a second accommodating cavity 15, the first accommodating cavity 14 is provided with a first platform groove 11, and the second accommodating cavity 15 is provided with a second platform groove 12. The basin stand 3 is fixedly arranged on the first platform groove 11 so as to seal the first containing cavity 14. The lower housing 2 is fixedly disposed on the second platform slot 12 to close the second accommodating cavity 15. The lower shell 2 and the basin frame 3 are mutually overlapped and fixed. In this way, the upper case 1 is sealed by the tub 3 and the lower case 2 together. On the one hand, the basin frame 3 is directly used for closing the upper shell 1, and the lower part of the basin frame 3 is not required to be closed by a steel plate, so that materials and installation space are saved, and the inner space of the loudspeaker module shell can be increased. On the other hand, because the speaker unit is arranged on the basin frame 3, the lower part of the basin frame 3 is not required to be sealed by a steel plate, and the speaker unit can directly radiate heat outwards from the basin frame 3. Meanwhile, the lower case 2 is closed at the other side of the upper case 1, preferably, the lower case 2 is made of a steel sheet material, and heat dissipated to the outside by the speaker unit can be further dissipated to the outside by the lower case 2. Therefore, the common arrangement of the basin frame 3 and the lower shell 2 can increase the radiating area of the speaker unit, thereby reducing the risk of overhigh temperature caused by untimely heat dissipation of the speaker unit.
Preferably, the periphery of the basin frame 3 is provided with a sunk first pressing edge 31, and the basin frame 3 is adhered and fixed with the first platform groove 11 through the first pressing edge 31. Through setting up first blank 31, can glue on the bottom and the lateral part of first blank 31, also can glue on first platform groove 11 simultaneously, because first blank 31 is the structure of sinking of relative basin frame 3, consequently can avoid the injecting glue to spill over to the surface of basin frame 3. The situation that glue injection on the surface of the basin frame 3 is reduced in glue quantity in scraping and rubbing and the pasting efficiency is lost is avoided, so that the use ratio of glue injection is improved, and the stability and reliability of the adhesion between the basin frame 3 and the upper shell 1 are ensured. Similarly, the edge of the lower shell 2 far away from the basin frame is provided with a sunk second pressing edge 21, and the lower shell 2 is adhered and fixed with the second platform groove 12 through the second pressing edge 21. By providing the second pressing edge 21, glue can be applied to the bottom and the outer side of the second pressing edge 21, and glue can also be applied to the second platform groove 12 at the same time, and since the second pressing edge 21 is of a sinking structure relative to the lower casing 2, glue injection can be prevented from overflowing to the surface of the lower casing 2. The situation that glue injection on the surface of the lower shell 2 is reduced in glue quantity in scratch and lose pasting efficiency is avoided, so that the use ratio of glue injection is improved, and the stability and reliability of bonding between the lower shell 2 and the upper shell 1 are ensured. Further, the lower casing 2 is lapped on the edge of the basin frame 3 and is fixedly adhered to the first pressing edge 31, so that the stability of connection between the lower casing 2 and the basin frame 3 is ensured, and the tightness of the upper casing 1 is improved by adopting a lap joint mode rather than a butt joint mode.
Further preferably, a rounded transition may be employed between the second crimp 21 and the lower shell 2.
Referring to fig. 1, the first platform groove 11 is arranged around the first accommodating cavity 14, and the second platform groove 12 is arranged around the second accommodating cavity 15, so that not only is the occupation of the inner space of the loudspeaker module shell saved, but also the first pressing edge 31 and the second pressing edge 21 can be bonded at the edge, the edge degumming phenomenon is avoided, and the bonding among the basin frame 3, the lower shell 2 and the upper shell 1 is more reliable.
Preferably, a supporting platform 13 is provided between the first platform groove 11 and the second platform groove 12, and the supporting platform 13 is used for supporting one side of the lower housing 2 close to the basin frame 3. Further, the top surface of the supporting platform 13 is in the same plane with the top surface of the first pressing edge 31, so that the supporting and bonding of the lower housing 3 are completed in the same plane. Of course, depending on the amount of glue used, if it is desired to maintain a certain thickness of glue between the lower housing 2 and the first molding edge 31, the top surface of the supporting platform 13 may be slightly higher than the top surface of the first molding edge 31.
Further preferably, the number of the support platforms 13 may be two, and the two support platforms 13 are correspondingly arranged. Of course, the arrangement of the support platform 13 is not limited thereto, and both ends of the support platform 13 may be formed on the lower case so as to support the lower case 2 in the entire width direction thereof.
Based on the above conception, the technical scheme simultaneously protects a loudspeaker module, which comprises the loudspeaker module shell and the loudspeaker monomer accommodated therein, and the loudspeaker module has higher reliability because the loudspeaker module shell is favorable for radiating the monomer, has strong bonding force and good sealing property.
