the upper computer takes out the serial numbers of the articles to be put in storage and the serial numbers of the target light indication areas from the storage instructions, generates an occupied state information record of the cables in the target light indication areas, stores the occupied state information record in a background database, edits the serial numbers of the target light indication areas and the occupied states of the cables into external instructions, and sends the external instructions to the gateway;
the gateway receives and broadcasts the external instruction;
after receiving the external instruction, the article searching device takes out the number of the target light indication area and the cable occupation state from the external instruction, inquires whether the number of the target light indication area is pre-stored in the control circuit, and if so, controls an indication lamp group in the target light indication area to emit a red light signal according to the cable occupation state;
inquiring:
the staff inputs the serial number of the object to be searched on the handheld bar code acquisition instrument, edits the serial number of the object to be searched into a query instruction through the query function of the handheld bar code acquisition instrument, and forwards the query instruction to the upper computer through the gateway;
the upper computer takes out the serial number of the object to be searched from the inquiry instruction, searches the serial number of the target light indication area corresponding to the serial number of the object to be searched in the background database, changes the occupied state information of the cable in the target light indication area into a cable position indication state, edits the serial number of the target light indication area and the cable position indication state into an external instruction and sends the external instruction to the gateway;
the gateway receives and broadcasts the external instruction;
after receiving the external instruction, the article searching device takes out the number of the target light indication area from the external instruction, inquires whether the number of the target light indication area is pre-stored in the control circuit, if so, controls the indicator lamp group in the target light indication area to emit a blue lamp signal according to the cable position indication state, and simultaneously controls the voice indication circuit to emit sound indication;
and (3) a warehouse-out stage:
after the staff searches out the articles to be delivered through the inquiry stage, the articles to be delivered are removed from the cable at the target light indication area;
the staff uses the handheld bar code acquisition instrument to scan the serial numbers of the articles to be delivered, edits the serial numbers of the articles to be delivered into a delivery instruction through the delivery function of the handheld bar code acquisition instrument, and forwards the delivery instruction to the upper computer through the gateway;
the upper computer takes out the serial numbers of the articles to be delivered from the delivery instruction, searches the serial numbers of the target light indication areas corresponding to the serial numbers of the articles to be delivered in the background database, changes the occupied state information of the cables in the target light indication areas into a cable idle state, edits the serial numbers of the target light indication areas and the cable idle state into external instructions and sends the external instructions to the gateway;
the gateway receives and broadcasts the external instruction;
and after receiving the external instruction, the article searching device takes out the number of the target light indication area from the external instruction, inquires whether the number of the target light indication area is pre-stored in the control circuit, and if so, controls the indication lamp group in the target light indication area to send a green light signal according to the cable idle state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: the numbers of the light indication areas in the different article searching devices are different.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein: the indicator lamp group comprises a red semiconductor diode, a green semiconductor diode and a blue semiconductor diode.
