As shown in fig. 10, the server 10 includes a third communication module 11, a storage module 12, and a third control module 13. The third communication module 11 is configured to establish network connections with the client 20 and the meter terminal 30, respectively; the storage module 12 is used for storing a vehicle instrument interface theme database; the third control module 13 is configured to provide data of the vehicle instrument interface theme database to the client 20 and the instrument terminal 30 according to the request command, so that the client 20 selects the pre-downloaded instrument interface theme and obtains the identification information of the pre-downloaded instrument interface theme, so that the instrument terminal 30 downloads the instrument interface theme according to the identification information. Briefly, the server 10 is used to store meter interface themes designed by vendors, i.e., authorities, by the user themselves, and by others.
The vehicle instrument interface theme database comprises at least one of an instrument interface theme of an instrument manufacturer, a custom instrument interface theme and an instrument interface theme uploaded by a free designer.
The server 10 of the embodiment of the present invention is respectively networked with the client and the meter terminal through the third communication module 11, so as to provide a data base for updating the meter interface theme of the meter terminal.
It should be noted that in the description of the present application, any process or method descriptions in flow charts or otherwise described herein may be understood as representing modules, segments, or portions of code which include one or more executable instructions for implementing specific logical functions or steps of the process, and that the scope of the preferred embodiments of the present invention includes additional implementations in which functions may be executed out of order from that shown or discussed, including substantially concurrently or in reverse order, depending on the functionality involved, as would be understood by those reasonably skilled in the art of the present invention.
The logic and/or steps represented in the flowcharts or otherwise described herein, e.g., an ordered listing of executable instructions that can be considered to implement logical functions, can be embodied in any computer-readable medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device, such as a computer-based system, processor-containing system, or other system that can fetch the instructions from the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device and execute the instructions. For the purposes of this description, a "computer-readable medium" can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable medium would include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable compact disc read-only memory (CDROM). Additionally, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In the description herein, references to the description of the term "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "an example," "a specific example," or "some examples," etc., mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. Claims (13)

1. A vehicle instrument interface theme update system, comprising:
the system comprises a server, a database and a database server, wherein the server provides a vehicle instrument interface theme database which comprises at least one of an instrument interface theme of an instrument manufacturer, a custom instrument interface theme and an instrument interface theme uploaded by a free designer;
the system comprises a client side and a server, wherein the client side accesses and searches a vehicle instrument interface theme database according to an input instruction to determine an instrument interface theme pre-downloaded by a user and acquires identification information of the pre-downloaded instrument interface theme, the client side comprises a webpage client side or a mobile terminal, instrument manufacturers, users and free designers are allowed to upload instrument interface themes to the server through the client side, and the client side sends the identification information to an instrument terminal;
the instrument terminal is in network connection with the server, acquires the identification information, selects an instrument interface theme according to the identification information, and downloads the selected instrument interface theme so as to update the current interface theme of the instrument terminal to the downloaded instrument interface theme.
2. The vehicle meter interface theme update system of claim 1, wherein the client comprises:
the input module is used for receiving an input instruction;
the first communication module is connected with the server, the first control module accesses the vehicle instrument theme database according to the input instruction, searches the vehicle instrument theme database to determine an instrument interface theme pre-downloaded by a user, and acquires identification information of the pre-downloaded instrument interface theme; and
and the prompting module is used for providing the identification information of the pre-downloaded instrument interface theme for the user so that the instrument terminal can acquire the identification information according to an input signal of the user.
3. The vehicle meter interface theme update system of claim 1, wherein the client comprises:
the input module is used for receiving an input instruction;
the first communication module is connected with the server, the first control module accesses the vehicle instrument theme database according to the input instruction, searches the vehicle instrument theme database to determine an instrument interface theme pre-downloaded by a user, acquires identification information of the pre-downloaded instrument interface theme, and controls the first communication module to send the identification information to the instrument terminal.
4. The vehicle meter interface theme update system of claim 2 or 3, wherein the first control module is further configured to control the first communication module to upload a custom meter interface theme to the server according to the input instruction.
5. The vehicle meter interface theme update system of claim 1, wherein the meter terminal comprises:
the trigger module is used for receiving an input signal of the user;
the second control module acquires the identification information according to the input signal of the user, selects an instrument interface theme according to the identification information, and downloads the selected instrument interface theme.
6. The vehicle meter interface theme update system of claim 1, wherein the meter terminal comprises:
the second communication module is respectively connected with the server and the client side in a network mode, the second communication module obtains the identification information, and the second control module selects an instrument interface theme according to the identification information and downloads the selected instrument interface theme.
7. The vehicle meter interface theme update system of claim 5 or 6, wherein the meter terminal further comprises:
and the display module is used for displaying at least one of the connection state of the second communication module, the selection information of the instrument interface theme and the downloading progress of the instrument interface theme.
8. The vehicle meter interface theme update system of claim 1, wherein the server comprises;
the third communication module is used for establishing network connection with the client and the instrument terminal respectively;
the storage module is used for storing a vehicle instrument interface theme database; and
and the third control module is used for providing the data of the vehicle instrument interface theme database to the client and the instrument terminal according to a request command.
9. A vehicle instrument interface theme updating method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the client accesses a vehicle instrument interface theme database of the server according to the input instruction, wherein the vehicle instrument interface theme database comprises at least one of an instrument interface theme of an instrument manufacturer, a custom instrument interface theme and an instrument interface theme uploaded by a free designer;
the client searches the vehicle instrument interface theme database to determine an instrument interface theme pre-downloaded by a user;
the client acquires identification information of the pre-downloaded instrument interface theme, and the client sends the identification information to an instrument terminal;
the instrument terminal selects an instrument interface theme according to the identification information and downloads the selected instrument interface theme;
wherein the client comprises a web client or a mobile terminal, and the meter manufacturer, the user and the free designer are allowed to upload a meter interface theme to the server through the client.
10. A client, comprising:
the input module is used for receiving an input instruction;
the first communication module is connected with a server, the first control module accesses a vehicle instrument theme database according to the input instruction, searches the vehicle instrument theme database to determine an instrument interface theme pre-downloaded by a user, acquires identification information of the pre-downloaded instrument interface theme, and controls the first communication module to send the identification information to an instrument terminal, so that the instrument terminal selects an instrument interface theme according to the identification information and downloads the selected instrument interface theme;
the vehicle instrument interface theme database comprises at least one of an instrument interface theme of an instrument manufacturer, a custom instrument interface theme and an instrument interface theme uploaded by a free designer, the client comprises a webpage client or a mobile terminal, and the instrument manufacturer, a user and the free designer are allowed to upload the instrument interface theme to the server through the client.
11. The client of claim 10, wherein the first control module is further configured to control the first communication module to upload a custom meter interface theme to the server according to the input instruction.
12. A meter terminal, comprising:
a second control module and a second communication module, wherein the second communication module establishes network connection with the server and the client respectively, the second communication module acquires the identification information of the pre-downloaded instrument interface theme sent by the client, the second control module selects an instrument interface theme according to the identification information and downloads the selected instrument interface theme, wherein the client comprises a webpage client or a mobile terminal, the pre-downloaded meter interface theme is determined by the client according to a vehicle meter interface theme database, the vehicle instrument interface theme database comprises at least one of an instrument interface theme of an instrument manufacturer, a custom instrument interface theme and an instrument interface theme uploaded by a free designer, the meter manufacturer, user, and the freedesigner are allowed to upload meter interface themes to the server via the client.
13. A server, comprising:
the third communication module is used for establishing network connection with the client and the instrument terminal respectively;
the system comprises a storage module, a database module and a control module, wherein the storage module is used for storing a vehicle instrument interface theme database, and the vehicle instrument interface theme database comprises at least one of an instrument interface theme of an instrument manufacturer, a user-defined instrument interface theme and an instrument interface theme uploaded by a free designer; and
the third control module is used for providing data of the vehicle instrument interface theme database to the client and the instrument terminal according to a request command so that the client selects a pre-downloaded instrument interface theme and acquires identification information of the pre-downloaded instrument interface theme so that the instrument terminal downloads the instrument interface theme according to the identification information sent by the client;
wherein the client comprises a web client or a mobile terminal, and the meter manufacturer, the user and the free designer are allowed to upload a meter interface theme to the server through the client.
