Description

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of moisture measurement, in particular to a microwave moisture measurement method, a microwave moisture measurement device, microwave moisture measurement equipment and a storage medium.
Background
Microwave moisture measurement technology is more and more commonly applied to various industries, and can monitor the moisture content of materials in the production process so as to improve the product quality and effectively control the production process, thereby saving the cost and improving the production efficiency and the production benefit.
The basic principle of microwave moisture measurement is as follows: the microwave transmitted by the transmitting antenna penetrates through the material to be measured and reaches the receiving antenna, the microwave received by the receiving antenna is fed back to the evaluator, and the moisture content of the material to be measured is analyzed by the evaluator. When the microwave penetrates through the material, because water molecules in the material are polar molecules, the microwave is absorbed, the key feet are vibrated, electromagnetic energy is converted into heat energy, the phase difference and the amplitude attenuation of the microwave are generated, and the content of the moisture in the material can be calculated according to the two quantities.
The current microwave measurement mode is inevitably influenced by the density change of the material, and when the density of the measured material in a certain volume changes, the microwave moisture measuring instrument cannot accurately reflect the real moisture content of the measured material. Such as: when a certain volume of 6 kg of bale M containing 6% water passes through the microwave moisture meter, the microwave moisture meter reacts the material containing 6% water, and when the same volume of 12 kg of bale M containing 6% water passes through, the microwave moisture meter considers the bale M containing 12% water. This is because the weight and density of the bale M increase, and the moisture content per unit volume increases, but in reality, the actual moisture content of the bale M is still 6%, and the weight and density of the material in actual production cannot be kept strictly consistent, thereby resulting in inaccurate final measured moisture content.

step S201: acquiring material type information;
step S202: extracting a predetermined number of frequency information from a frequency interval corresponding to the material type information according to the material type information;

step S207: and determining the water content of the material to be detected according to the microwave signal vector of the microwave signal of each frequency.
According to the aspect of the embodiment as described above, when performing microwave moisture measurement, based on the received material type selection command, frequency information is extracted from the frequency section corresponding to the material type information in the material type selection command, and a predetermined number of pieces of frequency information are extracted, and the microwave transmitting antenna is controlled to transmit microwave signals of frequencies corresponding to the extracted predetermined number of pieces of frequency information, thereby achieving measurement of moisture content based on the predetermined number of received microwave signals and the corresponding transmitted microwave signals, and when determining moisture content, the moisture content is determined based on the received microwave signals and a microwave signal vector determined by the transmitted microwave signals, thereby it transmits microwaves based on a plurality of frequencies within the frequency section corresponding to the type of the material to be measured, and determination of moisture content is achieved according to the microwave signal vector determined by the phase difference and the damping attenuation amount based on the microwave signals, thereby improving the accuracy of microwave moisture measurement.
In an example, when the moisture content of the material to be measured is determined according to the microwave signal vector of the microwave signal of each frequency, a specific example may include:
determining the included angle of the microwave signal vector of the microwave signal of each frequency;
constructing a vector matrix containing the included angle of each microwave signal vector;
and determining the water content of the material to be detected according to the vector matrix.
In a specific application example, the water content of the material to be measured may be determined according to the vector matrix and a preset determined regression coefficient matrix.
Based on the scheme in the present example, the following is a detailed illustration of the process of measuring moisture by microwave measurement in an application example.
As described above, when measuring moisture with microwaves, the moisture content of the material to be measured is calculated based on the microwave signal received by the receiving antenna and the microwave signal transmitted by the transmitting antenna. When microwave is used for measuring moisture, the dielectric property of moisture is mainly utilized, and the dielectric constant can be expressed as:
εr=ε′r-j(ε″r+o’/ωε0)
wherein, ε 'r is dielectric loss, o'/ω ε 0 is conduction loss, and ω is in direct proportion to microwave frequency.
When at low frequencies, the conduction losses dominate, and the relationship between microwave attenuation and water content is not significant; at high frequencies, dielectric losses dominate, with a clear linear relationship between microwave attenuation and water content. Therefore, in order to determine the accuracy of the measured moisture content of the material under test, in this embodiment, a frequency band suitable for the material under test (i.e., a frequency band having a substantially linear relationship between microwave attenuation and moisture content) is selected for measurement.
In the embodiment, the type of the tested material is determined first, that is, the material type information is determined, and the material type information may be determined in any possible manner. In an embodiment, a user may send a material type selection instruction through a set selection switch, a touch screen, or the like, where the material type selection instruction includes material type information of a material to be measured, and the material type information is obtained by receiving the material type selection instruction in the embodiment. In some embodiments, the type of the material to be measured may also be automatically identified to obtain the material type information.
According to the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, after the material type information is obtained, the predetermined number of frequency information is extracted from the frequency interval corresponding to the material type information. The predetermined number here may be set in conjunction with actual needs, and may be set to 100, for example. The frequency range of the microwave signal is generally a wide frequency range. The frequency range in this example may be set to 500MHz to 10GHz, and for different types of materials, the frequency intervals in the frequency range corresponding to the materials (i.e., the material type information) may be the same or different.
Subsequently, the microwave transmitting antenna is controlled to sequentially transmit microwave signals of frequencies corresponding to the predetermined number of frequency information, that is, the microwave signals of 100 different frequencies are controlled to be transmitted, and the microwave signals of the 100 different frequencies can be sequentially transmitted within a predetermined time period. The predetermined time period may be set in conjunction with actual needs, and may be set to 10 milliseconds in one example.
The microwave signal of each frequency is transmitted out by the transmitting antenna, penetrates through the measured material on the non-metal conveyor belt and reaches the receiving antenna. After the microwave signal received by the receiving antenna is obtained, the phase difference and the damping attenuation of the microwave signal of the frequency can be determined according to the microwave signal received by the receiving antenna and the microwave signal received by the transmitting antenna. The specific manner of determining the phase difference and the damping attenuation amount may be performed in any possible manner.
The phase difference between the received and transmitted microwave signals at this frequency is regarded as a first vector, and the damping attenuation is regarded as a second vector. The first vector and the second vector are superposed to obtain the microwave signal vector of the microwave signal of the frequency.
By analyzing the microwave signal vector and representing the microwave signal vector as a vector in a coordinate system, the microwave signal vector can be determined to be a quantity which is not related to density change but related to moisture change, even if the density of the material changes, the angle of the microwave signal vector in the coordinate system can not change as long as the moisture content is constant, and the microwave signal vector is not related to the moisture content.
Taking the example of transmitting the microwave signals of 100 frequencies, 100 microwave signal vectors can be obtained for the transmitted microwave signals of 100 frequencies, after determining the included angle of the 100 signal vectors in the coordinate system, a vector matrix is constructed by using the included angle represented by the 100 signal vectors, and then, the water content of the material to be measured can be determined according to the vector matrix and a preset regression coefficient matrix.
In particular applications, the moisture content of the material being tested may be determined based on the following formula:
wherein C is the water content (%), b0Is the regression intercept (predetermined constant), biIs a regression coefficient matrix, Ai is the vector matrix, and n is a frequency number. For example, taking the above-mentioned example of transmitting a transmission signal of 100 frequencies, biAi are each a matrix of 1 row and 100 columns, and n is equal to 100.
The regression coefficient matrix may be predetermined and stored, and may be directly used when determining the moisture content. In a specific application example, b can be determined by establishing a calibration model and using a partial least squares algorithmi. The regression coefficient matrix may be determined in any possible manner based on the moisture content of a plurality of known samples.
Based on the same idea as the above method, fig. 3 shows a schematic structural diagram of a microwave moisture measuring device in an example, which includes, as shown in fig. 3:

and a water content determining module 305, configured to determine the water content of the material to be detected according to the microwave signal vector of the microwave signal of each frequency.
