Abstract

本发明涉及一种密封完整的木质隔声门,门框上、左、右边分别设有内圆弧面和密封静音橡胶条,门扇设有与门框对应的外圆弧面;门扇的底部内设有凹槽,凹槽上方门扇内设有强磁铁,凹槽位于门锁的侧壁上设有通孔,凹槽内由上至下依次安装有塑料板、钢板和竖向钢条,塑料板靠合页端与弹簧相连,另一端设有凸头,凸头探出通孔,在凸头上设有辊轮,塑料板与钢板相邻一边为相互匹配的波浪形,在钢板的底部固定设有多个间隔的竖向钢条,每个竖向钢条被水平设置的横向钢条依次穿过,竖向钢条间隔区间的横向钢条上设有吸音材料。通过门框三边设置密封静音橡胶条将门扇对应边进行包裹,通过凸头的伸缩带动吸音材料的位移,消除门框下边的缝隙,实现密封。

一种密封完整的木质隔声门
技术领域:
本发明属于木门技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种密封完整的木质隔声门。
背景技术:
木质门有很多其他类型的室内门不能比的优点,木质门隔音、保温性能好,易于加工,而且美观、温馨,具有亲和力,能装饰空间,甚至提升整个空间的美感,因此现代生活中绝大多数空间都使用木质门。木质门安装到门框上后,为了减轻木质材料因干缩湿胀等情况导致的变形对门框和地板的影响,一般安装师傅会在门的下端和地面之间留出一定的缝隙,然而这样会在一定程度上影响保温、隔声和遮光等效果,从而影响在室内工作和休息的人们。以前人们会在安装门之前设置地板高度差或安装软橡胶垫条来解决这方面的问题,但是这样做又带来新问题,例如地面变得不美观、老人和残障人士容易绊倒等。目前,市面上常见的木质门产品基本上没有考虑对门下方缝隙的密封,从而导致木质门的隔音效果不够理想。
发明内容:
本发明为克服上述缺陷,提供了一种密封完整的木质隔声门,而且能使门下方缝隙的密封具有自适应性,可根据开关门的情况来控制门下方缝隙的有无。
本发明采用的技术方案在于:一种密封完整的木质隔声门,包括设置在墙体两侧的门框和通过合页铰接在门框上的门扇,所述门框的上门框、左门框和右门框分别设有相同弧度的内圆弧面,在内圆弧面上粘贴有密封静音橡胶条,在门扇上设有与门框内圆弧面相对应的外圆弧面;在门扇的底部内设有一个倒U形凹槽,在凹槽上方间隔设至少两个埋设于门扇内的强磁铁,在凹槽位于门锁一侧的侧壁上开设有一通孔,在凹槽内由上至下依次安装有塑料板、钢板和竖向钢条,所述塑料板靠近合页的一端与弹簧相连,另一端设有凸头,所述凸头探出通孔,在凸头上还设有辊轮,所述塑料板与钢板相邻一边为相互匹配的波浪形;在钢板的底部固定设有多个间隔设置的竖向钢条,每个竖向钢条被水平设置的横向钢条依次穿过,在竖向钢条间隔区间的横向钢条上设有吸音材料。
优选地,所述塑料板与钢板的宽度相同,且塑料板与钢板的宽度小于凹槽的内宽。
优选地,所述强磁铁为两个,分别位于靠门锁一侧和门扇中间。
优选地,所述竖向钢条为5个。
优选地,所述吸音材料的厚度为8-15毫米。
优选地,所述门扇内的倒U形凹槽的深度为8-12厘米。
优选地,所述辊轮的直径为4-10毫米。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在门框的上门框、左门框和右门框上设置与门扇相匹配的圆弧面和密封静音橡胶条,在关门时可使门扇的三边包裹在密封静音橡胶条内,不产生缝隙可实现密封效果;通过门扇底部凹槽内凸头的伸缩,带动塑料板与钢板上波浪形产生位移关系,使横向钢条上的吸音材料随之产生上下移动,从而将门扇底部与地面之间凹凸不平的区域进行密封,进而可以实现门扇四周的密封。

具体实施方式:
如图1和图2所示,本发明是一种密封完整的木质隔声门,包括设置在墙体两侧的门框2和通过合页5铰接在门框2上的门扇3,所述门框2的上门框、左门框和右门框分别设有相同弧度的内圆弧面,内圆弧面占门扇3宽度的四分之一,在内圆弧面上粘贴有密封静音橡胶条4,在门扇3上设有与门框2内圆弧面相对应的外圆弧面。
在门扇3的底部内设有一个倒U形凹槽,凹槽的深度为8-12厘米,在凹槽上方间隔设有至少两个埋设于门扇3内的强磁铁6,如强磁铁6为两个,则两个强磁铁6分别位于靠门锁一侧和门扇3中间。在凹槽位于门锁一侧的侧壁上开设有一通孔,在凹槽内由上至下依次安装有塑料板9、钢板11和竖向钢条13,所述塑料板9与钢板11的宽度相同,且塑料板9与钢板11的宽度小于凹槽的内宽。所述塑料板9靠近合页5的一端与水平设置的弹簧14相连,另一端设有凸头8。当门扇3处于关闭状态时,所述凸头8探出通孔,在凸头8的探出端上还设有辊轮7,辊轮7的直径为4-10毫米,辊轮7与门框2接触时为滚动连接,不会划伤门框2表面。所述塑料板9与钢板11相邻一边为相互匹配的波浪形,塑料板9与钢板11相对的另一边均为平直;在钢板11的底部固定设有多个间隔设置的竖向钢条13,所述竖向钢条13的完全结构相同,以5个竖向钢条13为例,每个竖向钢条13被一根水平设置的横向钢条12依次穿过,5个竖向钢条13将横向钢条12分成6部分,在竖向钢条13间隔区域的横向钢条12上设有吸音材料10,吸音材料10的厚度为8-15毫米,所述吸音材料10为十分柔软且能吸附声音的材料,例如所述吸音材料10可以为吸音棉或软橡胶。
工作过程:
安装过程:步骤1:首先,将门框2及门套线1安装在墙体两侧,然后,将密封静音橡胶条4贴到已加工好内圆弧面的门框2上,最后,将事先已加工出外圆弧面的门扇3与门框2用合页5连接。
步骤2:首先,在门扇3底端凹槽上方装入两个强磁铁6;其次,在凹槽中靠近门锁一端的侧壁上开一通孔,将凸头8的探出端从通孔伸出,再将塑料板9安装到凹槽内,将凸头8与塑料板8固定,然后将弹簧14安装到塑料板9另一端的端部;再次,将竖向钢条13和吸音材料10交替安装在横向钢条12上;最后,安装塑料板9下方的钢板11。
使用时,当门扇3处于打开状态时,如图1所示,凸头8从通孔内伸出,弹簧14处于自然伸展状态,塑料板9和钢板11之间的波浪形处于相互匹配的状态,钢板11被上方的强磁铁6吸附,吸音材料10上移,门扇3与地面留出缝隙,方便门扇3活动;当门扇3处于关闭状态时,如图3所示,辊轮7及凸头8被门框2顶回到凹槽内,弹簧14收缩,塑料板9和钢板11之间的波浪形处于相互交错的状态,由于波浪形的位移,钢板11带动吸音材料10下移,从而门扇3底部与地面之间的缝隙消除。

1.一种密封完整的木质隔声门,包括设置在墙体两侧的门框(2)和通过合页(5)铰接在门框(2)上的门扇(3),其特征在于:所述门框(2)的上门框、左门框和右门框分别设有相同弧度的内圆弧面,在内圆弧面上粘贴有密封静音橡胶条(4),在门扇(3)上设有与门框(2)内圆弧面相对应的外圆弧面;在门扇(3)的底部内设有一个倒U形凹槽,在凹槽上方间隔设有至少两个埋设于门扇(3)内的强磁铁(6),在凹槽位于门锁一侧的侧壁上开设有一通孔,在凹槽内由上至下依次安装有塑料板(9)、钢板(11)和竖向钢条(13),所述塑料板(9)靠近合页(5)的一端与弹簧(14)相连,另一端设有凸头(8),所述凸头(8)探出通孔,在凸头(8)上还设有辊轮(7),所述塑料板(9)与钢板(11)相邻一边为相互匹配的波浪形;在钢板(11)的底部固定设有多个间隔设置的竖向钢条(13),每个竖向钢条(13)被水平设置的横向钢条(12)依次穿过,在竖向钢条(13)间隔区间的横向钢条(12)上设有吸音材料(10)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种密封完整的木质隔声门,其特征在于:所述塑料板(9)与钢板(11)的宽度相同,且塑料板(9)与钢板(11)的宽度小于凹槽的内宽。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种密封完整的木质隔声门,其特征在于:所述强磁铁(6)为两个,分别位于靠门锁一侧和门扇(3)中间。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种密封完整的木质隔声门,其特征在于:所述竖向钢条(13)为5个。
5.如权利要求1至4任一所述的一种密封完整的木质隔声门,其特征在于:所述吸音材料(10)的厚度为8-15毫米。
6.如权利要求1至4任一所述的一种密封完整的木质隔声门,其特征在于:所述门扇(3)内的倒U形凹槽的深度为8-12厘米。
7.如权利要求1至4任一所述的一种密封完整的木质隔声门,其特征在于:所述辊轮(7)的直径为4-10毫米。
