Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of constructional engineering, and particularly relates to an assembled integral external wall panel.
Background
The prefabricated building meets the requirements of building industrialization and green environmental protection, and particularly, the requirements of the green building and the building industrialization industry policy in China are increasing. Prefabricated panels are one of the main contents of prefabricated building.
The prior prefabricated external wall board adopts laths, assembled large plates formed by horizontally assembling the prefabricated laths and concrete prefabricated integral wallboards, the prefabricated external wall laths are small in size, complex in installation and poor in integrity, and are not suitable for installation of external wall veneers, but the prefabricated external wall laths have the advantages of convenient manufacture and low cost.
The assembled large plate formed by horizontally assembling the prefabricated laths adopts the process of horizontally assembling and horizontally installing the prefabricated laths, so that the large plate can be installed in the first place, the installation of the exterior wall facing can be further realized, the installation is convenient, and the cost is relatively low. However, for buildings such as houses, which are not uniform in size, a large number of slat sizes are required, and the manufacturing is difficult and the cost is high.
The prefabricated concrete integral wallboard has two structures, namely a heat-insulating sandwich layer and a sandwich layer, is mainly applied to houses, and is provided with a custom template and a custom reinforcing steel bar net rack, and has the advantages of multiple specifications, low manufacturing efficiency and high cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an assembled integral external wall panel aiming at the defects in the prior art.

The assembled integral external wallboard comprises a vertical prefabricated wallboard arranged vertically, an upper transverse prefabricated wallboard arranged on one side of the vertical prefabricated wallboard, an upper frame arranged at the upper end of the vertical prefabricated wallboard and the upper end of the upper transverse prefabricated wallboard, and a lower frame arranged at the lower end of the vertical prefabricated wallboard, wherein a hole is formed between the upper transverse prefabricated wallboard, the vertical prefabricated wallboard and a lower beam or plate of a main structure and a column or wall, a horizontal reinforcing section steel is arranged at the top of the hole, a vertical reinforcing section steel is arranged on one side of the vertical prefabricated wallboard of the hole, the upper end and the lower end of the vertical reinforcing section steel are respectively connected with the upper frame and the lower frame, the upper end and the lower end of the vertical reinforcing section steel are respectively connected with the horizontal reinforcing section steel and the lower frame, and the two ends of each transverse prefabricated wallboard are respectively connected and fixed with the vertical reinforcing section steel through plate end connectors; the vertical reinforcing steel of entrance to a cave and vertical prefabricated plate link together through the connecting nail, the horizontal reinforcing steel of entrance to a cave link together through the connecting nail with horizontal prefabricated plate, horizontal prefabricated wallboard and the vertical reinforcing steel of entrance to a cave pass through the board end connecting piece and connect fixedly, two closely continuous horizontal prefabricated wallboards between link together through pin or logical long dowel.
The scheme that has the entrance to a cave above is equipped with the horizontal reinforcement shaped steel from top to bottom at the entrance to a cave, and the entrance to a cave horizontal reinforcement shaped steel links together with the vertical reinforcement shaped steel of entrance to a cave, and the entrance to a cave can be strengthened to the horizontal reinforcement shaped steel.
Preferably, the vertical reinforcing steel of the hole is connected with the vertical precast slab through connecting nails, the horizontal reinforcing steel of the hole is connected with the horizontal precast slab through connecting nails, the horizontal precast wallboard is fixedly connected with the vertical reinforcing steel of the hole through a slab end connecting piece, and the two closely connected horizontal precast wallboards are connected together through pins or through long dowel bars.
Further preferably, a brace is connected to the end side between the upper frame and the lower frame, the prefabricated wallboard is an aerated concrete or ceramsite concrete wallboard or reinforced concrete, the board end connecting pieces are tube plates or hook head bolts or U-shaped clamping pieces, and the board end connecting pieces are all shaping standard pieces.
The upper frame in each scheme can be arranged at the hole or not; the lower frame can be arranged or not at the opening. The vertical reinforced steel is not arranged at the opening of one side of the column or the wall.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has compact structure, most of the wallboards adopt vertical prefabricated wallboards, and the heights of the floors are the same, so that the adopted wallboards have few specifications, good integrity, convenient installation, economy and beautiful appearance. The invention adopts the vertical assembly of the battens at the two sides of the hole, has less batten specification, high production efficiency and low cost for buildings such as houses with consistent storey heights. The assembled integral external wall panel assembled by the invention has the advantages of smooth surface, no plastering, material saving, high construction efficiency and cost reduction. The invention further discloses a method for hoisting the outer wall after the outer wall is decorated in advance in a factory, so that the construction efficiency and the construction quality can be improved, and the cost is saved. The invention can be made into self-heat-preservation wallboard after assembling if the strip plates are produced by adopting materials such as aerated concrete, etc., thereby saving materials, improving construction efficiency and further reducing cost.

The invention is further illustrated below with reference to examples.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, an assembled integral external wall panel comprises a plurality of vertical prefabricated wall panels 1 which are vertically arranged, an upper frame 2 which is arranged at the upper end of the vertical prefabricated wall panels, and a lower frame 3 which is arranged at the lower end of the vertical prefabricated wall panels, wherein the vertical prefabricated wall panels are fixedly connected with the upper frame and the lower frame through panel end connecting pieces 5, and the two closely connected vertical prefabricated wall panels are connected together through a pin 4 or a through-length dowel 14.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, this embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the vertical prefabricated wall boards are fixedly connected with the upper frame and the lower frame through plate end connectors, and the two closely connected vertical prefabricated wall boards are connected together through pins or through long dowel bars.
Example III
As shown in fig. 3a and 3b, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: still including locating the lower horizontal prefabricated wallboard between two vertical prefabricated wallboards, locating the last frame of vertical prefabricated wallboard upper end, locating the lower frame of vertical prefabricated wallboard lower extreme and lower horizontal prefabricated wallboard lower extreme, the vertical prefabricated wallboard of lower horizontal prefabricated wallboard and both sides and main structure's entablature or board between form the entrance to a cave, can set up the frame as required in the entrance to a cave top, be equipped with vertical reinforcing steel in the entrance to a cave both sides, both ends are connected with last frame and lower frame respectively about the vertical reinforcing steel, vertical prefabricated wallboard and last frame and lower frame pass through the board end connecting piece and connect fixedly, two vertical prefabricated wallboards that closely link to each other together through pin or logical long dowel.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the vertical prefabricated wallboard is characterized by further comprising an upper transverse prefabricated wallboard and a lower transverse prefabricated wallboard which are arranged on one side of the vertical prefabricated wallboard, an upper frame which is arranged on the upper end of the vertical prefabricated wallboard and the upper end of the upper transverse prefabricated wallboard, and a lower frame which is arranged on the lower end of the vertical prefabricated wallboard and the lower end of the lower transverse prefabricated wallboard, wherein a hole is formed between the upper transverse prefabricated wallboard, the lower transverse prefabricated wallboard, the vertical prefabricated wallboard and the main structure, vertical reinforcing section steel is arranged on one side of the hole, the other end of the hole is provided with the vertical reinforcing section steel, whether the other end of the hole is provided with the vertical reinforcing section steel or not, the upper end and the lower end of the vertical reinforcing section steel are respectively connected with the upper frame and the lower frame, the vertical prefabricated wallboard and the upper frame and the lower frame are fixedly connected through board end connecting pieces, and the two closely connected vertical prefabricated wallboards are connected together through a pin or a through long dowel.
Example five
As shown in fig. 5, this embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the vertical prefabricated wallboard is characterized by further comprising a lower transverse prefabricated wallboard arranged on one side of the vertical prefabricated wallboard, an upper frame arranged on the upper end of the vertical prefabricated wallboard, and a lower frame arranged on the lower transverse prefabricated wallboard and the lower end of the lower transverse prefabricated wallboard, wherein an opening is formed among the lower transverse prefabricated wallboard, the vertical prefabricated wallboard, the main body structure and the cross beam, horizontal reinforcing section steel is selectively connected on the lower transverse prefabricated wallboard on the side face of the opening, vertical reinforcing section steel is connected on the vertical prefabricated wallboard on the side face of the opening, the upper end and the lower end of the vertical reinforcing section steel are respectively connected with the upper frame and the lower frame, the vertical prefabricated wallboard is fixedly connected with the upper frame and the lower frame through plate end connectors, and the two closely connected vertical prefabricated wallboards are connected together through a pin or a through-length dowel.
Example six
As shown in fig. 6a and 6b, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the vertical prefabricated wallboard is characterized by further comprising an upper transverse prefabricated wallboard arranged between the two vertical prefabricated wallboards, an upper frame arranged at the upper ends of the vertical prefabricated wallboards and the upper transverse prefabricated wallboard, and a lower frame arranged at the lower end of the vertical prefabricated wallboard, wherein a hole is formed between the upper transverse prefabricated wallboard, the vertical prefabricated wallboard and the main body structure, the lower frame can be selectively arranged below the hole, vertical reinforcing steel is arranged on the vertical prefabricated wallboards at the two sides of the hole, the upper end and the lower end of the vertical reinforcing steel are respectively connected with the upper frame and the lower frame, the vertical prefabricated wallboards are fixedly connected with the upper frame and the lower frame through board end connecting pieces, and the two closely connected vertical prefabricated wallboards are connected together through pins or through long dowel bars.
Example seven
As shown in fig. 7, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: in this embodiment be equipped with horizontal prefabricated wallboard in vertical prefabricated wallboard one side top, be connected with the frame on last horizontal prefabricated wallboard upper end and vertical prefabricated wallboard upper end, be equipped with the lower frame in vertical prefabricated wallboard below, vertical prefabricated wallboard, go up horizontal prefabricated wallboard and major structure between form the entrance to a cave, be connected with vertical reinforcing steel on the vertical prefabricated wallboard of entrance to a cave side, both ends are connected with frame and lower frame respectively about the vertical reinforcing steel, go up horizontal prefabricated wallboard both ends and be connected fixedly through board end connecting piece and vertical reinforcing steel and major structure respectively, the horizontal reinforcing steel of installation of entrance to a cave inner wall selectivity in last horizontal prefabricated wallboard below, entrance to a cave vertical reinforcing steel and vertical prefabricated board link together through the connecting nail, horizontal prefabricated wallboard and entrance to a cave vertical reinforcing steel pass through board end connecting piece and fix, closely continuous two horizontal prefabricated wallboards between link together through pin or logical long dowel.
In the scheme with the hole, the horizontal reinforcing section steel 8 is arranged above and below the hole, and the hole horizontal reinforcing section steel is connected with the hole vertical reinforcing section steel.
Preferably, the vertical reinforcing steel of the hole is connected with the vertical precast slab through connecting nails, the horizontal reinforcing steel of the hole is connected with the horizontal precast slab through connecting nails, the horizontal precast wallboard is fixedly connected with the vertical reinforcing steel of the hole through a slab end connecting piece, and the two closely connected horizontal precast wallboards are connected together through pins or through long dowel bars.
Still preferably, the end side between the upper frame and the lower frame is connected with a brace 10, the prefabricated wallboard is aerated concrete or ceramsite concrete wallboard or reinforced concrete, and the prefabricated wallboard and frame connection structure comprises the following components:
1. the prefabricated wall boards are pre-embedded with tube plates 11, and each frame is fixedly connected with the tube plates on the prefabricated wall boards through plate end connecting pieces;
2. an L-shaped clamping piece 12 or a U-shaped clamping piece is connected to the prefabricated wallboard, and each clamping piece is welded and fixed with the frame where the clamping piece is positioned;
3. the frame and the prefabricated wallboard are fixedly connected through a hook bolt 13, the hook bolt penetrates through the prefabricated wallboard, one end with an elbow is tightly pressed on the frame and welded, and the other end is fixedly locked through a nut.
