本发明涉及垃圾袋技术领域,具体涉及一种纸质垃圾袋。
背景技术
垃圾袋,顾名思义是装垃圾的袋子,给千家万户带来不小的方便,为环境保护提供了重要的保障,有利于垃圾回收分类。垃圾袋按照材质可分为塑料垃圾袋和纸质垃圾袋。
纸质垃圾袋具有优异的可降解性,但是纸质垃圾袋的机械强度和抗菌性较差,从而导致纸质垃圾袋在使用过程中往往出现破裂,进而导致垃圾的外泄。目前,开发机械强度高和具有抗菌性的纸质垃圾袋成为垃圾袋研究的热点,急需一种机械性能高、抗菌性能好的纸质垃圾袋,以满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种机械性能高、抗菌性能好的纸质垃圾袋。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种纸质垃圾袋,按重量份包括以下各组分:竹浆20-25份、季戊四醇12-16份、改性玉米芯粉10-13份、丁香酚4-9份、稻草8-11份、水杨酸5-9份、大豆蛋白胶4-7份、椰壳丝3-10份、水50-80份。
进一步地,所述纸质垃圾袋的各组分按重量份计算为:竹浆20份、季戊四醇12份、改性玉米芯粉11份、丁香酚6份、稻草8份、水杨酸6份、大豆蛋白胶4份、椰壳丝3份、水50份。
进一步地,所述纸质垃圾袋的各组分按重量份计算为:竹浆22份、季戊四醇14份、改性玉米芯粉10份、丁香酚4份、稻草9份、水杨酸5份、大豆蛋白胶6份、椰壳丝6份、水65份。
进一步地,所述纸质垃圾袋的各组分按重量份计算为:竹浆25份、季戊四醇16份、改性玉米芯粉13份、丁香酚9份、稻草11份、水杨酸9份、大豆蛋白胶7份、椰壳丝10份、水80份。
进一步地,所述纸质垃圾袋还包括甘蔗渣10-15份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过多种原料的加入,制作出来的纸质垃圾袋具有优异的机械性能和防潮性能,竹浆作为主料能够抗菌。
