Abstract
本发明涉及一种柔性导电纱及柔性透气击剑布,直径大于强拉铜丝的铜丝在通过镀锡装置后,其铜丝表面被镀上一层锡层后,采用强拉设备将镀有锡层的铜丝拉伸延长,使拉伸后的铜丝直径在0.069—0.102mm范围内且包括端置,然后一边压扁、一边加热退火,退火温度小于235℃,通过退火既可以使强拉铜丝变软,又可以自动将镀有锡层的铜丝在压扁时两侧所产生的锡层裂纹自动修复,最后采用缠绕机将铜丝致密地缠绕在21s‑40s大化纤纱上得柔性导电纱线。其击剑布由经线纱和纬线纱织造构成,所述经线纱的排布由21s双股大化纤纱线和一根柔性导电纱交错依次排列;纬线纱的排布由八根21s双股大化纤纱线和二根柔性导电纱线交错依次排列。优点:导电纱线的抗拉强度成倍提高,实现了对剑刃相触的无间隙的检测,其剑触触发计数的可靠性达到了百分之百。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种既具有可靠的导电性能和耐击性,又具良好透气性和柔性的柔性导电纱及柔性透气击剑布,属击剑布制造领域。
背景技术
本申请人所有CN201485572U、名称“锡铜导电丝及由锡铜导电丝构成的击剑布”,它包括布,锡铜导电丝经、纬交错地分布在布上。优点:一是耐腐蚀,强度大;二是导电能力强,灵敏度高且构造轻盈,同时也提高了比赛的可观赏性。但是由于构成击剑布的锡铜导电丝致密地缠绕在特纶丝上,由于特纶丝的柔韧性相对比较差,因而成型的锡铜导电丝的柔韧性不理想,导到所织造成型的布厚、布重,直接导致所制的击剑服厚重,穿着笨重,不利于击剑运动员的技术水平发挥;其次,由于锡铜导电丝未经过强拉延伸,因此其锡铜导电丝的强度不理想,造成所制击剑服耐剑击的强度不理想,结果导致造价昂贵的击剑服报废。
发明内容
设计目的:在背景技术的基础上,设计一种在具有可靠导电性能的前提下,其击剑服具有多次耐剑击而击剑服中的导电纱又不会轻易击断,同时所制击剑服又具良好透气性和柔性的柔性导电纱及柔性透气击剑布。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。1、采用双股21s大化纤纱线替代特纶丝的设计,是本发明的技术特征之一。这样设计的目的在于:由于21s大化纤纱线为双股涤棉,不仅耐冲击强度高,而且弹性好、吸水耐磨性好,本申请将其作为导电纱线的芯线,由于柔韧性好、耐冲击强度高,因此当强拉后的铜丝致密缠绕在其上所构成的导电纱线不仅能够支撑起耐冲击性的强度,而且其良好的柔性功能又能在其受到冲击力的瞬间,使击剑剑头冲击力得到吸纳、释放,从而大大地降低了剑头对导电纱线的破坏力,极大地提高了导电纱线使用寿命。2、镀锡铜丝采用强拉延伸方法制造的设计,是本发明的技术特征之二。这样设计的目的在于:申请人在多次的反复实验中发现:镀锡铜丝采用强拉设备拉伸后,虽然铜丝的直径变细了,但是镀锡铜丝的抗 拉强度得到了极大地提高,远远大于≥245KG/mm2,当其缠绕致密地在21s大化纤纱线后,所构成的导电纱线的抗拉强度成倍提高,从而使其制成的击剑布的柔韧性和耐冲击性都得到了根本上的提高,避免了背景技术存在的不足之处。3、击剑布中经线纱的排布由21s双股大化纤纱线和一根柔性导电纱交错依次排列,纬线纱的排布由八根21s双股大化纤纱线和二根柔性导电纱线交错依次排列的设计,是本发明的技术特征之三。这样设计的目的在于:由于大化纤和锡铜导电纱线的直径控制在0.069—0.102毫米,远远小于击剑剑刃的厚度,无论剑刃刺向击剑布任何一个部都会触发击剑布导电,从而实现了对剑刃的无间隙的检测,剑触触发计数的可靠性达到了百分之百;而由一根或多根构成的锡铜导电纱线纬线,不仅与经向锡铜导电纱线构成导电回路,而且在纬线以大化纤为主中起到至关重要的骨架作用,不仅使击剑布的强度得到了极大地提高,而且对剑刃尖有良好的阻尼和吸纳作用,避免了剑刃尖对布的损伤,确保了训练、比赛中人的安全。
技术方案1:一种柔性导电纱,强拉铜丝上镀有锡层,镀有锡层的强拉铜丝致密地缠绕21s-40s大化纤纱线上。
技术方案2:一种柔性导电纱制造方法,其特征是:直径大于强拉铜丝的铜丝在通过镀锡装置后,其铜丝表面被镀上一层锡层后,采用强拉设备将镀有锡层的铜丝拉伸延长,使拉伸后的镀锡铜丝直径在0.069—0.102mm范围内且包括端值,然后一边压扁、一边加热退火,退火温度小于235℃,通过退火既可以使强拉铜丝变软,又可以自动将镀有锡层的铜丝在压扁时两侧所产生的锡层裂纹自动修复,最后采用缠绕机将铜丝致密地缠绕在21s-40s大化纤纱上得柔性导电纱线。
技术方案3:一种由柔性导电纱构成的柔性透气击剑布,由经线纱和纬线纱织造构成,所述经线纱的排布由21s双股大化纤纱线和一根柔性导电纱交错依次排列;所述纬线纱的排布由八根21s双股大化纤纱线和二根柔性导电纱线交错依次排列。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是不仅导电纱线的抗拉强度成倍提高,而且采用其制成的击剑布的柔韧性和耐冲击性都得到了根本上的提高;二是不仅导电能力强,灵敏度高,而且实现了对剑刃相触的无间隙的检测,其剑触触发计数的可靠性达到了百分之百;三是所制的击剑布及击剑服不仅透气性好,而且柔软、穿着舒适,有利于击剑运动员的技术水平发挥。

实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1和2。一种柔性导电纱,强拉铜丝2上镀有锡层3,镀有锡层的强拉铜2丝致密地缠绕21s-40s大化纤纱线1上,最佳为40s双股加捻芯线。所述21s-40s大化纤纱线1为双股涤棉加捻纱线。所述强拉铜丝的直径为0.069—0.102mm。最佳为0.07 mm、0.08mm、0.10 mm且允许有公认的正负误差范围。所述锡层的厚度为0.58—0.82μm。最佳为0.6μm、0.7μm、0.8μm且允许有公认的正负误差范围。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,一种柔性导电纱制造方法,直径大于强拉铜丝的铜丝在通过镀锡装置后,其铜丝表面被镀上一层锡层后,采用强拉设备将镀有锡层的铜丝拉伸延长,拉伸后的镀锡铜丝直径在0.069—0.102mm范围内且包括端值,最佳为0.08mm,然后一边压扁、一边加热退火,退火温度小于235℃,这样做的目的通过退火既可以使强拉铜丝变软,又可以自动将镀有锡层的铜丝在压扁时两侧所产生的锡层裂纹自动修复,最后采用缠绕机将铜丝致密地缠绕在21s-40s(21s或32s或40s)大化纤纱上得柔性导电纱线。所述21s或32s或40s大化纤芯线为双股21s或32s或40s涤棉纱线加捻制得。所述锡层的厚度为0.58—0.82μm。
实施例3:参照附图3。在实施例2的基础上,一种由柔性导电纱构成的柔性透气击剑布,由经线纱和纬线纱织造构成,所述经线纱的排布由21s双股大化纤纱线5和一根柔性导电纱4交错依次排列;所述纬线纱的排布由八根21s双股大化纤纱线5和二根柔性导电纱线4交错依次排列。
所述经线纱的排布由21s双股大化纤纱线和一根柔性导电纱交错依次排列是指:从左到右或从右到左21s双股大化纤纱线5、一根柔性导电纱线4、21s双股大化纤纱线5、一根柔性导电纱线4、……,以此类推。
所述纬线纱的排布由八根21s双股大化纤纱线和二根柔性导电纱线交错依次排列是指:八根双股大化纤纱线5、二根柔性导电纱线4、八根双股大化纤纱线5、二根柔性导电纱线4、八根双股大化纤纱线5、二根柔性导电纱线4、……,以此类推。
门幅:140厘米,每米重量700克,其中21s双股大化纤纱线重250克,导电纱线重450克。经密:每厘米35.5根;纬密:每厘米16根。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种击剑布用柔性导电纱,其特征是:强拉铜丝上镀有锡层,镀有锡层的强拉铜丝致密地缠绕21s-40s大化纤芯线上,以提高所述导电纱的柔韧性和耐冲击性;所述强拉铜丝的直径为0.069—0.102mm,所述锡层的厚度为0.58—0.82μm,所述21s-40s大化纤芯线为双股21s-40s涤棉加捻纱线。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的柔性导电纱制造方法,其特征是:直径大于强拉铜丝的铜丝在通过镀锡装置后,其铜丝表面被镀上一层锡层后,采用强拉设备将镀有锡层的铜丝拉伸延长,使拉伸后的镀锡铜丝直径在0.069—0.102mm范围内且包括端值,然后一边压扁、一边加热退火,退火温度小于235℃,通过退火既可以使强拉铜丝变软,又可以自动将镀有锡层的铜丝在压扁时两侧所产生的锡层裂纹自动修复,最后采用缠绕机将铜丝致密地缠绕在21s-40s大化纤芯线上得柔性导电纱线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柔性导电纱制造方法,其特征是:所述21s大化纤为双股涤棉。
4.根据权利要求2所述的柔性导电纱制造方法,其特征是:所述锡层的厚度为0.58—0.82μm。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的由柔性导电纱构成的柔性透气击剑布,由经线纱和纬线纱织造构成,其特征是:所述经线纱的排布由21s双股大化纤纱线和一根柔性导电纱交错依次排列;所述纬线纱的排布由八根21s双股大化纤纱线和二根柔性导电纱线交错依次排列。
6.根据权利要求5所述的由柔性导电纱构成的柔性透气击剑布,其特征是:所述经线纱的排布由21s双股大化纤纱线和一根柔性导电纱交错依次排列是指:从左到右或从右到左21s双股大化纤纱线、一根柔性导电纱线、21s双股大化纤纱线、一根柔性导电纱线,以此类推。
7.根据权利要求5所述的由柔性导电纱构成的柔性透气击剑布,其特征是:所述纬线纱的排布由八根21s双股大化纤纱线和二根柔性导电纱线交错依次排列是指:八根双股大化纤纱线、二根柔性导电纱线、八根双股大化纤纱线、二根柔性导电纱线、八根双股大化纤纱线、二根柔性导电纱线,以此类推。
