本发明公开了一种可防辐射的印花面料,包括:面料内层和面料外层,所述的面料内层包括纯棉纤维、真丝纤维和竹纤维,通过经编纺织方式编织,所述的面料外层包括竹纤维、聚酯纤维、海藻纤维和石墨烯,利用数码印花方式将彩色油墨喷印到所述的面料外层,所述面料内层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:纯棉纤维占45%‑55%,真丝纤维占10%‑15%,竹纤维占15%‑30%。通过上述方式,本发明可防辐射的印花面料,可以有效地抵御电气设备对身体的影响,并且触感舒适,轻便透气。

技术领域
本发明涉及印花面料领域,特别是涉及一种可防辐射的印花面料。
背景技术
在人们生活中出现越来越多的电气设备,辐射在我们周围随处可见,如影随形,不管是手机、电脑、打印机还是家用微波炉电热毯、吹风机等家用电器都会产生一定量的辐射,对人体健康有威胁作用,尤其是对抵抗力较弱的老人和小孩,所产生的危害作用更大,此外,长期在辐射环境中工作,会造成失眠多梦、免疫力降低等症状。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种可防辐射的印花面料,可以有效地抵御电气设备对身体的影响,并且触感舒适,轻便透气。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种可防辐射的印花面料,包括:面料内层和面料外层,所述的面料内层包括纯棉纤维、真丝纤维和竹纤维,通过经编纺织方式编织,所述的面料外层包括竹纤维、聚酯纤维、海藻纤维和石墨烯,利用数码印花方式将彩色油墨喷印到所述的面料外层,所述面料内层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:纯棉纤维占45%-55%,真丝纤维占10%-15%,竹纤维占15%-30%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的纯棉纤维在所述的面料内层占重量份为51%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的真丝纤维在所述的面料内层占重量份为11%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的竹纤维在所述的面料内层占重量份为20%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的海藻纤维在所述的面料外层占重量份为1%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的石墨烯在所述的面料外层占重量份为2%。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种可防辐射的印花面料,可以有效地抵御电气设备对身体的影响,并且触感舒适,轻便透气。

一种可防辐射的印花面料,包括:面料内层和面料外层,所述的面料内层包括纯棉纤维、真丝纤维和竹纤维,通过经编纺织方式编织,所述的面料外层包括竹纤维、聚酯纤维、海藻纤维和石墨烯,利用数码印花方式将彩色油墨喷印到所述的面料外层,所述面料内层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:纯棉纤维占45%-55%,真丝纤维占10%-15%,竹纤维占15%-30%。
优选地,所述的纯棉纤维在所述的面料内层占重量份为51%。
优选地,所述的真丝纤维在所述的面料内层占重量份为11%。
优选地,所述的竹纤维在所述的面料内层占重量份为20%。
优选地,所述的海藻纤维在所述的面料外层占重量份为1%。
优选地,所述的石墨烯在所述的面料外层占重量份为2%。
本发明可防辐射的印花面料的有益效果是:提供一种可防辐射的印花面料,可以有效地抵御电气设备对身体的影响,并且触感舒适,轻便透气。

1.一种可防辐射的印花面料,其特征在于,包括:面料内层和面料外层,所述的面料内层包括纯棉纤维、真丝纤维和竹纤维,通过经编纺织方式编织,所述的面料外层包括竹纤维、聚酯纤维、海藻纤维和石墨烯,利用数码印花方式将彩色油墨喷印到所述的面料外层,所述面料内层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:纯棉纤维占45%-55%,真丝纤维占10%-15%,竹纤维占15%-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可防辐射的印花面料,其特征在于,所述的纯棉纤维在所述的面料内层占重量份为51%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可防辐射的印花面料,其特征在于,所述的真丝纤维在所述的面料内层占重量份为11%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可防辐射的印花面料,其特征在于,所述的竹纤维在所述的面料内层占重量份为20%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可防辐射的印花面料,其特征在于,所述的海藻纤维在所述的面料外层占重量份为1%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可防辐射的印花面料,其特征在于,所述的石墨烯在所述的面料外层占重量份为2%。
