一种定型夹具,它涉及汽车零部件加工技术领域。它包括壳体,所述的壳体四边设置有边框,壳体底部设置有定位装置,所述的边框上设置有卡扣。本发明它可以使加工出来的加热器壳体固定定型,同时还能快速检测出加热器壳体的尺寸是否合格。

本发明涉及汽车零部件加工技术领域,具体涉及一种定型夹具。
背景技术
汽车加热器是汽车取暖系统的一个重要部分,其将热量直接传给车内散热器、除霜器,为发动机低温启动和车室内取暖提供热源,现有的汽车加热器壳体基本都是由塑料粒热熔直接注塑而成,这样的加工生产效率高,但是因加热器壳体体积比较大,壁厚厚薄不一致以及其刚加工出来时温度较高等因素,温度降低后很容易发生变形的情况,这样就会导致和装配件不能组装的情况发生从而影响了后续的生产加工效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种定型夹具,它可以使加工出来的加热器壳体固定定型,同时还能快速检测出加热器壳体的尺寸是否合格。
为了解决背景技术中所存在的问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:它包括壳体,所述的壳体四边设置有边框,壳体底部设置有定位装置,所述的边框上设置有卡扣。
本发明是由壳体构成,在壳体的四边上设置有边框,在壳体底部上设置有两个定位装置,另外还在边框上设置有卡扣,其边框尺寸与合格的加热器壳体尺寸一致,通过将加热器壳体放入到边框内,由定位装置将加热器壳体固定并静置一定时间后即可完成对加热器壳体的定型,另外可通过卡扣和定位装置对加热器壳体的尺寸进行检测,如若无法将加热器壳体放入到边框内,或者不能通过定位装置或卡扣进行定位,则说明生产的加热器壳体其尺寸与要求的不一致,从而可快速检测出加热器壳体是不合格的。
本发明它可以使加工出来的加热器壳体固定定型,同时还能快速检测出加热器壳体的尺寸是否合格。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种定型夹具,它包括壳体1,所述的壳体1四边设置有边框2,壳体1底部设置有定位装置3,所述的边框2上设置有卡扣4。
本发明是由壳体构成,在壳体的四边上设置有边框,在壳体底部上设置有两个定位装置,另外还在边框上设置有卡扣,其边框尺寸与合格的加热器壳体尺寸一致,通过将加热器壳体放入到边框内,由定位装置将加热器壳体固定并静置一定时间后即可完成对加热器壳体的定型,另外可通过卡扣和定位装置对加热器壳体的尺寸进行检测,如若无法将加热器壳体放入到边框内,或者不能通过定位装置或卡扣进行定位,则说明生产的加热器壳体其尺寸与要求的不一致,从而可快速检测出加热器壳体是不合格的。
在使用本发明时,先将本发明的壳体底部放置于桌面上,让定位装置朝上,然后拿起刚生产出的加热器壳体,将其对准定位装置和卡扣装入到边框内,然后用尼龙扎带固定,最后再将其整体放入水中进行冷却,约5分钟后即可达到定型效果,如若无法将加热器壳体放入到边框内,或者不能通过定位装置或卡扣进行定位,或者进行定型后仍然不能满足需要,则可断定产品为不合格。
本发明它可以使加工出来的加热器壳体固定定型,同时还能快速检测出加热器壳体的尺寸是否合格。
