Claims (8)

1. A disposable penicillin bottle dissolution dispensing device for an automated dissolution dispensing system, characterized in that: the automatic infusion and dispensing system comprises four puncture outfits, two elastic infusion hoses, two puncture outfit bases and a frame, wherein the puncture outfits are hollow, form an inner channel, are provided with holes at the top end and can be made into sharp shapes to be communicated with the inner channel, the holes at the bottom end are also communicated with the inner channel, the two ends of each elastic infusion hose are respectively communicated with the bottom ends of the two puncture outfits, the structure can be defined as a channel, and the elastic infusion hose of the channel can be fixed on an external peristaltic pump of the automatic infusion and dispensing system, and the peristaltic pump provides power to drive fluid in the elastic infusion hose to flow; the medicine dissolving and dispensing device is formed by two channels in parallel, two puncture outfits are respectively arranged at two ends of the two channels, and the two puncture outfits at each end are respectively fixed on a puncture outfit base to be in a parallel state;
the frame is arch bridge-shaped, two ends are base guide groove wells, two puncture outfit bases are respectively arranged in the base guide groove wells at two ends of the frame, when not in use, the puncture outfits are all collected in the base guide groove wells, when in use, the puncture outfit bases are outwards stirred along the base guide groove wells by a device in the automatic medicine dissolving and dispensing system, when stirred, an elastic transfusion hose connected with the puncture outfit bases can be dragged to move along with the puncture outfit bases, the puncture outfit is pulled out of the base guide groove wells along with the puncture outfit bases, one end of the puncture outfit is connected with the puncture outfit in parallel and can be inserted into a transfusion container, and the other end of the puncture outfit is connected with the puncture outfit in parallel and can be inserted into a penicillin bottle;
the lower arc area of the frame is called a frame arch, the frame arch is matched with the radian of the rotation of the rollers of two peristaltic pumps fixed on the automatic solution dispensing system, two inner side walls of the frame arch respectively penetrate through two parallel pore channels to communicate with the adjacent base guide groove wells, two elastic transfusion hoses respectively penetrate through pore channels opposite to the two inner side walls of the frame arch and are connected with puncture outfits fixed on puncture outfit bases in the base guide groove wells at the two sides, and the elastic transfusion hoses can be fixed in the pore channels; the two sides of the frame are provided with buckles which can be connected with and clamped with clamping seats arranged on the automatic solution dispensing system, when the frame is fixed on the clamping seats, the automatic solution dispensing system is arranged and fixed on the peristaltic pump, two elastic infusion hoses are respectively aligned and fixed with two peristaltic pumps fixed on the automatic solution dispensing system, and the two elastic infusion hoses are respectively clamped and fixed between the inner top wall of the arch of the frame and corresponding peristaltic pump rollers, so that the rollers can roll and the corresponding solution dispensing operation can be carried out by virtue of the power of the peristaltic pumps.
2. A disposable penicillin bottle solution dispenser for an automated solution dispensing system as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the four puncture outfits of the dissolving and dispensing device are made of medical stainless steel or medical plastic.
3. A disposable penicillin bottle solution dispenser for an automated solution dispensing system as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the two elastic transfusion hoses of the dissolving and dispensing device are made of medical plastic materials.

A disposable penicillin bottle solution dispenser for an automated solution dispensing system as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the two puncture outfits at each end of the two channels can be designed into two puncture outfits of a short puncture outfit and a long puncture outfit or puncture outfits with the same length, the length of the short puncture outfit exposing the base part of the puncture outfit is 8-10mm so as to ensure that the liquid medicine in the penicillin bottle can be sucked out as far as possible, the length of the long puncture outfit exposing the base part of the puncture outfit is not longer than 28mm and not more than the height of 2ml penicillin bottle, so as to prevent the puncture penicillin bottle, the design of the long puncture outfit and the short puncture outfit is matched with the puncture outfit so as to generate more severe turbulence in the penicillin bottle under the matching of double-channel power, the drug dissolution is promoted, the puncture outfit base is provided with a poking needle perforation for penetration by a device on an automatic dissolution and dispensing system so as to poke the puncture outfit base, and one or more puncture outfit base guide grooves are arranged on the puncture outfit base so as to guide the puncture outfit base guide the puncture outfit when poking.

the four pore openings of the two inner side walls of the frame arch are all in the same horizontal plane, the axial lead of one pore on one inner side wall of the frame arch is in the same plane with the axial lead of the corresponding pore on the other inner side wall of the frame arch, the axial lead of the other pore on one inner side wall of the frame arch is in the other same plane with the axial lead of the corresponding pore on the other inner side wall of the frame arch, the two planes are parallel to each other,
the device in the automatic medicine dissolving and dispensing system penetrates through the needle poking guide hole and then penetrates into the needle poking perforation, the puncture outfit base is poked outwards along the base guide groove well, an elastic infusion hose connected with the puncture outfit base during poking can be dragged in the base guide groove well to move along with the puncture outfit base, the puncture outfit is poked out of the base guide groove well along with the puncture outfit, the puncture outfit can be inserted into the infusion container at one end in parallel connection, the puncture outfit can be inserted into the penicillin bottle at the other end in parallel connection, and corresponding dissolving and dispensing operation is carried out by means of power of the peristaltic pump.

A disposable penicillin bottle solution dispenser for an automated solution dispensing system as defined in claim 5, wherein: the automatic medicine dissolving and dispensing system is characterized in that the medicine dissolving and dispensing device is clamped on a clamping seat of the automatic medicine dissolving and dispensing system, the elastic transfusion hose can be clamped and fixed between the inner top wall of the arch of the frame and a roller of the peristaltic pump, then a device in the automatic medicine dissolving and dispensing system passes through a needle poking guide hole and penetrates into a needle poking perforation, two puncture outfit bases are poked outwards along a base guide groove well, and puncture outfits on the two puncture outfit bases penetrate into a transfusion container and a penicillin bottle which are fixed in the automatic medicine dissolving and dispensing system simultaneously or respectively, so that a double-channel internal communication closed system is formed, and puncture is not required to be repeatedly performed in the medicine dissolving and dispensing process.
