Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a heating control method of a dishwasher including a washing pump for driving washing liquid and a heating device for heating the washing liquid, the method including:
detecting whether a door of a dishwasher in a washing process is opened; wherein, when dish washer is in the washing state, washing pump and heating device all are in normal operating condition, and the washing liquid is spout by the spray arm in the dish washer under the drive of washing pump, and heating device is used for heating washing liquid before the washing liquid is spout, and the higher washing solution of temperature can dissolve the oil stain on the tableware better.
When the door of the dishwasher is detected to be opened, the washing pump and the heating device are controlled to stop running so as to prevent high-temperature water from rushing out of the dishwasher to scald a user.
And continuously monitoring the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher after controlling the washing pump and the heating device to stop running, and detecting whether the door of the dishwasher is closed again.
After the internal temperature of the dishwasher exceeds the preset temperature Ts and the door of the dishwasher is closed again, the washing pump is started to operate and the heating power of the heating device is reduced within a set time T after the door of the dishwasher is closed again. That is, after the door of the dishwasher is closed, the washing pump is started to operate in a state before the door of the dishwasher is opened, but the heating power of the heating appliance for a period of time T after the door of the dishwasher is closed is lower than the heating power of the heating appliance before the door of the dishwasher is opened. Like this, after the door of dish washer is closed once more, the water that spouts from the spray arm of dish washer is the lower water of temperature for example the below cold water of 30 ℃ to can reduce the inside temperature of dish washer after the door is closed once more, avoid the quick inflation of cold air to cause too big thrust to the door body of dish washer, thereby can hinder the door body of dish washer to be opened by the anomaly, improve the security and the reliability that dish washer used.
Referring to fig. 2, in the above heating control method, the power of the heating device is considered to be reduced after the door of the dishwasher is closed again only when the internal temperature of the dishwasher exceeds a preset temperature Ts. And when the internal temperature of the dishwasher does not exceed the preset temperature Ts, the internal temperature of the dishwasher is low, and after the door of the dishwasher is closed again, the cold air generally cannot expand rapidly to cause the door body of the dishwasher to be opened. Accordingly, there is no need to consider preventing the door of the dishwasher from being abnormally opened by the rapidly expanding cold air by reducing the internal temperature of the dishwasher after the door is closed again. In this case, the washing pump and the heating device are activated to run synchronously when the door of the dishwasher is closed again. That is, the washing pump and the heating apparatus are controlled to operate in a state when the door of the dishwasher is not opened after the door of the dishwasher is closed again. Wherein synchronous operation refers to simultaneous start and stop.
In order to judge whether the internal temperature of the dishwasher exceeds the preset temperature Ts, the internal temperature of the dishwasher needs to be detected. For example, it is possible to collect the internal temperature of the dishwasher in real time throughout the entire dishwashing process of the dishwasher and to judge whether the internal temperature of the dishwasher exceeds the preset temperature Ts when the door of the dishwasher is opened. Alternatively, it is also possible to detect whether the internal temperature of the dishwasher exceeds the preset temperature Ts in case that it is judged that the door of the dishwasher is opened.
Further, there are various ways of reducing the heating power of the heating device within the set time T after the door of the dishwasher is closed again, and three examples of reducing the heating power of the heating device are given below by way of example, but the way of reducing the heating power of the heating device is not limited thereto. It should be noted that the following three embodiments are all the cases where the internal temperature exceeds the preset temperature Ts when the door of the dishwasher is opened.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 3, in embodiment 1, after the dishwasher is powered on and started, the washing pump and the heating device start to operate, in the process, the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher is monitored in real time, when the door opening of the dishwasher is detected, the washing pump and the heating device are controlled to stop operating, the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher is continuously monitored in real time, when the door of the dishwasher is closed again, only the washing pump is started to operate, the heating device is controlled to continue to stop, and after the operation time T of the washing pump, the heating device is started to operate. Therefore, in the set time T after the door of the dishwasher is closed again, the water flow sprayed out of the water spraying arm of the dishwasher is cold water, the internal temperature of the dishwasher is reduced, and the rapid expansion of the sucked cold air caused by the overhigh internal temperature of the dishwasher can be effectively inhibited.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 4, in embodiment 2, after the dishwasher is powered on and started, the washing pump and the heating device start to operate, in the process, the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher is monitored in real time, when the door opening of the dishwasher is detected, the washing pump and the heating device are controlled to stop operating, the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher is continuously monitored in real time, when the door of the dishwasher is closed again, the washing pump is started to operate, and the heating device is controlled to periodically stop operating for a set time T. That is, the heating appliance is periodically stopped for a set time T after the door of the dishwasher is closed, and the ratio of the occupied time of stopping and operating is adjustable for each period, typically, the ratio of the occupied time of stopping and operating is 1: 1. because in the settlement time T behind the dish washer door, heating device periodically stop operation, consequently, follow the cold and hot alternation of dish washer spray arm spun rivers, be favorable to reducing the inside temperature of dish washer, avoid the quick inflation of cold air to cause too big thrust to the door body of dish washer.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 5, embodiment 3 combines embodiment 1 with embodiment 2. Specifically, after the dishwasher is powered on and started, the washing pump and the heating equipment start to operate, in the process, the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher is monitored in real time, when the door opening of the dishwasher is detected, the washing pump and the heating equipment are controlled to stop operating, the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher is continuously monitored in real time, when the door of the dishwasher is closed again, the washing pump is started to operate, and the heating equipment is controlled to continuously stop operating for a set time T and periodically stop operating for a set time T-T within the set time T. For example, the heating appliance may be controlled to be continuously stopped for a set time T after the door of the dishwasher is closed again, and the setting for periodically stopping the heating appliance is time T-T. By the control method, after the door of the dishwasher is closed again, cold water is sprayed out of the water spraying arm for a time T, and then cold and hot water is sprayed out of the water spraying arm for a time T-T alternately. Of course, other time sequence combination modes can be adopted to control the discharge of cold water and cold and hot water alternately, for example, the control method is set to ensure that the cold and hot water alternately is sprayed out firstly and then the cold water is sprayed out, and the sum of the duration time of the cold and hot water is T; or for example, cold water is sprayed out first, then cold and hot alternating water is sprayed out, and then cold water is continuously sprayed out, wherein the sum of the duration time of the three is T. The control sequence has diversity, which is not listed here, and the control method provided by the embodiment 3 can also reduce the internal temperature of the dishwasher after the door is closed, and avoid the excessive thrust of the door body of the dishwasher caused by the rapid expansion of the cold air.
In an embodiment, the preset temperature Ts may be any value between 30 ℃ and 80 ℃. The set time T may be, for example, any value between 10min and 40min, and the set time T may be, for example, any value between 4min and 8 min. Of course, the values of Ts, T and T may be specifically set according to specific situations, and may also be other values.
A second aspect of embodiments of the present invention provides a heating control apparatus of a dishwasher, wherein the dishwasher includes a washing pump for driving washing liquid and a heating device for heating the washing liquid, the apparatus including:
the door opening detection module is used for detecting whether a door of the dishwasher in the washing process is opened or not; wherein, when dish washer is in the washing state, washing pump and heating device all are in normal operating condition, and the washing liquid is spout by the spray arm in the dish washer under the drive of washing pump, and heating device is used for heating washing liquid before the washing liquid is spout, and the higher washing solution of temperature can dissolve the oil stain on the tableware better.
The control module is used for controlling the washing pump and the heating device to stop running when the door of the dishwasher is detected to be opened so as to prevent high-temperature water from rushing out of the dishwasher to scald a user; the control module can be a microprocessor, such as a single chip microcomputer.
And the door closing detection module is used for detecting whether the door of the dishwasher is closed again.
And the control module is used for starting the washing pump to operate and reducing the heating power of the heating equipment within the set time T after the door of the dishwasher is closed again when the internal temperature of the dishwasher exceeds the preset temperature Ts and the door of the dishwasher is closed again. That is, after the door of the dishwasher is closed, the control module controls the washing pump to be started, and operates in a state before the door of the dishwasher is opened, but the heating appliance is controlled such that the heating power for a period of time T after the door of the dishwasher is closed is lower than the heating power of the heating appliance before the door of the dishwasher is opened. Like this, after the door of dish washer is closed once more, the water of following the spray arm spun of dish washer is the lower water of temperature for example cold water to can reduce the inside temperature of dish washer after the door is closed once more, avoid the quick inflation of cold air to cause too big thrust to the door body of dish washer, thereby can hinder the door body of dish washer to be opened by the anomaly, improve the security and the reliability that dish washer used.
Referring to fig. 2, in the above-described heating control apparatus, the power of the heating device is considered to be reduced after the door of the dishwasher is closed again only when the internal temperature of the dishwasher exceeds a preset temperature Ts. In this case, when the door-closing detection module detects that the door of the dishwasher is closed again, the control module starts the washing pump and the heating device to be operated in synchronization. That is, after the door of the dishwasher is closed again, the control module controls the washing pump and the heating apparatus to operate in a state when the door of the dishwasher is not opened. Wherein synchronous operation refers to simultaneous start and stop.
In order to judge whether the internal temperature of the dishwasher exceeds the preset temperature Ts, a temperature detection module is further provided to detect the internal temperature of the dishwasher. For example, it is possible to collect the internal temperature of the dishwasher in real time throughout the entire dishwashing process of the dishwasher and to judge whether the internal temperature of the dishwasher exceeds the preset temperature Ts when the door of the dishwasher is opened. Alternatively, the temperature detection module may also detect whether the internal temperature of the dishwasher exceeds the preset temperature Ts in case of determining that the door of the dishwasher is opened. Specifically, the temperature detection module may be a temperature sensor, for example.
Further, the control module may control the operation of the washing pump and the heating device in various control manners to reduce the heating power of the heating device within the set time T after the door of the dishwasher is closed again, and three embodiments of reducing the heating power of the heating device are given below as an example, but the manner of reducing the heating power of the heating device is not limited thereto. It should be noted that, in all of the following three embodiments, the temperature detection module detects that the internal temperature of the dishwasher exceeds the preset temperature Ts when the door of the dishwasher is opened.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, in embodiment 1, after the dishwasher is powered on and started, the control module controls the washing pump and the heating device to start operating, in this process, the door opening detection module monitors the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher in real time, when detecting that the door of the dishwasher is opened, the control module sends a corresponding door opening signal to the control module, the control module controls the washing pump and the heating device to stop operating, the door closing detection module monitors the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher in real time, when detecting that the door of the dishwasher is closed again, the door closing detection module sends a corresponding door closing signal to the control module, the control module only starts the washing pump to operate, and controls the heating device to continue to stop operating, and after the operation time T of the washing pump, the control module starts the heating device to operate again.
4 and 6, in embodiment 2, after the dishwasher is powered on and started, the control module controls the washing pump and the heating device to start operating, in this process, the door opening detection module monitors the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher in real time, when detecting that the door of the dishwasher is opened, the door opening detection module sends a corresponding door opening signal to the control module, the control module controls the washing pump and the heating device to stop operating, and the door closing detection module monitors the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher in real time, when detecting that the door of the dishwasher is closed again, the door closing detection module sends a corresponding door closing signal to the control module, the control module controls the washing pump to be started to operate, and controls the heating device to stop operating for a set time T periodically.
Specifically, after the dishwasher is powered on and started, the control module controls the washing pump and the heating device to start running, in the process, the door opening detection module monitors the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher in real time, when the door opening of the dishwasher is detected, a corresponding door opening signal is sent to the control module, the control module controls the washing pump and the heating device to stop running, the door closing detection module monitors the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher in real time, when the door of the dishwasher is detected to be closed again, a corresponding door closing signal is sent to the control module, the control module starts the washing pump to run, and controls the heating device to continuously stop running for a set time T and periodically stop running for a set time T-T within the set time T.
