本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种易洗快干枕套面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体的上层局部覆盖贡缎层,所述贡缎层为塑有花形的加厚层,贡缎层的边缘固定于面料本体上,所述贡缎层的边缘设置刺绣花边,所述刺绣花边覆盖贡缎层的边缘与面料本体的固定线,所述贡缎层的上侧设置金丝提花,所述面料本体由织物制成,所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织构成,所述经纱和纬纱均为棉包涤纶长丝的包芯纱,所述涤纶长丝的横载面呈五角星形。面料本体下设置吸汗面料,吸汗面料包括导湿层、吸水层和位于导湿层与吸水层之间的抗菌剂层,所述导湿层为天然纤维、化学纤维或天然纤维与化学纤维的混合,所述吸水层为超吸水纤维,所述抗菌剂层为银系纳米抗菌剂粉末。吸汗面料的内表面设置有柔软透气层,所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成,所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%,所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%,所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%,所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、贡缎层塑造易洗快干枕套面料的花形,并使易洗快干枕套面料厚实有光泽;刺绣花边勾勒贡缎的花形,使花形富有立体感;金丝提花提亮易洗快干枕套面料的整体色彩,从而使易洗快干枕套面料柔软舒适、美观大方,符合现代高档奢华生活的需求。
2、长丝上有了凹槽,气体和水份能从凹槽中迅速排出,起到吸湿排汗的功能,还具有易洗快干的效果。

所述面料本体1由织物制成,所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织构成,所述经纱和纬纱均为棉包涤纶长丝的包芯纱,所述涤纶长丝的横载面呈五角星形。
