The dust blowing and floating mechanism comprises a nozzle 14 (an air outlet), an induced draft fan 15 and a blowing and floating driving motor 16, wherein the nozzle 14 is arranged on the dust collecting bottom plate, the nozzle 14 is communicated with the inner cavity of the dust collecting groove 11, and the nozzle 14 is provided with a plurality of nozzles which are uniformly arranged at the periphery of the dust collecting bottom plate; the nozzle 14 is used for blowing air flow into the ash collecting tank 11 to blow and float dust in the ash collecting tank 11, and the blown and floated dust enters the rear end dust removing device along with the flue gas flow in the horizontal flue 18; the rear end of the nozzle 14 is communicated with an air outlet of the induced draft fan 15 through a pipeline, and the power input end of the induced draft fan 15 is connected with the power input end of the blowing and floating driving motor 16.
The control system is used for detecting dust accumulation in the horizontal flue 18 and realizing intelligent control of the device, and comprises a pressure sensor 17, a frequency converter, a controller, a motor driving module, a control board and an alarm; the pressure sensor 17 is arranged at the bottom end of the inner cavity of the horizontal flue 18, the upper end face of the pressure sensor 17 is flush with the bottom end of the inner cavity of the horizontal flue 18, when dust in the horizontal flue 18 is gradually accumulated, the accumulated dust presses the pressure sensor 17, when the pressure reaches a certain value, the pressure sensor 17 sends a trigger signal to the controller, the controller starts the dust shoveling device and the soot blowing device to work after receiving the trigger signal, and simultaneously starts the alarm to send an alarm signal. The controller adopts a PLC, the signal input end of the controller is respectively and electrically connected with the control board and the pressure sensor 17, and the control board is used for realizing the work of a manual control device of a worker; the signal output end of the controller is electrically connected with the frequency converter, the motor driving module and the alarm respectively; the motor driving module is respectively electrically connected with the dust shoveling driving motor, the auxiliary driving motor and the blowing floating driving motor.
The invention can automatically detect whether the horizontal flue 18 needs dust shoveling and soot blowing treatment or not through the pressure sensor 17; the dust shoveling device can thoroughly remove dust accumulated at the bottom end of the horizontal flue 18 and push the dust to the soot blower; the soot blower can stir and float the dust, so that the dust enters the dust removing device at the rear end of the horizontal flue 18 along with the flue gas flow in the horizontal flue 18. The technical scheme of the invention has the advantages that: the ash shoveling executing mechanism can drive the ash shoveling plate 7 to horizontally topple and erect by using the pull rod 8, so that the obstruction of the ash shoveling plate 7 to the flue flow can be reduced; the ash shoveling auxiliary mechanism arranged in the ash shoveling device can break up the dust which is condensed into blocks and scrape off the tobacco tar which is adhered to the inner cavity wall of the horizontal flue 18; the frequency converter that the dust in the soot blower blows and floats the mechanism setting can realize that nozzle 14 spouts the air current of change to album ash tray 11, realizes blowing the effect to the dust better.
