Abstract
本发明涉及一种选择式排水阀门,包括壳体,壳体上部设有进水口,壳体内设有与进水口连通的进水腔,其特征在于,壳体内还设有位于所述进水腔下方的净水腔和脏水腔,净水腔通过净水分流口与进水腔连通,脏水腔通过脏水分流口与进水腔连通,净水腔底部设有净水排放口,脏水腔底部设有脏水排放口,进水腔内设有活门,活门通过转轴可旋转地安装在壳体上,活门在关闭净水分流口和脏水分流口中其中一个时,打开其中另一个。本发明可根据废水的干净程度,通过控制活门选择往净水排放口或脏水排放口排放,实现了废水的分类选择和利用,达到节约用水的目的,并且结构简单,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及排水阀门技术领域,特别是一种选择式排水阀门。
背景技术
我国水的用量非常大,而我国又是一个水资源贫乏的国家,水是不可再生的,又是地球上所有生物所必需的,水资源日趋紧张,几乎所有的大城市都面临着缺水,所以我们应该尽量爱护、保护我们有限的水资源。我们的厨房日常洗菜、洗碗等要消耗大量的水,这些洗菜和洗碗用过的水,在前面几次带有洗洁精等清洁剂的水是较脏的,而后面过清的水是较干净的。现有的厨房洗菜盘下水件没有都是单通道的排水口,无论脏水或干净水全部排放于下水管流走,没有通过分类利用,既增加了废水的处理量,又白白浪费了可以利用的水资源,加剧了我们缺水的状况。
发明内容
为了解决厨房用水排放存在浪费的问题,本发明提出了一种结构简单、使用方便的选择式排水阀门,以对厨房废水实现分类排放,节约用水。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种选择式排水阀门,包括壳体,壳体上部设有进水口,壳体内设有与进水口连通的进水腔,其特征在于,壳体内还设有位于所述进水腔下方的净水腔和脏水腔,净水腔通过净水分流口与进水腔连通,脏水腔通过脏水分流口与进水腔连通,净水腔底部设有净水排放口,脏水腔底部设有脏水排放口,进水腔内设有活门,活门通过转轴可旋转地安装在壳体上,活门在关闭净水分流口和脏水分流口中其中一个时,打开其中另一个。
本发明提供的选择式排水阀门,可根据废水的干净程度,通过控制活门选择往净水排放口或脏水排放口排放,通过管道将脏水排放口连接到污水下水管将脏水排走,将净水排放口连接到净水下水管至市政雨水管道或小区储水池,以用作小区绿化浇灌和清洗街道用水,这样就实现了废水的分类选择和利用,达到节约用水的目的,并且结构简单,使用方便。
进一步地,所述脏水分流口设置在进水腔的底部,所述净水分流口倾斜设置在高于脏水分流口的位置。脏水排放很彻底,在选择改为净水排放口排放时,开始进入进水腔的净水对进水腔冲洗后也变为脏水,这些脏水大部分积聚在进水腔内脏水分流口与净水分流口之间的空间,最后通过脏水排放口排除,进一步净化了通过净水排放口排放的水。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
具体实施方式
实施例一
参见图1和图2,选择式排水阀门包括壳体1,壳体1的上部设有进水口11,壳体1内设有与进水口11连通的进水腔2。进水口11的内壁面上设有内螺纹,可与洗漱盘下水件的外螺纹连接,洗漱盘的水通过进水口11进入进水腔2中。壳体1内还设有位于进水腔2下方的净水腔3和脏水腔4,净水腔3通过净水分流口31与进水腔2连通,脏水腔4通过脏水分流口41与进水腔2连通。净水腔3的底部设有净水排放口32,净水排放口32的外壁面上设有外螺纹,通过外螺纹与净水排水管连接,把净水腔3内的净水排出。脏水腔4底部设有脏水排放口42,脏水排放口42的外壁面上设有外螺纹,通过外螺纹与脏水排水管连接,把脏水腔4内的脏水排出。
进水腔内设有活门6,活门6通过转轴5可旋转地安装在壳体1上。活门6可往净水分流口31转动,并贴靠在净水分流口31所在的进水腔2壁面上,把净水分流口31关闭,同时打开了脏水分流口41。活门6可往脏水分流口41转动,并贴靠在脏水分流口41所在的进水腔2壁面上,把脏水分流口41关闭,同时打开了净水分流口31。
脏水分流口41设置在进水腔2的底部,净水分流口31倾斜设置在高于脏水分流口41的位置,净水分流口31与水平面形成的夹角为锐角。由于脏水分流口41设置在进水腔2的底部,排放脏水时,脏水排放很彻底,没有残留在进水腔2内。在选择改为净水排放口排放时,开始进入进水腔的净水对进水腔冲洗后也变为脏水,这些脏水大部分积聚在进水腔内脏水分流口与净水分流口之间的空间,最后通过打开脏水分流口时排出,进一步净化了通过净水排放口排放的水。
转轴5上设有把手7,把手7在壳体1的外部。通过转动7来打开净水分流口31或脏水分流口41,通过手动的转动把手来选择,实现废水分类排放和利用。壳体1的两侧设有安装耳孔12,用于将选择式排水阀门安装在墙上的两个螺钉上,便于安装。
实施例二
参见图3,本实施例在实施例一的基础上,增设了驱动机构8和电控开关9,驱动机构8设置在壳体1上,用来驱动转轴5转动,电控开关9与驱动机构8电连接。通过电动控制方式来打开净水分流口31或脏水分流口41,电动选择排水方式,更加便于人们的使用。
本发明提供的选择式排水阀门,可根据废水的干净程度,通过控制活门选择往净水排放口或脏水排放口排放,通过管道将脏水排放口连接到污水下水管将脏水排走,将净水排放口连接到净水下水管至市政雨水管道或小区储水池,以用作小区绿化浇灌和清洗街道用水,这样就实现了废水的分类选择和利用,达到节约用水的目的,并且结构简单,使用方便。

1.一种选择式排水阀门,包括壳体,壳体上部设有进水口,壳体内设有与进水口连通的进水腔,其特征在于,壳体内还设有位于所述进水腔下方的净水腔和脏水腔,净水腔通过净水分流口与进水腔连通,脏水腔通过脏水分流口与进水腔连通,净水腔底部设有净水排放口,脏水腔底部设有脏水排放口,进水腔内设有活门,活门通过转轴可旋转地安装在壳体上,活门在关闭净水分流口和脏水分流口中其中一个时,打开其中另一个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的选择式排水阀门,其特征在于,所述脏水分流口设置在进水腔的底部,所述净水分流口倾斜设置在高于脏水分流口的位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的选择式排水阀门,其特征在于,所述净水分流口与水平面形成的夹角为锐角。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的选择式排水阀门,其特征在于,所述转轴上设有把手,把手在所述壳体外部。
5.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的选择式排水阀门,其特征在于,还包括驱动机构和电控开关,驱动机构设置在壳体上,用来驱动所述转轴转动,电控开关与驱动机构电连接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的选择式排水阀门,其特征在于,还包括驱动机构和电控开关,驱动机构设置在壳体上,用来驱动所述转轴转动,电控开关与驱动机构电连接。
