Abstract

本发明提供了一种空气过滤材料,所述空气过滤材料包括基材和复合层,所述基材是上下两层碳纤维网状过滤布,所述复合层介于上下两层碳纤维网状过滤布之间,从上到下依次为硅藻土负载二氧化钛层和炭材料吸附层。本申请以硅藻土负载二氧化钛层和炭材料吸附层作为主要吸附层,能够有效的将物理吸附和化学吸附相结合,在过滤微小粒子的同时,能够对挥发性有机物降解为无毒无害的CO2、和H2O以及相应的无机离子,无二次污染,吸附作用强、过滤效果明显,具有广泛的推广作用。

Description

一种空气过滤材料
技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,特别地,涉及一种空气过滤材料。
背景技术
近年来,净化工程和净化设备对滤材的技术性能要求逐步向节能低耗型发展,对环境和空气净化的要求越来越高,对空气净化材料的各种性能指标要求也越来越高。现有的袋式过滤器除尘袋滤布是由三层复合构成,即由面层、中层和底层复合构成,除尘袋滤布的底面层是以各种纤维材料制成的过滤布,主要是以聚丙烯纤维、丙纶滤布、涤纶滤布、锦。纶滤布、无纺滤布制成,其中以聚丙烯纤维为主要原料制成的PP无纺滤布应用最为广泛,这种无纺布是在控制温度和湿度条件下通过热熔方法完成纤维相互粘接制成的过滤材料,其具有纳污能力强,流量大,耐压高,操作方便,成本低,适用范围广等特点,被大量应用。
但是现有技术中,大部分是通过物理吸附方式来净化空气质量,对有毒有害有异味的气体的净化以及低浓度、微小粒子的空气净化方法以及空气过滤材料报到有限,因此,开发一种高效实用的、能够净化有毒有害的化学气体的空气净化材料是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种空气过滤材料,以硅藻土负载二氧化钛层和炭材料吸附层作为主要吸附层,能够有效的将物理吸附和化学吸附相结合,在过滤微小粒子的同时,能够对挥发性有机物降解为无毒无害的CO2、和H2O以及相应的无机离子,无二次污染,吸附作用强、过滤效果明显。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种空气过滤材料,所述空气过滤材料包括基材和复合层,所述基材是上下两层碳纤维网状过滤布,所述复合层介于上下两层碳纤维网状过滤布之间,从上到下依次为硅藻土负载二氧化钛层和炭材料吸附层;
进一步地,所述硅藻土负载二氧化钛层,硅藻土与二氧化钛的质量比为1~10:1;当二氧化钛与硅藻土的质量比小于1:10时,硅藻土对有机物的吸附占主导作用,大部 分有机物分子被吸附在二氧化钛表面,造成了光催化活性部位减少,由于有机物分子和二氧化钛之间缺少直接的碰撞,加之有机物在二氧化钛表层的浓度越来越高,所以大量被吸附的有机分子对含有光生空穴或含自由基的二氧化钛有抑制作用,同时,吸附在表面的有机物分子对可见光的吸收,减少了光子到达二氧化钛表面的几率,从而降低了二氧化钛对有机物分子的降解率;当二氧化钛与硅藻土的质量比为1~10:1时,随着二氧化钛与硅藻土的比例增大,不仅可以增加硅藻土的吸附量,还可以使更多的有效光子转化为化学能,产生更多的活性物种,进而提高光催化效率,进而提高降解效率;但是当二氧化钛与硅藻土的质量比大于1:1时,会造成反应溶液中过多的光催化剂粒子悬浮,形成光散热,阻碍光传播,降低光催化效果,从而降低降解率,反而增加了成本,造成了不必要的浪费,所以硅藻土与二氧化钛的质量比为1~10:1为最佳比例;
进一步地,所述炭材料吸附层是颗粒活性炭层、粉末活性炭层、竹炭层、稻壳炭层、碳纳米管层、碳纳米纤维层或人造石墨层中的一种;
进一步地,所述活性炭颗粒大小为50~100目;
进一步地,所述二氧化钛为纳米级,粒径为8~25nm;
进一步地,所述硅藻土负载二氧化钛层的厚度为0.2~0.4mm;
进一步地,所述炭材料吸附层为0.3~0.5mm;
进一步地,所述空气过滤材料中碳纤维网状过滤布、硅藻土负载二氧化钛层和炭材料吸附层通过热压工艺复合在一起;
进一步地,所述热压工艺在常温下进行,热压压力为0.1~0.6MPa。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明目的在于提供一种空气过滤材料,以硅藻土负载二氧化钛层和炭材料吸附层作为主要吸附层,能够有效的将物理吸附和化学吸附相结合,在过滤微小粒子的同时,能够对挥发性有机物降解为无毒无害的CO2、和H2O以及相应的无机离子,无二次污染,吸附作用强、过滤效果明显。
(2)硅藻土具有强吸附性,大的比表面积,具有吸附异味的作用,能够保持室内清洁,具有杀菌剂的作用,和二氧化钛复合,在吸收的基础上能够将有毒分子分解,能够彻底的清除有害物质,保持室内长久的清洁环境。
(3)本发明的空气过滤材料以碳纤维过滤布作为基材,具有机械强度高、化学稳定性好、比重小易反冲洗、寿命长、制作成本低廉等诸多优点,广泛用于空气净化器和空调过滤装置上。
(4)本发明的空气过滤材料在常温下通过热压工艺将各层复合在一起,制备工艺简单,并且对吸附作用和过滤效率没有影响。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以根据权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例
一种空气过滤材料,所述空气过滤材料包括基材和复合层,所述基材是上下两层碳纤维网状过滤布,所述复合层介于上下两层碳纤维网状过滤布之间,从上到下依次为硅藻土负载二氧化钛层和炭材料吸附层。
实施例1~6的空气过滤材料具体参数以表格的形式列出,具体见表1:

结果试验:
1、空气过滤材料对粒子的过滤实验
将实施例1~6所得空气过滤材料用以下设备进行检测:
TH-60滤料检测仪。
SX-L310激光粒子计数器。
YY-2000Pa压差计。
ZRQF-F30J风速仪。
HS-3000A微孔电子拉力机。
检测标准:效率、阻力按GB/T6165-2008计算法检测、抗拉强度按GB/T3923.1-1997检测。
实验条件:额定风速1.5m/s,对0.5μm粒径的粒子进行过滤,测试结果见表2。

从表2的数据可以看出,本申请实施例1~6所得的空气过滤材料无论是阻力、效率、克重、抗拉强度的数据均优于国家标准,同时,和现有较为常用的空气过滤材料PP无纺布进行了对比,优势更为明显,可以看到,本申请的空气过滤材料效率均大于75%,具有较强的过滤效果。
2、空气过滤材料对有机物的降解实验
本申请对实施例1~6所得空气过滤材料进行有机物降解实验检测,所选有机物为染料酸性红3R(涂料中常用染料),浓度为50mg/L,光照4小时后,检测染料酸性红3R的降解率见表3。

从表3数据可以看出,本申请的空气过滤材料由于具备硅藻土负载二氧化钛层和炭材料吸附层能够有效的对有机物进行降解,降解率均在85%以上,在吸收颗粒物的基础上能够将有毒分子分解,能够彻底的清除有害物质,保持室内长久的清洁环境。
本申请的空气过滤材料能够有效的将物理吸附和化学吸附相结合,在过滤微小粒子的同时,能够对挥发性有机气体降解为无毒无害的CO2、和H2O以及相应的无机离子,无二次污染,吸附作用强、过滤效果明显,具有广泛的推广作用。

1.一种空气过滤材料,其特征在于,所述空气过滤材料包括基材和复合层,所述基材是上下两层碳纤维网状过滤布,所述复合层介于上下两层碳纤维网状过滤布之间,从上到下依次为硅藻土负载二氧化钛层和炭材料吸附层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤材料,其特征在于,所述硅藻土负载二氧化钛层,硅藻土与二氧化钛的质量比为1~10:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤材料,其特征在于,所述炭材料吸附层是颗粒活性炭层、粉末活性炭层、竹炭层、稻壳炭层、碳纳米管层、碳纳米纤维层或人造石墨层中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤材料,其特征在于,所述活性炭颗粒大小为50~100目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤材料,其特征在于,所述二氧化钛为纳米级,粒径为8~25nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤材料,其特征在于,所述硅藻土负载二氧化钛层的厚度为0.2~0.4mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤材料,其特征在于,所述炭材料吸附层为0.3~0.5mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤材料,其特征在于,所述空气过滤材料中碳纤维网状过滤布、硅藻土负载二氧化钛层和炭材料吸附层通过热压工艺复合在一起。
9.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤材料,其特征在于,所述热压工艺在常温下进行,热压压力为0.1~0.6MPa。
