The hospital quick and accurate calling system and the method thereof solve the problem of quick and accurate calling of conventional and common calling information, realize the sending of the calling information to corresponding medical care personnel, reduce the communication time and improve the working efficiency; the invention filters the patient request information and reduces the error requests sent by the patient.
Claims (4)
1. A quick and accurate calling method for a hospital is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: a hospital fast and accurate calling system is set up in a hospital, a hospital server is set up in a hospital hospitalization place, a medicine dispensing server is set up in a medicine dispensing room, a nurse station server and a talkback unit are set up in a nurse station of a hospital housing department, a doctor office server is set up in each doctor office, a wireless router is set up in a ward, a caller is set up on each sickbed in the ward, each caller is set with a fixed number, the fixed number of each caller is the corresponding sickbed number, and a computer room unit is set up in a computer room of the hospital;
step 2: the hospital registration is carried out on a patient at a hospital registration place, a person at the hospital registration place inputs patient information in a hospital server and sets a patient account, the hospital server sends the patient information and the patient account to a machine room unit, a central server in the machine room unit receives the patient information and the patient account, medical care personnel distributes a ward number and a ward number to the patient through intelligent equipment, a supervisor doctor and a supervisor nurse are assigned to the patient, the central server sends the patient information, the patient account, the ward number and the ward number to the supervisor and the supervisor to a database server for storage, and the patient information comprises the pathological condition information, the on-duty doctor information and treatment information of the patient; the patient information comprises the name, sex, age, identification number, contact telephone and disease information of the patient;
and step 3: after patient is in hospital, corresponding APP is downloaded on the smart machine of patient or his family members to input patient account number in smart machine APP, bind with the smart machine that the patient logined after the account number input, when patient need call medical personnel, patient can select to call or smart machine APP calls with the calling set: when a patient selects to call by using the caller, the patient presses a corresponding key on the caller according to the self requirement, the caller correspondingly generates key information and sends the self fixed number and the key information to the wireless router through the WIFI network, and the wireless router sends the fixed number and the key information to the machine room unit; when a patient selects to call through the intelligent device APP, the patient presses corresponding keys on the intelligent device APP according to the self requirement, the intelligent device APP generates key information, the intelligent device APP sends the patient account and the key information to the wireless router through the WIFI network, and the wireless router sends the patient account and the key information to the machine room unit through the network cable;
the key information comprises heating, palpitation and cold sweat, dressing falling and bleeding, injection, dressing change, medicine preparation and changing, needle drawing, transfusion swelling, unsmooth transfusion, blood return and insulin injection; wherein, fever, palpitation, cold sweat, dressing shedding and bleeding are treatment items which need to be implemented by doctors, and injection, dressing change, medicine preparation and changing, needle drawing, transfusion swelling, unsmooth transfusion, blood returning and insulin injection are treatment items which need to be implemented by nurses;
and 4, step 4: the central server of the machine room unit firstly calls patient information, a patient account number, a doctor in charge of the patient, nurse in charge information, a doctor on duty, a ward number and a sickbed number from the database server, and the central server verifies the information sent by the caller or the intelligent device APP: verifying the patient account sent by the intelligent equipment APP according to the patient account called from the database server; verifying the fixed number of the caller according to the number of the sick room and the number of the sick bed; the central server analyzes the treatment items needed by the patient according to the key information;
and 5: the central server judges whether the treatment items are consistent with the symptoms of the patients or not according to the patient information: if yes, executing step 6; if not, executing step 9;
step 6: the central server judges whether the patient needs to perform the treatment item in a time period: if yes, executing step 7; if not, executing step 9;
and 7: the central server determines who completed the treatment project: when the nurse finishes the operation, the step 8 is executed; when the doctor finishes the operation, the step 10 is executed;
and 8: the central server sends the treatment items to a nurse station server and sends reminding short messages to mobile phones of on-duty nurses through a short message pool; the nurse station server displays the treatment items, and nurses quickly prepare treatment according to the treatment items;
and step 9: the nurse station server opens the talkback unit through the USB bus, and the talkback unit establishes full-duplex talkback connection with a caller of a sickbed where a patient is located, so that talkback between a nurse and the patient is realized; executing step 12;
step 10: the center server finds the office where the on-duty doctor of the patient is located according to the on-duty doctor information in the patient information, sends the treatment item to a doctor office server in the office where the on-duty doctor is located, and simultaneously sends a reminding short message to the mobile phone of the on-duty doctor through a short message pool; the doctor station server displays the treatment items, and the doctor quickly prepares treatment according to the treatment items;
step 11: the doctor office server displays the treatment items, and the doctor judges whether the medicine needs to be dispensed according to the treatment items: if yes, the doctor inputs dispensing information through the doctor office server, the doctor office server sends the dispensing information to the machine room unit, the central server of the machine room unit sends the dispensing information to the database server for storage, meanwhile, the central server sends the dispensing information to the dispensing server, the dispensing server displays the dispensing information, medical staff in the dispensing room dispenses through the dispensing information, and step 12 is executed; if not, executing step 12;
step 12: the doctor carries out treatment according to the treatment items;
step 13: and (6) ending.

The hospital fast and accurate calling method according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step 10, the medical staff on duty installs APP software on the intelligent device of the staff, and the central server sends the treatment items to the intelligent device of the doctor on duty through the GPRS network for the medical staff on duty to check.
