The embodiment of the invention provides a whole machine packaging structure of a storage type server, which is characterized in that a packaging box, a case liner and a hard disk liner are arranged to respectively contain a whole machine of the server, a case of the storage type server to be packaged and other parts, and a front panel groove and a case groove are arranged on the case liner to contain a front panel of the storage type server to be packaged and a case of the storage type server to be packaged. The hard disk liner is arranged right above the case liner and consists of a first hard disk liner and a second hard disk liner and is used for containing a hard disk storage space, a guide rail box storage space and an accessory box storage space.
