Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drilling, in particular to an installation device for an offshore drilling riser.
Background
In deep sea oil projects, riser installation requires special deep sea drillships to operate, particularly ultra-deep water projects with water depths of 1785 meters to 2030 meters, such as the british oil Block 31 (31 Block) project in 2012, and particularly requires a new generation of drillships. However, even the new generation of drill ships do not perform all operations smoothly. Either a specific drill ship is selected or technical modifications are made to the drill ship that can be obtained. The booking of the operation cycle of a drill ship generally requires a very long time ahead, so that for most cases the selection of a particular drill ship is economically not advisable. Only with the technical improvements available to drilling vessels can work economically and efficiently.
In the prior art, a spider disc on a drilling ship adopts a structure with four buckles, a vertical pipe penetrates through the center of the spider disc, and the outer wall of the vertical pipe is clamped by the buckles. Although this configuration is simple and efficient and provides for easy installation of a typical riser, the design can cause problems with complex risers, such as when the auxiliary riser and riser are installed simultaneously, e.g., the snap fit can interfere with the auxiliary riser and possible damage to the auxiliary riser during installation.
The reason is that the complex vertical pipe is not only provided with one pipeline, but also provided with an auxiliary vertical pipe with a smaller diameter outside the main vertical pipe, the strength of the auxiliary vertical pipe is far lower than that of the main vertical pipe, the buckle is firstly clamped on the outer wall of the main pipe, and the auxiliary vertical pipe is arranged at present, and if the buckle is clamped on the auxiliary vertical pipe, the auxiliary vertical pipe can be damaged.

Preferably, the riser guide flange includes a pipe body, and a flange connected to an outer circumferential wall of the pipe body, and the flange is formed with a through hole C through which the auxiliary riser passes.
Preferably, the interior of the pipe body is formed as a through hole D through which the main riser passes.
Preferably, a spiral groove is formed on an inner wall of the through hole D.
The invention does not need to completely abandon the existing spider disc in the prior art, but fully utilizes the existing spider disc, and the auxiliary vertical pipe can pass through the vertical pipe guide flange by adding the additional separating disc and the vertical pipe guide flange, and the buckle is only clamped on the separating disc, so the auxiliary vertical pipe can not be contacted with the auxiliary vertical pipe, thereby the defects of the spider disc in the prior art are avoided, the vertical pipe with the auxiliary vertical pipe can be well installed, and the pressure-controlled drilling vertical pipe can be additionally installed beside the installed drilling vertical pipe, and the mutual interference between the buckle and the auxiliary vertical pipe is avoided.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides an installation device of a marine drilling riser, which comprises a main disc body 1, a separation disc 2 and a riser guide flange 6, wherein the riser guide flange 6 is used for penetrating an auxiliary riser and a main riser, a through hole A3 is formed in the main disc body 1, a plurality of buckles 4 are pivotally arranged on the main disc body 1, the plurality of buckles 4 are arranged around the circumference of the through hole A3, the separation disc 2 is arranged in the through hole A3, a gap 5 matched with the buckles 4 is formed in the circumference of the separation disc 2, and the separation disc 2 is fixed in the through hole A3 through the buckles 4; the riser guide flange 6 is mounted in a through hole B7 of the separating disc 2. The main disk 1 is a component known as a spider disk in the prior art.
The separating disc 2 is mainly used for bearing the clamping force of the buckle 4 and can be butted with the buckle 4 of the existing spider disc, so that the upgrading from an old system to a new system is very simple and convenient.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention does not completely abandon the existing spider disc in the prior art, but fully utilizes the existing spider disc, and the auxiliary vertical pipe can pass through the vertical pipe guide flange 6 by adding the additional separating disc 2 and the vertical pipe guide flange 6, and the buckle 4 is only clamped on the separating disc 2, so the auxiliary vertical pipe can not be contacted with the auxiliary vertical pipe, thereby the defects of the spider disc in the prior art are avoided, the vertical pipe with the auxiliary vertical pipe can be well installed, the pressure-controlled drilling vertical pipe can be additionally installed beside the installed drilling vertical pipe, and the mutual interference between the buckle and the auxiliary vertical pipe is avoided.
Preferably, the marine drilling riser installation device further comprises a riser guide flange 6, the riser guide flange 6 being mounted in a through hole B7 of the separation disc 2.
Preferably, the separation disc 2 comprises a body, the outer circumferential wall of which is formed with a first collar 8 projecting radially outwards of the body, the inner circumferential wall of which is formed with a second collar 9 projecting radially inwards of the body, the riser guide flange 6 being mounted on the second collar 9.
Thus, the edge formed by the first protruding ring 8 can support the separating disk 2 to the through hole A3, so that the separating disk 2 can be well mounted on the existing spider disk, and the separating disk 2 can be integrally connected with the spider disk when bearing the downward gravity in the axial direction.
The second collar 9 is used for mounting the riser guide flange 6, and preferably the separation discs 2 are supported at the through holes A3 of the main disc 1 by the first collar 8.
Preferably, the riser guide flange 6 includes a pipe body 10, and a flange 11 connected to an outer circumferential wall of the pipe body 10, and the flange 11 is formed with a through hole C12 for passing the auxiliary riser. Preferably, the inside of the pipe body 10 is formed as a through hole D13 for the main riser to pass through, and preferably, a spiral groove is formed on the inner wall of the through hole D13.
When the installation is carried out, the through hole D13 is used for the main vertical pipe to pass through, the through hole C12 is used for the auxiliary vertical pipe to pass through, and the spiral groove is used for installing the main vertical pipe.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention can fully utilize the original structure of the traditional spider disc without completely replacing the whole set of spider disc system. Finite element analysis under the condition of limit load shows that compared with the original spider disc, the maximum stress of the spider disc is basically the same as that of the original spider disc under the condition of bearing the same load, and the requirements are completely met. The invention avoids the defects of the traditional spider disc, can well install the vertical pipe with the auxiliary vertical pipe, and can additionally install the pressure control drilling vertical pipe beside the installed drilling vertical pipe.
