Abstract
The invention relates to a tensioning device, in particular to a belt tensioning device of a BSG motor test board, which comprises a guide rail sizing block, wherein a linear guide rail is arranged on the bottom surface of the guide rail sizing block, two sliding blocks are arranged on the linear guide rail in a sliding manner, each sliding block is fixedly connected with one cylinder sizing block, nut blocks are arranged on the two cylinder sizing blocks, the two nut blocks are connected through a screw rod, threads on the two nut blocks, which are used for being connected with the screw rod, are opposite in rotation direction, a spring is sleeved on the screw rod, and two ends of the spring are respectively propped against the corresponding cylinder sizing block; the cylinder sizing block is also provided with a cylinder, and a piston rod of the cylinder is arranged in parallel with the linear guide rail; an idler device is arranged in front of the cylinder sizing block and reciprocates along the horizontal direction under the action of the cylinder.
