背景技术
现在的井盖当下大雨雨水倒冲时,往往会把井盖冲跑,给路上行人和车辆造成很大的安全隐患,有关井盖专利主要有:一种安全井盖,专利申请号是:CN201520149220.0,易积水处井用防喷出安全井盖(CN201320375455.2),它们都有贯穿井盖和井座的螺栓,当大水冲起井盖时,井盖螺栓下头的螺帽被井座内沿挡住,井盖停止起升,这种井盖和井座用螺栓绑定的技术方案水冲力量都集中在了井座上,而井座只是用来安放井盖的,由路面压着其外沿,承受不了多大向上的冲击力,易被大水和井盖一起冲跑,这种安全井盖并不牢固可靠。
发明内容
介于上述情况,本发明解决的技术问题是:井盖遇大水倒冲时,更加安全、可靠、牢固,。
本发明解决问题所采取的技术方案是:井内壁对应两侧设有竖直的井盖防护拉杆,防护拉杆长30-80厘米,拉杆下头有丝扣和上紧在丝扣上的螺帽,螺帽上10-40厘米有焊接固定在铁板上的钢管套装在拉杆上,以导正拉杆,钢管长10-30厘米,固定钢管的铁板有和井壁对应的圆弧,由膨胀螺丝固定在井壁上,钢管顶有固定在拉杆上的挡环,以定位拉杆,井盖有开启口和与防护拉杆相对应的井盖眼,防护拉杆穿过井盖对应的喇叭形井盖眼,井盖眼顶有沉孔,井盖防护拉杆上头有丝扣和上紧在丝扣上的螺母,螺母落在井盖眼沉孔内。当遇大雨时,雨水冲起井盖,由于防护拉杆穿装在固定的钢管中,井盖可竖直平稳起升,起升出井口到一定程度防护拉杆下头螺帽就会被钢管挡住,井盖停止起升,雨水则可以随着井盖的起升而涌出,雨水过后井盖在自身重力作用下落回原位,当需要打开井盖时,拧下井盖眼沉孔中的螺母,由于钢管顶有挡环,所以拉杆不会掉下去,然后通过井盖开启口向上起出井盖即可,盖井盖时,喇叭形井盖眼便于井盖对正安放。
本发明井盖用钢管、挡环、防护拉杆等把井盖遇大水倒冲时受到的冲击力转移到井壁上,而井壁是固定不动的,能承受的力量大,所以更加安全、可靠、牢固,而且在现有的井、井座上就可实施,实用性广。

具体实施方式
一种公路安全井盖包括:1、井盖,2、井盖眼沉孔,3、螺母,4、喇叭形井盖眼,5、防护拉杆,6、钢管,7、防护拉杆下头螺帽,8、膨胀螺丝,9、挡环,10、井盖开启口,井内壁对应两侧设有竖直的井盖防护拉杆5,防护拉杆5长60厘米,拉杆5下头有丝扣和上紧在丝扣上的螺帽7,螺帽7上30厘米有焊接固定在铁板上的钢管6套装在拉杆5上,钢管6长20厘米,固定钢管6的铁板有和井壁对应的圆弧,由膨胀螺丝8固定在井壁上,钢管6顶有固定在拉杆5上的挡环9,以定位防护拉杆5,井盖1有开启口10和与防护拉杆5相对应的井盖眼4,防护拉杆5穿过与井盖1对应的喇叭形井盖眼4,井盖眼4顶有沉孔2,井盖防护拉杆5上头有丝扣和上紧在丝扣上的螺母3,螺母3落在井盖眼沉孔2内。当遇大雨时,雨水冲起井盖1,由于防护拉杆5穿装在固定的钢管6中,井盖1可平稳起升,起升出井口到一定程度防护拉杆下头螺帽7就会被钢管6挡住,井盖1停止起升,雨水则可以随着井盖1的起升而涌出,雨水过后井盖1在自身重力作用下落回原位,当需要打开井盖1时,拧下井盖眼沉孔2中的螺母3,由于钢管6顶有挡环9,所以拉杆5不会掉下去,然后通过井盖开启口10向上起出井盖1即可,盖井盖1时,喇叭形井盖眼4便于井盖1对正安放。

1.一种公路安全井盖包括:井盖、井盖眼沉孔、螺母、喇叭形井盖眼、防护拉杆、钢管、防护拉杆下头螺帽、膨胀螺丝、挡环、井盖开启口,其特征是:井内壁对应两侧设有竖直的井盖防护拉杆,拉杆下头有丝扣和上紧在丝扣上的螺帽,螺帽上10-40厘米有焊接固定在铁板上的钢管套装在拉杆上,以导正拉杆,固定钢管的铁板有和井壁对应的圆弧,由膨胀螺丝固定在井壁上,钢管顶有固定在拉杆上的挡环,以定位拉杆,井盖有开启口和与防护拉杆相对应的井盖眼,防护拉杆穿过对应的喇叭形井盖眼,井盖眼顶有沉孔,井盖防护拉杆上头有丝扣和上紧在丝扣上的螺母,螺母落在井盖眼沉孔内。
