Abstract

本发明公开一种抗老化镭射防伪包装材料,包括外保护层、镭射防伪层、铝箔层、衬纸层、纸板层、防油层和遮光材料层,所述镭射防伪层贴附于所述铝箔层的光面上,所述外保护层为透明层,淋膜于所述镭射防伪层表面,所述衬纸层贴附于所述铝箔层的哑光面上,所述纸板层贴附于所述衬纸层的外表面上,所述防油层涂布于所述纸板层的外表面上,所述遮光材料层喷涂于所述防油层的外表面上。本发明通过膜转移方式将镭射转移涂料贴附于铝箔纸上,得到镭射材料,并在该材料表面淋膜聚乳酸类可降解材料作为防护膜,在符合绿色化生产的前提下提高材料的耐磨性;本产品适用于包装人类直接食用的产品,符合绿色化生产要求;具有遮光性能,适用于包装需避光保存的物品。

一种抗老化镭射防伪包装材料
技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种镭射防伪纸板。
背景技术
镭射防伪技术是利用激光光源在极短的时间内将光波振幅信息和相应信息同时记录下来,利用光的干涉原理反映出构成图像的每一个质点,制作成唯一的防伪图版,从而达到防伪的目的。
目前各生产厂家为保证产品质量,多将镭射防伪技术应用于产品包装或直接应用于产品上,以防止假冒产品破坏企业形象。特别是对于高档烟、酒以及医药包装行业,假烟、假酒以及假药的出现不仅损害商家和消费者的经济利益还损害了消费者的身体健康,需严格杜绝。镭射防伪技术应用到包装材料上主要基于膜转移的工作原理,在整个工作过程中包括制版、成膜、膜转移以及剥离等工序,整个工序中仍存在膜转移不彻底、剥离不干净等问题;随着环境污染问题的加剧,人们的环保意识越来越强,对于包装材料的绿色化要求也越来越高,因此,在保证包装材料具有防伪特性的同时还要求其可自然降解性能,进一步维护地球的可持续发展;此外,在药品包装时,因大部分药物需要避光保存,采用普通的包装纸达不到理想的避光保存的效果,因而需要一种遮光效果好的防伪包装材料。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构稳定、成品率高以及环保的镭射防伪纸板。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种镭射防伪纸板,包括外保护层、镭射防伪层、铝箔层、衬纸层、纸板层、防油层和遮光材料层,所述镭射防伪层贴附于所述铝箔层的光面上,所述外保护层为透明层,淋膜于所述镭射防伪层表面,所述衬纸层贴附于所述铝箔层的哑光面上,所述纸板层贴附于所述衬纸层的外表面上,所述防油层涂布于所述纸板层的外表面上,所述遮光材料层喷涂于所述防油层的外表面上。

有益效果:本发明通过膜转移方式将镭射转移涂料贴附于铝箔纸上,得到镭射材料,并在该材料表面淋膜聚乳酸类可降解材料作为防护膜,在符合绿色化生产的前提下提高材料的耐磨性;本发明中采用水性镭射转移涂料,避免了油性转移涂料在烘干过程中毒 性气体的挥发,得到的包装材料适用于包装人类直接食用的产品,符合绿色化生产要求;本发明的加工方法成品率高,适于市场推广,本产品具有遮光性能,适用于包装需避光保存的物品。

实施例1:一种镭射防伪纸板,包括外保护层、镭射防伪层、铝箔层、衬纸层、纸板层、防油层和遮光材料层,所述镭射防伪层由热转移膜法制备,贴附于所述铝箔层的光面上,所述外保护层为透明层,淋膜于所述镭射防伪层表面,所述衬纸层贴附于所述铝箔层的哑光面上,所述纸板层贴附于所述衬纸层的外表面上,所述防油层涂布于所述纸板层的外表面上,所述遮光材料层喷涂于所述防油层的外表面上;
