本发明公开了一种环保高分子材料,包括天然高分子材料、木质纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂、羟乙基纤维素、增稠剂、偶联剂、分散剂、阻燃剂及增加剂,每个成分的重量份数分别为:天然高分子材料40‑55份、木质纤维3‑5份、钛酸酯偶联剂2‑6份、羟乙基纤维素7‑10份、增稠剂1‑2份、分散剂1‑3份、阻燃剂3‑5份及增加剂2‑3份。本发明的优点为:本发明揭示了一种环保高分子材料,具有强度高、耐摩擦、耐腐蚀等优点,保温效果优异,同时所用成份来自天然,不含有毒有害物质,对环境、人体健康不会造成任何损害,实现了清洁环保的效果,且降解能力和强度高,工艺简单,成本低。

本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保高分子材料。
背景技术
节能环保型高分子材料即“绿色高分子”在原料采用、产品制造、产品使用或再循环和废弃物处理等环节中对地球环境负荷为最小,有利于人类健康的材料。涂层材料做为生产、生活必不可少的一种材料,广泛应用于各领域中,但存在功能单一,效果有限及有效期短的问题等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节能环保、保温效果好,使用寿命长的环保高分子材料。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种环保高分子材料,其创新点在于:包括天然高分子材料、木质纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂、羟乙基纤维素、增稠剂、偶联剂、分散剂、阻燃剂及增加剂,每个成分的重量份数分别为:天然高分子材料40-55份、木质纤维3-5份、钛酸酯偶联剂2-6份、羟乙基纤维素7-10份、增稠剂1-2份、分散剂1-3份、阻燃剂3-5份及增加剂2-3份。
进一步的,所述天然高分子材料为淀粉、淀粉衍生物、蛋白质、纤维素、甲壳素、壳聚糖中的任意一种或多种。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺,所述分散剂为聚有机硅氧烷,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝,所述增强剂为硼纤维。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明揭示了一种环保高分子材料,具有强度高、耐摩擦、耐腐蚀等优点,保温效果优异,同时所用成份来自天然,不含有毒有害物质,对环境、人体健康不会造成任何损害,实现了清洁环保的效果,且降解能力和强度高,工艺简单,成本低。

一种环保高分子材料,包括天然高分子材料、木质纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂、羟乙基纤维素、增稠剂、偶联剂、分散剂、阻燃剂及增加剂,每个成分的重量份数分别为:天然高分子材料40份、木质纤维3份、钛酸酯偶联剂2份、羟乙基纤维素7份、增稠剂1份、分散剂1份、阻燃剂3份及增加剂2份。
实施例2
一种环保高分子材料,包括天然高分子材料、木质纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂、羟乙基纤维素、增稠剂、偶联剂、分散剂、阻燃剂及增加剂,每个成分的重量份数分别为:天然高分子材料55份、木质纤维5份、钛酸酯偶联剂6份、羟乙基纤维素10份、增稠剂2份、分散剂3份、阻燃剂5份及增加剂3份。
实施例3
一种环保高分子材料,包括天然高分子材料、木质纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂、羟乙基纤维素、增稠剂、偶联剂、分散剂、阻燃剂及增加剂,每个成分的重量份数分别为:天然高分子材料50份、木质纤维4份、钛酸酯偶联剂4份、羟乙基纤维素8份、增稠剂1.5份、分散剂2份、阻燃剂4份及增加剂2.5份。

1.一种环保高分子材料,其特征在于:包括天然高分子材料、木质纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂、羟乙基纤维素、增稠剂、偶联剂、分散剂、阻燃剂及增加剂,每个成分的重量份数分别为:天然高分子材料40-55份、木质纤维3-5份、钛酸酯偶联剂2-6份、羟乙基纤维素7-10份、增稠剂1-2份、分散剂1-3份、阻燃剂3-5份及增加剂2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保高分子材料,其特征在于:所述天然高分子材料为淀粉、淀粉衍生物、蛋白质、纤维素、甲壳素、壳聚糖中的任意一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保高分子材料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺,所述分散剂为聚有机硅氧烷,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝,所述增强剂为硼纤维。
