Abstract
The invention discloses a remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle, which comprises an automobile, an auxiliary starter assembly, a gas turbine and a water pump, wherein the auxiliary starter assembly is arranged on the automobile; the auxiliary starter assembly, the gas turbine and the water pump are fixedly arranged on the chassis of the automobile; the secondary starter assembly is used for starting the gas turbine; the gas turbine is used to drive a water pump. The remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle is driven by the water pump by adopting the gas turbine, is suitable for working in various different environments, can enable the movable water supply and drainage emergency vehicle to provide larger water supply flow, higher lift and longer conveying distance, and is flexible, quick to take place and simple to operate.

Preferably, the auxiliary starter assembly 12, the gas turbine 15 and the water pump 16 are all arranged in a box body formed by a chassis and a box cover body of the automobile 11.
According to the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle, the chassis of the automobile 11 is used for bearing the auxiliary starter assembly 12, the gas turbine 15 and the water pump 16, the operation range is enlarged by moving the vehicle, and the water pump 16 is driven by the gas turbine 15. The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made more apparent and fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 2, the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle mainly comprises an automobile 11, a secondary starter assembly 12, a gas turbine 15 and a water pump 16;
the auxiliary starter assembly 12, the gas turbine 15 and the water pump 16 are fixedly arranged on the chassis of the automobile 11;
the secondary starter assembly 12 for starting the gas turbine 15;
the gas turbine 15 is used for driving the water pump 16.
Preferably, the secondary starter assembly 12 is an engine or an electric motor.
A Gas Turbine (Gas Turbine) is a rotary power machine that converts thermal energy into mechanical work using a continuously flowing Gas as a working medium. The working process of the gas turbine is that the air compressor (i.e. the compressor) continuously sucks air from the atmosphere, and the air is compressed step by the axial-flow compressor to boost the pressure, and meanwhile, the air temperature is correspondingly increased; the compressed air is sent to a combustion chamber to be mixed with injected fuel to generate high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and then the gas flows into a gas turbine to expand and do work, so that turbine impellers are pushed to rotate together with the compressor impellers, exhaust gas discharged from the turbine is discharged to the atmosphere to release heat naturally, the chemical energy of the gas or liquid fuel is partially converted into mechanical work, and electric work is output; the working capacity of the heated high-temperature gas is obviously improved, so that the gas turbine drives the gas compressor and simultaneously has residual work as output mechanical work of the gas turbine. When the gas turbine is started, external power is needed, and the starter drives the gas compressor, so that the external starter is tripped and the gas turbine can work independently until the mechanical work generated by the gas turbine is larger than the mechanical work consumed by the gas compressor.
In the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle of the first embodiment, the chassis of the automobile 11 is used for carrying the auxiliary starter assembly 12, the gas turbine 15 and the water pump 16, the operation range is enlarged by moving the vehicle, and the water pump 16 is driven by the gas turbine 15. In the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle of the first embodiment, the gas turbine 15 drives the water pump to form high-pressure water to realize water supply and drainage, and because the same type of high-power gas turbine 15 has smaller volume than the engine, low drainage and no need of cooling water, air cooling can be adopted, the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle is suitable for working in various different environments, and the movable water supply and drainage emergency vehicle can provide larger water supply flow (can be larger than 3000m 3 S), higher lift (which can be more than 110 m), longer conveying distance, flexible maneuver, quick positioning and simple operation.
Example two
According to the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the auxiliary starter assembly 12 starts the gas turbine 15 through the hydraulic variable pump 13 and the quantitative motor 14;
the auxiliary starter assembly 12 drives a hydraulic variable pump 13;
the hydraulic variable pump 13 outputs high-pressure oil to drive the quantitative motor 14;
the metering motor 14 powers a gearbox 151 of the gas turbine 15 to start the gas turbine 15.
Preferably, the secondary starter assembly 12 is an engine.
Preferably, the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle provides power through the main engine assembly to drive the emergency vehicle to move.
Preferably, the secondary starter assembly 12 is located on the forward side of the gas turbine 15 and the water pump 16 is located on the aft side of the gas turbine 15.
Preferably, the water pump 16 is connected with the output shaft of the gas turbine 15 through a coupling 18.
The hydraulic variable pump can adjust the output characteristic in a certain range according to the working requirement under the action of the variable control device. The purpose of using a hydraulic system is to enable a certain execution object to move in the forward and reverse directions at a preset speed, and to throttle for adjusting the speed, so that energy is lost, the efficiency of the system is reduced, and therefore, a hydraulic variable pump is needed to realize volume control. The hydraulic variable displacement pump is used for position and speed control with minimal energy loss. The flow rate of the hydraulic variable displacement pump is properly used and regulated so that it can discharge only the flow rate required to meet the load movement speed.
The fixed displacement motor is a hydraulic motor with constant theoretical output displacement per revolution. The hydraulic pump has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency, small volume, light weight, long service life, complete variable form, low energy consumption, suitability for various hydraulic mediums and the like. While only a portion of the flow is supplied to the load when using the metering motor, the remainder of the flow needs to be bypassed to the tank.
In the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle of the second embodiment, the auxiliary starter assembly 12 drives the hydraulic variable pump 13 to form the high-pressure oil-driven quantitative motor 14, power is supplied to the gear box 151 of the gas turbine 15, the gas turbine 15 is started, the gas turbine 15 drives the water pump 16 through the coupling 18, the water pump 16 sucks water from the water inlet 161, and the water outlet 162 discharges high-pressure water. In the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle of the second embodiment, the gas turbine 15 is started hydraulically, the whole vehicle is driven hydraulically, 380v voltage is not required to be provided, potential safety hazards of electricity are avoided, and the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle is suitable for a wider operation area.
Example III
Based on the first embodiment, the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle further comprises a dust remover 17;
the dust remover 17 is fixedly arranged on the chassis of the automobile 11;
the air outlet of the dust remover 17 is connected with the air inlet 152 of the gas turbine 15.
In the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle of the third embodiment, the dust remover 17 filters air and rainwater to suck clean air into the gas turbine inlet 152.
Example IV
Based on the first embodiment, the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle further comprises an exhaust system 19;
the exhaust system 19 is connected to a gas turbine exhaust port 153.
Preferably, the auxiliary starter assembly 12, the gas turbine 15 and the water pump 16 are all arranged in a box body formed by a chassis and a box cover body of the automobile 11.
In the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle of the fourth embodiment, the exhaust system 19 is used to exhaust the burning hot tail gas out of the chassis of the automobile 11 and the box body formed by the box cover.

the water pump (16) is connected with an output shaft of the gas turbine (15) through a coupling (18).
7. The remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle according to claim 1, wherein,
the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle further comprises a dust remover (17);
the dust remover (17) is fixedly arranged on the chassis of the automobile (11);
the air outlet of the dust remover (17) is connected with the air inlet (152) of the gas turbine (15).
8. The remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle according to claim 1, wherein,
the remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle further comprises an exhaust system (19);
the exhaust system (19) is connected to a gas turbine exhaust port (153).
9. The remote water supply and drainage emergency vehicle according to claim 1, wherein,
the auxiliary starter assembly (12), the gas turbine (15) and the water pump (16) are all arranged in a box body formed by a chassis of the automobile (11) and a box cover body.
