The cooling box 1-1 is in an openable box-shaped structure and comprises a box body 2-1, a box cover 2-2, a water absorbing sponge 2-3 and other main body parts, wherein the box body 2-1 and the box cover 2-2 are connected through a hinge 2-7, and the opening and the closing are convenient; the water-absorbing sponge 2-3 is filled in the cooling box 1-1 to ensure that the steel bar gauge can be completely wrapped; the cooling box 1-1 is provided with a connecting rod hole 2-8 and a wire guide hole 2-10, and the steel bar meter connecting rod 1-6 and the steel bar meter wire 1-7 are placed outside the cooling box 1-1 along the reserved hole during cooling operation; the box body 2-1 is provided with a lock catch 2-4, the cooling box 1-1 is closed during cooling operation, the lock catch 2-4 is buckled on the box cover 2-2, and meanwhile, the contact surface of the box body 2-1 and the box cover 2-2 is provided with a sealing rubber strip 2-5 and a sealing groove 2-6 so as to ensure the sealing effect during heat preservation operation; the two sides of the cooling box 1-1 are respectively provided with a water drain hole 2-9 and a water inlet hole, so that the steel bar meter is ensured to be in a running water environment during cooling operation.
The water storage tank 1-2 is of a water storage tank type structure, and the transparent scale marks 3-2 are arranged on the tank body 3-1, so that the water level inside the water storage tank 1-2 can be conveniently observed.
The temperature control switch 1-3 is a controller of the device, the wiring hole 4-1 and the water pump 5-1 form a parallel circuit through wires, the sensing piece 4-2 is tightly attached to feed back real-time temperature during cooling operation, the control box opens and closes the circuit according to the temperature fed back by the sensing piece by the reinforcing steel bar meter connecting rod 1-6, if the temperature is higher than 50 ℃, the circuit is closed, and if the temperature is lower than 50 ℃, the circuit is opened.
The two temperature control switches 1-3 are arranged, one temperature control switch is respectively arranged on the connecting rods at the two ends of the reinforcing steel bar meter, and the two temperature control switches are arranged in parallel; any temperature control switch is closed to switch on the circuit, and only if the two temperature control switches are both switched off, the circuit is switched off, the water supply of the water pump is stopped, and the cooling protection effect is effectively ensured.
The water pump 5-1 is arranged inside the water storage tank 1-2 in a diving way, when the circuit is closed, the water pump 5-1 pumps water in the water storage tank 1-2 to the cooling box 1-1 through the water inlet pipe 1-4, and the running water cooling operation is carried out on the reinforcing steel bar meter.
Examples
The steel bar meter used in the engineering is assumed to be a vibrating wire type steel bar meter, and is fixed with the steel bar to be measured in a butt welding mode.
Firstly, according to the specification of the reinforcement meter, a proper cooling box 1-1 is processed, and corresponding parameters of the reinforcement meter used in engineering are guaranteed to be attached to the size of the cooling box 1-1, a reinforcement meter connecting rod hole 2-8 reserved in the cooling box 1-1 and a reinforcement meter wire guide hole 2-10.
The steel bar meter is placed in the cooling box 1-1, the steel bar meter connecting rod 1-6 and the steel bar meter lead 1-7 extend to the outside of the cooling box 1-1 along the steel bar meter connecting rod hole 2-8 and the steel bar meter lead hole 2-10 reserved in the cooling box 1-1, and the lock catch 2-4 on the box body 2-1 is buckled on the box cover 2-2.
The two temperature control switches 1-3 are respectively fixed on the steel bar meter connecting rods 1-6 at the two ends of the cooling box 1-1, and the two temperature control switches 1-3 are connected with the water pump 5-1 and the power supply according to a parallel circuit.
The water pump 5-1 is fixed in the water storage tank 1-2, the water outlet 5-3 of the water pump is connected with the water inlet hole on the cooling box 1-1 through the water inlet pipe 1-4, meanwhile, the water outlet pipe 1-5 is arranged on the water outlet hole 2-9 on the cooling box 1-1, and a proper amount of clean water is added in the water storage tank 1-2.
And then starting to weld the reinforcing steel bar meter, welding the reinforcing steel bar meter and the reinforcing steel bar meter, and in the welding process, once the temperature control switch 1-3 senses that the temperature of the connecting rod 1-6 of the reinforcing steel bar meter exceeds 50 ℃, the temperature control switch 1-3 is closed, the circuit is communicated, the water pump 5-1 starts to supply water to the cooling box 1-1 through the water inlet pipe 1-4, and the running water cooling operation is started.
When the temperatures detected by the two temperature control switches 1-3 are below 50 ℃, the temperature control switches 1-3 are disconnected, the circuit is disconnected, the water pump 5-1 stops supplying water, and the water flow cooling operation stops supplying water.
According to the actual situation, after a period of time, the lock catch 2-4 is opened, and the cooling box 1-1 is taken down.
