本发明涉及人体运动康复治疗技术领域,特别涉及一种基于虚拟现实的康复系统和训练方法。
背景技术:
传统的康复训练需要专业治疗师的指导,以治疗师的手法操作为主,配合一些简单的辅助器械,使患者恢复一定的运动和协调能力,但通常一名专业治疗师同时只能指导一名患者的治疗,造成了人力物力的浪费。同时,治疗过程相对单调枯燥,不容易引起患者的兴趣,且在过程中投入度也不大。而且训练强度和训练效果不易评估,不利于医疗工作者及时帮助患者调整训练的步骤和强度,给医疗工作者带来了较大的工作负担。
发明内容:

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种基于虚拟现实的康复系统和训练方法,无需全程一对一的指导,使得治疗过程更加生动有趣,安全可靠。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种基于虚拟现实的康复系统,包括由VR眼镜1和手机视频输入源2组成的虚拟训练内容输入单元,由心电信号传感器3、呼吸信号传感器4和血氧饱和度传感器5组成的生理参数拾取单元,由位于胯部的位移传感器6和置于鞋底的压力传感器7组成的运动轨迹捕捉单元,和由输入设备8、处理模块9、显示模块10、存储模块11、报警装置12和无线通信模块13组成的信号处理单元。其中,心电信号传感器3选用绝缘干电极,呼吸信号传感器4选用腰带式压电传感器,血氧饱和度传感器5选用血氧指夹,无线通信模块13为2G、3G或者4G通讯模块。
结合图2,本发明提供了一种基于虚拟现实的康复训练方法,首先,医疗工作者通过输入设备8输入患者相关信息,处理模块9匹配存储模块11中的数据判断患者是否为首次参加训练,若首次,存储模块11存储相关信息,同时处理模块9根据患者信息匹配首次的虚拟训练内容;若非首次,处理模块9直接根据上次训练结果确定继续上次训练或者进入下一阶段训练内容。手机视频输入源2下载匹配好的当前虚拟训练内容,插入VR眼镜1,患者配戴好载有训练内容的VR眼镜1,开始训练。通过VR眼镜1看到的虚拟训练内容提示动作,患者进行相应响应,绝缘干电极采用标准导联方式,采集运动过程中患者的心电信号;腰带式压电传感器绑于患者胸肺部,拾取运动过程中患者的呼吸信号;血氧指夹记录运动过程中患者的血氧饱和度;置于鞋底的压力传感器判断患者的重心,当一只脚的压力大于另一只脚的压力时,判断该只脚为重心支撑脚;位于胯部的位移传感器记录胯部的移动方向与重心支撑脚的方向是否一致。在患者训练过程中,显示模块10实时记录生理参数信号和运动轨迹,方便医疗工作者实时观察记录。当出现生理参数信号异常或者运动重心异常的情况时,报警装置12开始工作。报警装置为蜂鸣器和指示灯组合,当指示灯为黄色时,患者可以稍作休息或者调整动作继续训练;当指示灯为红色时,患者暂时中止训练继续治疗,当主治医生判断可以恢复训练的时候重新开始训练内容。训练完毕,处理模块9分析各类传感器传送过来的综合数据,判断患者训练恢复情况,并做出评估报告,同时确定下一次是否继续训练内容还是进入新一阶段训练。存储模块11存储训练数据和评估结果,无线通信模块13将评估结果发送给主治医生或者患者家属的手机,方便及时了解患者的康复情况。
本发明提供了一种基于虚拟现实的康复系统和训练方法,传感捕捉技术与虚拟现实技术相结合,实时记录人体康复训练,通过视觉、听觉和本体感觉三位一体的生物反馈机制促进患者脑功能重塑,达到改善患者肢体运动功能的目的。整个系统成本较低,占地面积较小,移动方便,降低了康复过程中对治疗师和场地的依赖程度。同时采用循序渐进的康复训练方法,以及训练和游戏相结合的训练方式,提高患者训练的兴趣和投入度,保证训练的质量。
