two opposite sides of the fixed plate (4) are respectively provided with one threaded hole, and two locking bolts (9) are respectively screwed into the threaded holes at two opposite sides so as to clamp the threaded rod (52) to keep the position of the threaded rod unchanged, and further the clamping block (5) is prevented from loosening and moving from the fixed plate (4).
2. Femoral reduction and correction according to claim 1, characterized in that one end of the internal fixation needle (2) is provided with external threads (21) for mating connection with the threaded bore of the femur (1).

Femoral reduction and correction according to claim 1, characterized in that there are at least two internal fixation needles (2) for connecting the upper femur segment (11), at least two internal fixation needles (2) for connecting the lower femur segment (12), and in that all the connection points of the internal fixation needles (2) with the external connection plate (3) are located in the same line.
4. A femoral reduction and correction according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the surface of the fixation plate (4) is engraved with graduations (41) for facilitating the explicit angular adjustment of the in vivo fixation needle (2).
