Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer and more complete, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention, and based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts belong to the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for verifying a broadband account with multidimensional data, including the following steps:
step 101, determining and displaying identification information of an optical line terminal OLT signal output port connected with a last-stage optical splitter to be checked from a passive optical network PON management system.
And 102, determining the equipment number of each optical modem in the running state connected with the final optical splitter to be checked through the PON management system according to the identification information of the OLT signal output port.
And 103, acquiring and displaying broadband account information corresponding to the optical modem from a data association system according to the equipment number.
And 104, calculating the quantity of the displayed broadband account information, and inquiring the quantity of the broadband accounts in the use state under the OLT signal output port from the user dialing authentication system so as to verify whether the clearing result is correct or not by comparing the quantity of the broadband accounts with the quantity of the broadband accounts.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for checking a broadband account number by multidimensional data, which is characterized in that a PON management system is used for determining identification information of an optical line terminal OLT signal output port connected with a last-stage optical splitter to be checked, and determining the equipment number of each optical modem in a running state, namely determining a PON port corresponding to the broadband account number and a line for communicating the broadband account number and the PON port. And acquiring broadband account information corresponding to the optical modem through a data association system, namely determining whether a broadband account is accessed to a PON port corresponding to the last-stage optical splitter. Through the user dialing authentication system, the number of the broadband accounts in the use state is inquired, the number of the acquired broadband account information is calculated, and the representative can verify the clearing result by comparing the two groups of data. Therefore, whether the user broadband account is accessed to the PON port corresponding to the last-stage optical splitter can be checked by detecting the last-stage optical splitter in the cell or building, and a maintenance representative does not need to enter each user to check, so that the efficiency of checking whether the user broadband account is accessed to the corresponding PON port is improved.
In order to determine the PON port corresponding to the broadband account, in an embodiment of the present invention, according to an externally input verification command, an apparatus number of a test apparatus connected to a last-stage optical splitter to be checked is acquired, an unregistered apparatus table in the OLT is acquired by a PON management system, the unregistered apparatus table includes the apparatus number and identification information of an OLT signal output port corresponding to the last-stage optical splitter, and the identification information of the OLT signal output port corresponding to the last-stage optical splitter to be checked connected to the test apparatus may be determined by the acquired apparatus number of the test apparatus.
For example, the device number of the test device is a, the storage location of a is found in the unregistered list, and the identification information of the OLT signal output port corresponding to the last stage optical splitter to be checked connected with the test device is searched according to a.
In order to determine the connection line and the device number of each optical modem, in an embodiment of the present invention, the device number of the optical modem in the running state is obtained first, and a first device number list is obtained; when the connection of any optical modem under the signal output port of the OLT is cut off, acquiring the equipment number of the optical modem in the running state under the current state again, and obtaining a second equipment number list; if the first device number list and the second device number list have different device numbers, the device number is the device number of the optical modem for cutting off the connecting line, and if the device numbers in the first device number list and the second device number list are completely the same, the optical modem for cutting off the connecting line is prompted to have no corresponding broadband account information.
For example, the initial common optical modem A, B is in an operating state, the last optical splitter to be checked has 3 lines, the device number of the optical modem A, B is obtained first, when one of the lines is cut off, the device number of the optical modem in the operating state is obtained again, and after comparing the first device number list and the second device number list, if only the second device list contains the device number of the optical modem a, the cut line is the connection line of the optical modem a; if only the second device list contains the device number of the optical modem B, the disconnected line is the connection line of the optical modem B, and if both the first device number list and the second device number list contain the device number of the optical modem A, B, the disconnected line has no broadband account information corresponding thereto.
In order to determine the broadband account information connected to each optical modem, in an embodiment of the present invention, the broadband account information corresponding to the optical modem is obtained from the data association system according to the device number of the optical modem, and the obtained broadband account information is detected, if at least two pieces of user information exist in the broadband account information, the optical modem is prompted to check whether the optical modem is the optical modem connecting the broadband account and the last stage optical splitter to be detected, otherwise, the device number of the optical modem and the broadband account information corresponding to the optical modem are displayed.
For example, the device number of the optical modem a is 1, the broadband account information corresponding to "1" is obtained from the data association system, if the broadband account information includes two pieces of user information, a and b, it indicates that the optical modem a may not be the optical modem connecting the user and the last-stage optical splitter, the line corresponding to the optical modem a needs to be re-determined, and if the broadband account information only includes one piece of user information, the broadband information corresponding to "1" and the optical modem a is displayed.
In order to avoid repeated checking of the same last-stage optical splitter by other maintenance representatives, in an embodiment of the present invention, the device number of the optical modem and the broadband account information corresponding to the optical modem are sent to an external printing device, and the external printing device prints the device number of the optical modem, the room number of the broadband account, and the account number on a label according to the device number of the optical modem and the broadband account information corresponding to the optical modem.
For example, the device number of the optical modem a is 1, and the house number and the account number of the broadband account corresponding to the optical modem a are 101 and a, respectively; the device number of the optical modem B is 2, and the house number and the account number of the broadband account corresponding to the optical modem B are 102 and B, respectively. After the device number of the optical modem A, B and the broadband account information corresponding to the optical modem A, B are transmitted to the external printer, the external printer sequentially prints the following labels "1101 a" and "2102 b".
To better illustrate the above embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for checking a broadband account with multidimensional data, including the following steps:
step 201, when the testing device is connected to the signal output port of the final splitter to be checked, receiving an externally input verification command carrying the device number of the testing device.
In the embodiment of the invention, a maintenance agent firstly connects an optical modem with a known equipment number to a signal output port of an inspected final-stage optical splitter, and then inputs a verification command carrying the equipment number of the testing equipment through a testing module of a PON port of a mobile phone.
In step 202, an unregistered device table in the OLT is obtained by the PON management system.
And step 203, determining and displaying the identification information of the OLT signal output port connected with the final-stage optical splitter to be checked in the unregistered equipment table according to the equipment number of the test equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, a new optical modem is accessed, an unregistered optical modem is added to access the OLT, the OLT records the equipment number of the optical modem and the identification information of the OLT signal output port accessed by the optical modem, stores the information in an unregistered equipment table, and then can inquire the OLT signal output port accessed by the optical modem according to the equipment number of the optical modem and display the identification information of the OLT signal output port.
Step 204, according to the identification information of the OLT signal output port, acquiring, from the PON management system, the device number of each optical modem in the running state at the OLT signal output port, and obtaining a first device number list.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the OLT only stores the device number of the optical modem in the operating state at each signal output port of the OLT into the device number list.
Step 205, for each optical modem connected to the last stage optical splitter to be checked, when the connection between the OLT signal output port and the current optical modem is cut off, acquiring, by the PON management system, the device number of each optical modem in a running state at the OLT signal output port, and obtaining a second device number list.
In this embodiment of the present invention, a maintenance agent may plug and unplug each optical modem and the optical fiber connected to the last optical splitter to be checked, so as to disconnect the current optical modem from the signal output port of the OLT, so as to obtain the second device number list.
Step 206, determining whether the device number of each optical modem in the first device number list is in the second device number list, if yes, executing step 215, otherwise executing step 207.
In the embodiment of the invention, the device number of the optical modem connected with the final-stage optical splitter to be checked is found by comparing whether the device numbers in the first device number list and each second device number list are the same, if the device numbers are not the same, the different device numbers are the device numbers of the optical modems connected with the final-stage optical splitter to be checked, and if the device numbers are the same, the optical modem connected with the final-stage optical splitter to be checked is in an idle state, so that a new user can be accessed, thereby avoiding the waste of network resources.
Step 207, determining the device number of the optical modem not existing in the second device number list as the device number of the current optical modem.
And step 208, receiving an inquiry instruction which is sent from the outside and carries the equipment number of the optical modem.
Step 209, according to the device number of the optical modem, obtaining the broadband account information corresponding to the optical modem in the data association system.
Step 210, detecting whether the broadband account information includes at least two pieces of user information, if so, executing step 214, otherwise, executing step 211.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since the optical modem and the user information are in one-to-one correspondence, the device number of the optical modem and the user information are also in one-to-one correspondence. When there are the device number and two user information of one optical modem, it means that the optical modem is not used to connect the last optical splitter and the broadband account, and may be used to connect the port of the last optical splitter and the last optical splitter.
Step 211, displaying the device number of the optical modem and the broadband account information corresponding to the optical modem.
Step 212, receiving a sending instruction carrying the device number of the at least one optical modem and the broadband account information corresponding to the at least one optical modem, which is sent from the outside.
Step 213, sending the device number of the at least one optical modem and the broadband account information corresponding to the at least one optical modem to the external printing device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the equipment number of at least one optical modem and the broadband account information corresponding to the at least one optical modem are sent to the handheld printer, so that a maintenance agent can print a corresponding label on the handheld printer and attach the label to the port pigtail.
And prompting to check whether the optical modem is the optical modem for connecting the broadband account and the final-stage optical splitter to be tested.
Step 214, prompting to check whether the optical modem is the optical modem connecting the broadband account and the final splitter to be tested.
Step 215, prompting that the current optical modem does not have the corresponding broadband account information and ending the current process.
