Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information prompting method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
In this step, the mobile terminal may be a computer device that can be used while moving and has a voice capturing function. The mobile terminal can detect and acquire the geographical position of the mobile terminal in real time in a global positioning system positioning mode, a base station positioning mode or a Wireless Fidelity (WIFI) positioning mode and the like. For example, the geographic location of the mobile terminal is obtained as a restaurant.
And 102, collecting th voice information when the geographic position of the mobile terminal is determined to be a preset position.
The preset position can be set by the mobile terminal after leaving a factory, or set by the mobile terminal according to the operation of a user, or set by the mobile terminal after receiving the transmission of other equipment, and the like, the preset position can be a place for eating or a party, such as a restaurant, a bar or other places suitable for the party to drink alcohol, and the user can drink alcohol when the mobile terminal is in the place.
And 103, judging whether the th voice message contains preset feature words or not.
When the user is in a place suitable for drinking, the user may drink, and the mobile terminal may collect the voice information of the user, determine whether the voice information of the user includes the preset feature word, thereby determining whether the user drinks.
The preset feature words may be words spoken in the context of drinking, such as "dry cup", "drink", etc. The preset feature words can be preset by the mobile terminal or set by receiving the transmission of other equipment. Of course, the mobile terminal may receive the operation setting of the user, so that the user can set the feature words according to the speaking habit of the user, the flexibility of judging whether the user drinks can be improved, and the judgment accuracy is improved.
The mobile terminal can determine whether the voice message contains the preset feature word by judging different times of occurrence of different feature words in the voice message according to the characteristics of the feature word.
For example, the feature words commonly used in the drinking occasion include "dry cup", the mobile terminal can determine the number of times that the th voice message includes "dry cup", and if the feature words appear, times can determine that the th voice message includes the preset feature words.
In addition, a characteristic sentence, for example, "i do", may also be set in advance, so that it may be determined whether the th voice message includes the preset characteristic sentence according to the acquired sentence, thereby improving the determination accuracy and preventing the user from drunk driving.
And step 104, if the th voice message contains the preset feature words, determining that the user of the mobile terminal is in a drinking state.
In this step, the user of the mobile terminal may be understood as a user who often uses the mobile terminal, the user's drinking state may be understood as that the user is drinking, or may be understood as that the user is about to drink or has drunk, when the user is determined to be drinking state, the drinking state of the user may be recorded in the mobile terminal, and the time of the drinking may be recorded, and the record may be retained times in the mobile terminal.
And 105, if the fact that the mobile terminal is connected with the vehicle-mounted equipment is detected within the preset time after the drinking state is determined, outputting drunk driving prompt information.
Because the user can not drive within the preset time after drinking, if the mobile terminal is detected to be connected with the vehicle-mounted equipment within the preset time, the user can be indicated to drive. Because the user is still in the drinking state at this moment, the prompt message of drunk driving can be output at this moment.
The drunk driving prompt information can be a message sent to a preset contact and a commonly used contact or a call is made to prompt so as to inform the preset contact or the commonly used contact that the user is preparing for drunk driving. In addition, the mobile terminal can also prompt the user to call the designated driver, so that the user is prevented from drunk driving.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the information prompting method may be applied to a mobile terminal, for example: a Mobile phone, a Tablet Personal Computer (Tablet Personal Computer), a Laptop Computer (Laptop Computer), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a Wearable Device (Wearable Device), or the like.
The information prompting method comprises the steps of obtaining the geographic position of a mobile terminal, collecting th voice information when the geographic position of the mobile terminal is determined to be a preset position, judging whether the th voice information contains preset characteristic words or not, determining that a user of the mobile terminal is in a drinking state if the th voice information contains the preset characteristic words, detecting that the mobile terminal is connected with vehicle-mounted equipment and outputting drunk driving prompting information within preset time after the drinking state is determined, wherein the mobile terminal connected with the vehicle-mounted equipment is a mobile terminal of a driver generally, so that the mobile terminal outputs drunk driving prompting information if the user is connected with the vehicle-mounted equipment within the preset time after drinking, the user can be prevented from drunk driving, and when other people take a vehicle, the drunk driving mode cannot be mistakenly triggered to give a warning to the driver, and the reliability of drunk driving mode detection is good.
Referring to fig. 2, the main difference between the present embodiment and the above-described embodiments is that when the voice characteristics of the voice information of the user match with the preset voice characteristics of the voice information, the user is determined to be in a drinking status. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information prompting method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
In this step, the mobile terminal may be a computer device that can be used while moving and has a voice capturing function. The mobile terminal can detect and acquire the geographical position of the mobile terminal in real time in a global positioning system positioning mode, a base station positioning mode or a Wireless Fidelity (WIFI) positioning mode and the like. For example, the geographic location of the mobile terminal is obtained as a restaurant.
In addition, a characteristic statement can be preset in the mobile terminal, for example, "i do nothing", so that whether the user drinks can be judged according to the obtained statement, the judgment accuracy can be improved, and the user is prevented from being drunk.
The preset voice message may be a voice message that is input in advance and stored in the mobile terminal. The voice characteristics of the voice information may include tone intensity, tone pitch, tone length, tone color, etc., and since the voice characteristics of the voice information of each person are different, the mobile terminal may preset and store the voice information of the user, and use the voice information as information for identifying the identity characteristics of the user.
The mobile terminal can collect voice information of a user and store the voice information when the user makes a call or chats with voice by using the mobile terminal daily. Of course, the mobile terminal may also receive voice information set by the user and store the voice information in the mobile terminal. Therefore, the user can set the voice information according to the habit of the user and the voice characteristics of the user in the drinking occasion, and the recognition accuracy can be improved.
The mobile terminal can compare the collected voice information with preset voice information and judge whether the similarity between the voice characteristics of the collected voice information and the voice characteristics of the preset voice information is within a preset range.
Optionally, in this step, if the voice feature of the th voice message matches the voice feature of the preset voice message, and the number of the preset feature words in the th voice message reaches a preset number, it is determined that the user is in a drinking state.
If the similarity between the voice characteristics of the collected th voice message and the preset voice characteristics of the voice message is within the preset range, it can be stated that the collected th voice message is the voice uttered by the user, so that the drinking status of the user can be determined.
Specifically, the mobile terminal can preset a plurality of feature words and judge whether the collected voice information contains or more words in the feature words, and the mobile terminal can also determine whether the number of the preset feature words in the th voice information reaches the preset number by judging different times of appearance of different feature words in the voice information according to the characteristics of the feature words.
For example, the feature words commonly used in the drinking occasion include "dry cup", the number of the feature words can be set to times due to the high use frequency of the word in the drinking occasion, that is, the feature words are used times, and it can be determined that the number of the preset feature words in the -th voice message reaches the preset number.
Therefore, misjudgment caused by the fact that other people talk about things related to drinking can be avoided, misjudgment caused by the fact that the user talks about contents related to drinking accidentally by chatting with other people can be avoided, the accuracy of judgment can be improved, and the user experience feeling can be improved.
In addition, if the collected voice information is not matched with the preset voice information, or the number of the preset feature words in the voice information of the user is smaller than the preset number, it may be described that the user is not the mobile terminal that drinks at this time, or the user may be a word that only chats with another person to talk about drinking at this time, and the process may be ended, or other steps may be performed, where the ending process shown in the figure is merely an example.
When the user is determined to be in the drinking state, the drinking state of the user can be recorded in the mobile terminal, and the time of drinking can be recorded, and the record can be reserved in the mobile terminal for periods.
And step 206, if the fact that the mobile terminal is connected with the vehicle-mounted equipment is detected within the preset time after the drinking state is determined, outputting drunk driving prompt information.
Optionally, in this step, if it is detected that the mobile terminal is connected to the vehicle-mounted device within the preset time after the drinking state is determined, an th detection instruction is sent to the vehicle-mounted device, so that the vehicle-mounted device detects the alcohol concentration in the air according to the th detection instruction, and if the vehicle-mounted device detects that the alcohol concentration is greater than a preset alcohol concentration, drunk driving prompt information is output.
Since the user cannot drive within a preset time after drinking, if it is detected that the mobile terminal is connected to the in-vehicle device within the preset time, the user may need to drive the vehicle. Because the user is still in the drinking state at this moment, the prompt message of drunk driving can be output at this moment.
Specifically, if the mobile terminal is connected with the vehicle-mounted equipment, the mobile terminal can send a detection instruction to the vehicle-mounted equipment, so that the vehicle-mounted equipment can be triggered to control the alcohol sensor to detect the alcohol concentration in air in the vehicle, and is further carried out to determine whether the alcohol consumption of the user reaches set alcohol amount.
The drunk driving prompt message can be output in a text or voice mode in the mobile terminal, so that the user is prompted not to be drunk driven. For example, a prompt message "your family is on hold and please do not drink" is output from the mobile terminal.
The drunk driving prompt information can also be prompted by calling a preset contact or sending a short message, the preset contact can be a common contact, or a contact in a family group in the mobile terminal, or a contact set by a user can be received by the mobile terminal.
Optionally, after the step of outputting the drunk driving prompt message, the method further includes:
sending a second detection instruction to the vehicle-mounted equipment so that the vehicle-mounted equipment detects whether an engine is started or not according to the second detection instruction;
and if the vehicle-mounted equipment detects that the engine is started, sending a locking instruction to the vehicle-mounted equipment so that the vehicle-mounted equipment locks the engine according to the locking instruction.
In the embodiment, the mobile terminal sends a second detection instruction to the vehicle-mounted device, and the vehicle-mounted device is controlled to detect whether the engine is started. If the vehicle-mounted equipment detects that the generator is started, the user or a contact person may not see the prompt information or pay no attention to the prompt information, and at the moment, the engine can be locked, so that the user cannot start the engine, drunk driving of the user is prevented, and safety of the user is guaranteed.
After the mobile terminal locks the engine by sending a locking instruction to the vehicle-mounted device, the mobile terminal may display a prompt on a screen that the engine is in a locked state, and may prompt a user to unlock the engine by performing a preset operation at the mobile terminal.
For example, the mobile terminal displays a question of asking whether you drink on the screen, so as to confirm whether the user drinks again, and if the user selects no, the mobile terminal can send an unlocking instruction to the vehicle-mounted device to unlock the engine. For another example, the mobile terminal may display a preset game on the screen, and the user operation is required to be completed, and if the user can complete the preset game within a preset time, which indicates that the user has a small drinking amount, is in a waking state, and does not affect driving, an unlocking instruction is sent to the vehicle-mounted device to unlock the engine. This is by way of example only.
Therefore, when the mobile terminal is judged by mistake or the drinking amount of the user is low, the user can operate the mobile terminal to unlock the engine and drive the vehicle according to the actual condition. The drunk driving prevention processing mode is good in flexibility, and the user experience can be improved.
According to the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the collected voice information contains the preset feature words and the voice feature of the collected voice information is matched with the voice feature of the preset voice information, the user is determined to be in the drinking state. Therefore, when other people drink wine, the accuracy of identifying the drinker can be improved, the misjudgment of the user on the drinking can be reduced, and the reliability of detecting drunk driving can be improved.
