As shown in fig. 1, the adhesive-backed frame structure includes: at least two back adhesive tapes; a backing tape 101 and a backing tape 102; at least two back adhesive tapes are spliced to form a back adhesive frame; the splicing position of any two adjacent back adhesive tapes in the back adhesive frame is in a sawtooth shape.
In the embodiment of the invention, the splicing positions of any two adjacent back adhesive tapes are in a sawtooth shape, and the sawtooth-shaped splicing positions are beneficial to improving the combination tightness of the adjacent back adhesive tapes, so that the splicing seams at the splicing positions are narrower; moreover, the splicing path of the zigzag splicing part is complex, so that the external liquid is not easy to enter an Integrated Circuit (IC) part of the mobile phone; therefore, the waterproof capacity of the terminal splicing part is improved under the condition of low cost.
Optionally, the material of each of the at least two adhesive backing strips includes a sealing foam.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of a splicing position of an adhesive-backed frame structure of a terminal to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied, and as shown in fig. 2, an adhesive-backed strip 101 and an adhesive-backed strip 102 form the splicing position, the splicing position is in a zigzag shape, and the zigzag shape includes at least two bosses, a boss 103 and a boss 103 a.
In the embodiment of the invention, the splicing part of the two back adhesive tapes is in a sawtooth occlusion shape, so that the matching tightness of the foam back adhesive tapes can be improved, and the gap at the splicing part can be optimized to 0.05 mm; compared with a step-shaped splicing part, the zigzag splicing part has a complex path, so that external liquid is not easy to enter an Integrated Circuit (IC) part of the mobile phone.
Optionally, the longitudinal height of the splicing part of any two adjacent back adhesive tapes is greater than a height threshold value; the longitudinal height of the splicing position of any two adjacent back adhesive tapes is the height along the side edge direction of the terminal. The longitudinal direction in the embodiment of the present invention is the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 2.
In the embodiment of the invention, the longitudinal height of the splicing part of any two adjacent back adhesive tapes meets the control size range of the process capability index CPK and is greater than the height threshold; wherein, the dimension range of the vertical height satisfying the process capability index CPK comprises: the longitudinal height of each boss in each back adhesive tape in the at least two back adhesive tapes meets the control size range of the process capability index CPK; wherein, the direction of the longitudinal height of the boss is consistent with the direction of the longitudinal height of the splicing part.
In the embodiment of the invention, the process capability index CPK control size range refers to the minimum size which can be produced technically and has the strength meeting the use requirement, the longitudinal height of the splicing part is related to the size of a terminal, for the same terminal, the smaller the longitudinal height of the lug boss at the splicing part is, the more the number of the lug bosses at the splicing part is, the more the path of the splicing part is complex, the better the waterproof performance of the splicing part is, but the longitudinal height of the lug boss cannot be too small, and the too small lug boss has too weak strength to be used, so that the longitudinal height of each lug boss in each adhesive tape of at least two adhesive tapes meets the process capability index CPK control size range. Compared with the situation that the longitudinal height is about 3mm in the prior art, when the longitudinal height is 6mm, the blocking capacity of the splicing part on liquid is obviously improved, and the liquid blocking device has high consistency and mass production.
In the embodiment of the invention, the gum frame comprises at least two splicing parts; at least two splices are located at the corners of the terminal. In a particular terminal configuration, at least two splices are located at either the top or bottom end of the terminal. Fig. 3 shows a schematic structural diagram of a splicing position of an adhesive-backed frame structure of another terminal to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied, as shown in fig. 3, at least one first splicing position 104 and at least one second splicing position 105 exist in at least two splicing positions, where the first splicing position 104 and the second splicing position 105 are formed by splicing an adhesive-backed strip 101 and an adhesive-backed strip 102; the first splicing position is located in the top end area of the terminal; and: the opening 104a at the first splice is oriented toward the side of the terminal; the second splicing position is located in the bottom end area of the terminal; and: the opening 105a at the second splice is oriented toward the bottom surface of the terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the opening direction of the splicing part is designed from the ergonomic angle in consideration of the habit of using the terminal by a user, so that the user is not easy to touch the upper part, the left side and the right side of the terminal when holding the terminal by hand, and the hand sweat is difficult to enter from the two sides of the terminal, therefore, the opening of the splicing part at the top end of the terminal faces to the side surface of the terminal. The opening of the concatenation department to the bottom end of terminal is towards the bottom surface of terminal, and on the one hand sweat is difficult to get into the terminal, and on the other hand even there is hand sweat to get into the terminal, also can flow out under the effect of gravity, reduction sweat that can furthest gets into terminal integrated circuit part.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the at least two adhesive backing strips include: two L-shaped back adhesive tapes; or, an L-shaped back adhesive tape and two linear back adhesive tapes; or four straight-line back adhesive tapes. As shown in fig. 1, the at least two back adhesive strips comprise two L-shaped back adhesive strips; fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a structure of an adhesive-backed frame of another terminal to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied, where, as shown in fig. 4, at least two adhesive-backed strips include four linear adhesive-backed strips: the back adhesive tape comprises a back adhesive tape 106, a back adhesive tape 107, a back adhesive tape 108, a back adhesive tape 109, a first splicing part 110, a second splicing part 111, a third splicing part 110a and a fourth splicing part 111a, wherein the first splicing part 110 is formed by splicing the back adhesive tape 108 and the back adhesive tape 109, the first splicing part 111 is formed by splicing the back adhesive tape 106 and the back adhesive tape 107, the first splicing part 110a is formed by splicing the back adhesive tape 108 and the back adhesive tape 107, and the first splicing part 111a is formed by splicing the back adhesive tape 106 and the back adhesive tape 109.
The terminal in the embodiment of the invention can be a smart phone, a computer, a front shell of a television, wearable equipment, a terminal in a future 5G network and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the splicing positions of any two adjacent back adhesive tapes are in a sawtooth shape, and the sawtooth-shaped splicing positions are beneficial to improving the combination tightness of the adjacent back adhesive tapes, so that the splicing seams at the splicing positions are narrower; moreover, the splicing path of the zigzag splicing part is complex, so that the external liquid is not easy to enter an Integrated Circuit (IC) part of the mobile phone; therefore, the waterproof capacity of the spliced part is improved under the condition of low cost.
