The rotary driving mechanism has simple structure and high practical precision; the rotation zero position of the vertical vacuum tube and the vacuum suction nozzle can be accurately determined by the cooperation of the rotary photoelectric switch and the rotary shading sheet, so that the rotation precision is improved. The lower end of the rotary joint is connected with the upper end of the vertical vacuum tube, so that the vertical vacuum tube is stable in rotation; the pipe joint is favorable for being connected with a vacuum pipeline. The thick pipe seat of the pipe arranging component is beneficial to the installation of hard thick pipes such as vacuum pipes and the like; the thin wire seat is beneficial to the installation of soft thin wires such as electric wires and the like; the upper guide plate, the lower guide plate, the arc upper guide sheet and the arc lower guide sheet are beneficial to the installation of soft thin wires such as electric wires through the thin wire through holes and the damage of the soft thin wires such as the electric wires can be avoided.

Claims (4)

A multi-function integrated circuit nozzle assembly comprising: the vertical plate and the at least one suction nozzle mechanism are arranged on the base plate; it is characterized in that the multifunctional integrated circuit suction nozzle device further comprises: a calandria component provided with a transverse plate connected with the upper end of the vertical plate; the suction nozzle mechanism includes: the vacuum suction nozzle, the vertical line guide rail connected with the vertical plate, the lifting seat which is provided with a connecting lug and a fixing lug positioned above the connecting lug and is connected with the slide block of the vertical line guide rail, a tension spring, a lifting driving mechanism, a vertical vacuum tube of which the lower end is connected with the vacuum suction nozzle and is pivoted with the connecting block, and a rotary driving mechanism; the transverse plate is provided with a pull rod connected with one end of the tension spring; the other end of the tension spring is connected with the lifting seat; the rotary drive mechanism includes: the device comprises a motor base connected with a lifting base, a rotary driving servo motor connected with the motor base, a rotary driving synchronous wheel connected with an output shaft of the rotary driving servo motor, a rotary driven synchronous wheel sleeved outside a vertical vacuum tube and connected with the vertical vacuum tube, a rotary synchronous belt respectively in transmission connection with the rotary driving synchronous wheel and the rotary driven synchronous wheel, a rotary shading sheet positioned at the lower side of a connecting lug and connected with the vertical vacuum tube, and a rotary photoelectric switch connected with the front end of the lifting base and opposite to the rotary shading sheet; the lift drive mechanism includes: the tensioning seat is provided with a tensioning through hole and connected with the lower end of the vertical plate, the tensioning screw, the lifting shading sheet connected with the fixing lug and the lifting photoelectric switch which is connected with the front end of the vertical plate and is opposite to the lifting shading sheet; the screw rod of the tensioning screw penetrates through the tensioning through hole to be in threaded connection with the tensioning screw hole.

The multi-function integrated circuit nozzle device of claim 1, wherein: the lifting driving mechanism further comprises: the lifting driving synchronizing wheel is pivoted with the front end of the vertical plate, the lifting driven synchronizing wheel is pivoted with the driven wheel seat, the lifting synchronous belt is in transmission connection with the lifting driving synchronizing wheel and the lifting driven synchronizing wheel respectively, and the lifting driving servo motor is connected with the rear end of the vertical plate; an output shaft of the lifting driving servo motor is connected with a lifting driving synchronous wheel; the driven wheel seat is provided with two vertical long holes; the screw rods of the two locking screws penetrate through one vertical long hole to be in one-to-one corresponding threaded connection with the two locking screw holes; the screw rods of the other two locking screws penetrate through the other vertical long hole to be in one-to-one corresponding threaded connection with the other two locking screw holes; the fixed lug is connected with one side edge of the lifting synchronous belt.

The multifunction integrated circuit nozzle device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: further comprising: the upper end of the rotary joint is provided with a pipe joint and is connected with the fixed lug; the lower end of the rotary joint is connected with the upper end of the vertical vacuum tube.
