Background
The mechanical characteristic test of the circuit breaker is a basic means for judging the performance and the opening and closing characteristics of the circuit breaker. When the mechanical characteristic test of the circuit breaker is carried out, tests with different requirements on an instrument panel need to be connected to a control circuit of the circuit breaker.
At present, 10kV and 35kV breakers of substations are almost all handcart breakers, arc extinguish chambers, mechanisms and link rods of the breakers are integrated on a handcart, and all control and signal lines are connected with a switch cabinet body through an aviation plug-in. The middle-set handcart circuit breaker has potential safety hazard in the mechanical characteristic test process, namely, a bus is always electrified when an outgoing line loop is in power failure for maintenance, and due to the structural particularity of the middle-set handcart circuit breaker, when the handcart circuit breaker is in a mechanical characteristic test, the circuit breaker is switched on and off, and an energy storage instruction is transmitted to a switch mechanism by the following four methods. The wiring terminal of the coil is easy to damage, the lead is easy to loosen after long-term pulling and inserting, and the circuit breaker is easy to break and break according to the result; the mechanism case panel is opened, and personnel have the risk that the mechanism injures people when carrying out the circuit breaker branch, close the experiment, etc. From the aspect of working efficiency, the time required for a skilled tester to complete the test by adopting four methods is more than 20 minutes, and the efficiency is not high.
