Abstract
本发明公开了一种补充光度的LED灯,包括反光罩,反光罩的顶部内端面连接有螺柱,螺柱内部的一端啮合有电源盒前盖,螺柱内部的另一端啮合有亚克力灯体;电源盒前盖的一侧面安装有散热器和LED灯板,LED灯珠的顶部与亚克力灯体的上表面接触连接;圆柱体的底部外圆周面环绕有台阶环,台阶环的一侧与螺柱的侧面接触连接。本补充光度的LED灯,红灯和蓝灯呈环状均匀分布,利用LED的红蓝特殊的光谱,按照不同比例做成的发光,使植物有效的吸收,由于本装置是对植物使用的,而植物散发水蒸汽,水蒸汽长时间吸附在反光罩上凝聚成水滴,避免水滴进入单面铝基板上造成短路,防水圈和压盖螺母的设计使得水滴无法进入,保护了电路。

技术领域
本发明涉LED照明及技术领域,具体为一种补充光度的LED灯。
背景技术
现在市场的植物光度补充灯,没有切合实际的运用实践来对植物进行测试,普通植物灯会辐射出对植物生长无用的紫外光和红外光,没有达到环保节能的目的,浪费大,而且植物散发的水蒸气容易对LED灯内部的电路板造成短路,LED灯的使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种补充光度的LED灯,具备保护内部电路和植物有效吸收光度的优点,解决了现有技术的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种补充光度的LED灯,包括反光罩,所述反光罩的顶部内端面连接有螺柱,螺柱内部的一端啮合有电源盒前盖,螺柱内部的另一端啮合有亚克力灯体;所述电源盒前盖的一侧面安装有散热器和LED灯板,电源盒前盖的另一侧外圆周面通过螺栓啮合有电源盒后盖;所述电源盒前盖和电源盒后盖构成的内腔中安装有驱动电源,电源盒后盖的中心处啮合有吊环,吊环穿过电源盒后盖与电源盒前盖啮合;所述散热器和LED灯板位于螺柱的内部,LED灯板由单面铝基板和LED灯珠组成,单面铝基板通过控制线与驱动电源电性连接,LED灯珠的底部锡焊在单面铝基板上,LED灯珠的顶部与亚克力灯体的上表面接触连接;所述亚克力灯体由半球体和圆柱体组成,半球体的底面和圆柱体的顶面固定连接,圆柱体的底部外圆周面环绕有台阶环,台阶环的一侧与螺柱的侧面接触连接。
优选的,所述螺柱的外圆周面布满有外螺纹,台阶环的另一侧接触连接有防水圈。
优选的,所述螺柱通过外螺纹啮合有压盖螺母,亚克力灯体的一端穿过压盖螺母,压盖螺母的内壁与防水圈密封连接。
优选的,所述散热器的径向连接有散热片,散热片的表面涂有散热硅脂。
优选的,所述LED灯珠由红灯和蓝灯组成,红灯和蓝灯呈环状均匀分布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本补充光度的LED灯,亚克力灯体由透明的材质制成,方便LED灯珠发出的光透出,驱动电源采用隔离性恒流驱动,安全可靠,散热硅脂加速散热片的散热效果,散热器吸收LED灯板上的热量,以最快的速度散发出去,避免LED灯板上聚集高温,LED灯珠由红灯和蓝灯组成,红灯和蓝灯呈环状均匀分布,利用LED的红蓝特殊的光谱,按照不同比例做成的发光,使植物有效的吸收,由于本装置是对植物使用的,而植物散发水蒸汽,水蒸汽长时间吸附在反光罩上凝聚成水滴,避免水滴进入单面铝基板上造成短路,防水圈和压盖螺母的设计使得水滴无法进入,保护了电路。

请参阅图1-5,一种补充光度的LED灯,包括反光罩1,反光罩1的顶部内端面连接有螺柱5,螺柱5的两端相通,螺柱5内部的一端啮合有电源盒前盖2,电源盒前盖2由于通过螺纹啮合,便于安装和拆卸,螺柱5内部的另一端啮合有亚克力灯体7,亚克力灯体7由透明的材质制成,方便LED灯珠312发出的光透出;电源盒前盖2的一侧面安装有散热器3和LED灯板31,电源盒前盖2的另一侧外圆周面通过螺栓啮合有电源盒后盖4,电源盒前盖2和电源盒后盖4连接后其内部为中空的构件;电源盒前盖2和电源盒后盖4构成的内腔中安装有驱动电源8,驱动电源8采用隔离性恒流驱动,安全可靠,电源盒后盖4的中心处啮合有吊环6,吊环6方便灯体的安装,吊环6穿过电源盒后盖4与电源盒前盖2啮合,吊环6将电源盒后盖4与电源盒前盖2串联在一起,不会发生掉落的问题;散热器3的径向连接有散热片,散热片的表面涂有散热硅脂,散热硅脂加速散热片的散热效果,散热器3吸收LED灯板3上的热量,以最快的速度散发出去,避免LED灯板3上聚集高温,散热器3和LED灯板31位于螺柱5的内部,LED灯板31由单面铝基板311和LED灯珠312组成,单面铝基板311通过控制线与驱动电源8电性连接,LED灯珠312由红灯和蓝灯组成,红灯和蓝灯呈环状均匀分布,红光波长为600nm和蓝光450nm按照9:1的比例分布在单面铝基板311上,利用LED的红蓝特殊的光谱,按照不同比例做成的发光,使植物有效的吸收,LED灯珠312的底部锡焊在单面铝基板311上,LED灯珠312的顶部与亚克力灯体7的上表面接触连接;亚克力灯体7由半球体71和圆柱体72组成,半球体71的底面和圆柱体72的顶面固定连接,圆柱体72的底部外圆周面环绕有台阶环721,螺柱5的外圆周面布满有外螺纹,台阶环721的另一侧接触连接有防水圈,台阶环721的一侧与螺柱5的侧面接触连接,螺柱5通过外螺纹啮合有压盖螺母,亚克力灯体7的一端穿过压盖螺母,压盖螺母的内壁与防水圈密封连接,由于本装置是对植物使用的,而植物散发水蒸汽,水蒸汽长时间吸附在反光罩1上凝聚成水滴,避免水滴进入单面铝基板311上造成短路,防水圈和压盖螺母的设计使得水滴无法进入,保护了电路。

1.一种补充光度的LED灯,包括反光罩(1),其特征在于:所述反光罩(1)的顶部内端面连接有螺柱(5),螺柱(5)内部的一端啮合有电源盒前盖(2),螺柱(5)内部的另一端啮合有亚克力灯体(7);所述电源盒前盖(2)的一侧面安装有散热器(3)和LED灯板(31),电源盒前盖(2)的另一侧外圆周面通过螺栓啮合有电源盒后盖(4);所述电源盒前盖(2)和电源盒后盖(4)构成的内腔中安装有驱动电源(8),电源盒后盖(4)的中心处啮合有吊环(6),吊环(6)穿过电源盒后盖(4)与电源盒前盖(2)啮合;所述散热器(3)和LED灯板(31)位于螺柱(5)的内部,LED灯板(31)由单面铝基板(311)和LED灯珠(312)组成,单面铝基板(311)通过控制线与驱动电源(8)电性连接,LED灯珠(312)的底部锡焊在单面铝基板(311)上,LED灯珠(312)的顶部与亚克力灯体(7)的上表面接触连接;所述亚克力灯体(7)由半球体(71)和圆柱体(72)组成,半球体(71)的底面和圆柱体(72)的顶面固定连接,圆柱体(72)的底部外圆周面环绕有台阶环(721),台阶环(721)的一侧与螺柱(5)的侧面接触连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种补充光度的LED灯,其特征在于:所述螺柱(5)的外圆周面布满有外螺纹,台阶环(721)的另一侧接触连接有防水圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种补充光度的LED灯,其特征在于:所述螺柱(5)通过外螺纹啮合有压盖螺母,亚克力灯体(7)的一端穿过压盖螺母,压盖螺母的内壁与防水圈密封连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种补充光度的LED灯,其特征在于:所述散热器(3)的径向连接有散热片,散热片的表面涂有散热硅脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种补充光度的LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯珠(312)由红灯和蓝灯组成,红灯和蓝灯呈环状均匀分布。
