Description

System for improving heat balance performance of commercial vehicle
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of commercial vehicles, and relates to a system for improving the heat balance performance of a commercial vehicle.
Background
The heat balance performance of the automobile engine mainly researches the distribution condition of total heat discharged by fuel in the engine, and is the basis for judging and analyzing the heat load of each part of the engine and designing a cooling system. When a commercial vehicle user uses the vehicle, the superiority and inferiority of the heat balance performance of the engine are directly reflected by the cooling system; when the cooling system is not well matched, after the whole vehicle runs for a period of time under the full load of the engine, the temperature after intercooling and the water temperature of the engine can be rapidly increased, and the phenomenon of boiling of cooling water in a radiator of a water tank of the engine can be caused when the temperature is serious.
When the vehicle is running under full engine load, if the water temperature continues to rise to approach the upper limit of the meter, there are two general approaches: one is to increase or decrease the rotation speed to avoid operating under the maximum torque working condition; the other is to find a parking available area for parking, and continue driving after the engine is cooled and the water temperature is reduced. Neither of the two methods can improve the heat balance performance on the basis of the original vehicle, and the problems are that:
1) The existing method for improving the heat balance performance of the original vehicle only carries out problem troubleshooting, replaces the cooling system component and carries out heat balance tests for multiple times until the performance is improved;
2) At present, no automatic adjustment system exists in the aspect of improving the thermal balance performance, a user and a service station cannot automatically solve the performance problem, the user and the service station must be tested by a tester, and the problem solving process is long in period and inconvenient.
