Technical Field

Background
At present, domestic drinking water sources of rural residents in China mainly use underground water, but the underground water often contains a lot of impurities such as silt and the like, and the long-term drinking of the domestic drinking water sources has adverse effects on the health of people. However, the existing water purifying equipment is generally designed for urban tap water, has a complex structure and higher manufacturing cost, and cannot be well applied and popularized in rural areas.
To the above-mentioned not enough, chinese patent document with patent number CN204607718U provides a simple and easy water purifier, including the water purifier body that is the cylinder, the upper end of water purifier body is sealed, and the below of water purifier body is provided with the toper section of thick bamboo, the below fixed connection downcomer of toper section of thick bamboo, and the silt collecting box is connected to the lower extreme of downcomer, be provided with inlet tube and outlet pipe on the lateral wall of water purifier body, the projection of inlet tube and outlet pipe on the horizontal plane all is tangent with the inner wall of water purifier body to inlet tube and outlet pipe all tilt up set, the middle part of water purifier body is provided with the one deck milipore filter, separates the water purifier body into water purification chamber and former water chamber, inlet tube and former water chamber intercommunication, outlet pipe and water purification chamber intercommunication. The water purifier has simple structure and low cost, and can be combined with a water suction pump to treat underground water containing silt impurities in rural areas.
However, the water purifier can only filter silt and impurities in underground water, and only depends on making water flow do spiral motion, and the silt and the impurities are gradually precipitated under the action of gravity by utilizing centrifugal force separation, so that the filtering speed is low on one hand, and the filtering effect is poor on the other hand.
Therefore, a new water purifier is needed to solve the problem of filtering drinking water in rural areas.

Further preferably, the ultraviolet sterilization device comprises a plurality of ultraviolet lamps arranged on the inner walls of the first filter chamber and the third filter chamber, and a transparent waterproof cover is arranged outside each ultraviolet lamp.
Preferably, the bottom parts of the first filtering chamber and the second filtering chamber are respectively provided with an outward convex water outlet section, the top parts of the second filtering chamber and the third filtering chamber are respectively provided with an inward concave water inlet section, and the lower end of the water inlet section is provided with a flange for placing the water outlet section; and a filter sieve is arranged between the first filter chamber and the second filter chamber and between the second filter chamber and the third filter chamber, the filter sieve is inserted in the water outlet section, two ends of the filter sieve are connected with connecting sections, the connecting sections are rotatably provided with fixing plates, and the fixing plates are connected with the outer walls of the filter chambers.

The water purifier is provided with a first filter chamber, a second filter chamber and a third filter chamber from top to bottom, a silt filter device and an ultraviolet sterilization device are arranged in the first filter chamber and used for screening silt in underground water and primarily sterilizing bacteria, an active carbon filter device is arranged in the second filter chamber and can further effectively adsorb other impurities in the underground water, the ultraviolet sterilization device in the third filter chamber is used for sterilizing the bacteria again, meanwhile, a filter cartridge connected with a water outlet pipe is used for finally filtering the underground water, and a filter screen is arranged between the filter chambers and also has a filtering effect to a certain degree; the water purifier can effectively screen impurities in underground water and disinfect the underground water, has a self-cleaning function, is simple in structure and easy to operate, and is convenient to popularize and use in rural areas.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention provides a novel water purifier, which comprises a first filtering chamber 1, a second filtering chamber 2 and a third filtering chamber 3 connected in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the upper end of the first filtering chamber 1 is provided with a water inlet pipe 4, the lower end of the third filtering chamber 3 is provided with a water outlet pipe 5, a silt filtering device 6 is obliquely arranged in the first filtering chamber 1, an activated carbon filtering device 7 is arranged in the second filtering chamber 2, and an ultraviolet sterilizing device 8 is further arranged in the first filtering chamber 1 and the third filtering chamber 3.
Silt filter equipment 6 sets up support 9 in first filter chamber 1 including the slope, one side that support 9 deviates from inlet tube 4 is installed one and is rotated motor 10, it is equipped with waterproof safety cover to rotate the motor outward, it is connected with a circular filter screen 11 to rotate motor 10 output, circular filter screen 11 parallel arrangement is in support 9 one side towards inlet tube 4, circular filter screen 11 divides first filter chamber 1 into sewage district 12 and water purification district 13, one side that is close to the inlet tube is the sewage district, one side of keeping away from the inlet tube is the water purification district, wherein, the sewage district is from top to bottom for closing up the mouth form, as shown in fig. 2.
One end of the water inlet pipe 4 extends into the first filtering chamber 1, one end of the water inlet pipe 4 extending into the first filtering chamber 1 inclines upwards, and the inclination angle of the water inlet pipe 4 and the horizontal direction is 30 degrees; be equipped with on inlet tube 4 and wash branch pipe 20, wash branch pipe 20 and stretch into first filter chamber 1 by the top, wash branch pipe 20 next-door neighbour circle filter screen 11, 1 lower extreme in first filter chamber still is equipped with out miscellaneous pipe 21, goes out miscellaneous pipe 21 and is located inlet tube 4 one side.
The lower end of the third filtering chamber 3 is provided with a filtering cylinder 22, an ultrafiltration membrane 23 is arranged in the filtering cylinder 22, and the water outlet pipe 5 is connected with the filtering cylinder 22.
In addition, the water purifier also comprises a control device and a power supply device, wherein the control device is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the electromagnetic valve, the flow tester, the rotating motor, the driving motor and the ultraviolet lamp.
When the water purifier works normally, the water inlet pipe is connected to the water suction pump, the underground water pumped by the water suction pump enters the first filter chamber through the water inlet pipe, and as one end of the water inlet pipe extending into the first filter chamber inclines upwards, the water flow entering the first filter chamber has certain impact force on the circular filter screen, and the circular filter screen rotates along with the rotation of the rotating motor, compared with a fixed filter screen structure, the rotating circular filter screen has higher utilization rate of the filter area and better filter effect; when the flow tester on the water outlet pipe detects that the flow of the water outlet pipe is small and needs to be overhauled, the electromagnetic valve on the water inlet pipe can be closed at the moment, the electromagnetic valves on the flushing branch pipe and the impurity discharging pipe are opened, the flushing branch pipe is utilized to flush and clean the rotating circular filter screen, and flushed impurities are discharged along with the water flow through the impurity discharging pipe.
The active carbon filtering device 7 comprises a rotating shaft 14, one end of the rotating shaft 14 is connected with a driving motor 15, a plurality of active carbon filtering plates 16 are arranged on the rotating shaft 14 at equal intervals along the circumferential direction, a plurality of active carbon filtering cylinders 17 are arranged on the active carbon filtering plates 16, and the tail ends of the active carbon filtering plates 16 are respectively and rotatably connected with an active carbon turnover plate 18.
Along with the rotation of pivot, active carbon filter and rotatable active carbon returning face plate not only play filterable effect, have also played the effect of stirring simultaneously, along with the stirring go on, the water of treating in the second filter chamber constantly with active carbon filter, active carbon cartridge filter, active carbon filter returning face plate contact, make active carbon filter equipment in same filter time, play best filter effect.
The surface of the activated carbon filter cartridge 17 is provided with a plurality of bending sections 19 protruding outwards, and the structural design of the bending sections improves the effective filtering area of the activated carbon filter cartridge, and further improves the filtering quality and the filtering effect.
The ultraviolet sterilization device 8 comprises a plurality of ultraviolet lamps 24 arranged on the inner walls of the first filter chamber 1 and the third filter chamber 3, and a transparent waterproof cover 25 is arranged outside the ultraviolet lamps 24. The ultraviolet sterilization device is used for sterilizing bacteria in underground water, and ensures the health and the purity of drinking water.
The bottom parts of the first filtering chamber 1 and the second filtering chamber 2 are both provided with water outlet sections 26 protruding outwards, the top parts of the second filtering chamber 2 and the third filtering chamber 3 are both provided with water inlet sections 27 protruding inwards, and the lower ends of the water inlet sections 27 are provided with flanges 28 for placing the water outlet sections 26; a filter sieve 29 is arranged between the first filter chamber 1 and the second filter chamber 2, and between the second filter chamber 2 and the third filter chamber 3, the filter sieve 29 is inserted in the water outlet section 26, two ends of the filter sieve 29 are connected with connecting sections 30, fixing plates 31 are rotatably arranged on the connecting sections 30, and the fixing plates 31 are connected with the outer wall of each filter chamber.
Specifically, the length of active carbon filter and the active carbon cartridge filter of active carbon filter equipment is less than the length of the section of intaking, and active carbon filter and active carbon cartridge filter are demountable installation, and convenient to overhaul is changed.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, two ends of the filtering screen are inserted into the connecting sections at two sides, the connecting sections are rotatably provided with fixing plates, the fixing plates are provided with mounting holes, and the outer walls of the filtering chambers are provided with fixing pins corresponding to the mounting holes so as to realize the fixed connection between the fixing plates and the filtering chambers and further realize the fixed connection between the upper filtering chamber and the lower filtering chamber. The connection mode facilitates the installation, transportation, disassembly and maintenance of the filter chambers.
