Abstract
The invention discloses a chassis framework and equipment assembly system device of a pure electric bus. In the invention, the following components are added: one end of the first supporting structure is fixed at one end of a second longitudinal beam of the passenger car chassis; the first damping device is arranged on a damper mounting plate assembly of the chassis of the passenger car; the first battery device is fixed on a middle battery bilge framework assembly of the chassis of the passenger car through a protection plate structure; the number of the air tanks is several, and the air tanks are fixedly arranged on an air outlet cylinder mounting frame assembly of the chassis of the passenger car; two end sides of the second supporting structure are fixed on a ninth longitudinal beam of the chassis of the passenger car through fixing plates; the second battery device is fixed on the rear battery compartment framework assembly of the passenger car chassis through a protection plate structure. According to the invention, the electric efficiency and the driving safety of the electric motor coach can be greatly improved by optimizing the layout of the device assembly of the electric motor coach.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of electric bus equipment arrangement assembly systems, and particularly relates to a chassis framework and equipment assembly system device of a pure electric bus.
Background
The electric motor coach is driven by electric energy provided by a vehicle-mounted storage battery or cable power supply equipment which is matched with a vehicle-mounted power supply. The electric motor coach has good power performance, continuous driving mileage up to 500 km, long service life of the battery, low cost and good equipment with the whole coach. The electric motor coach realizes diversification of traffic energy structures, maintains national energy safety, reduces automobile emission pollution, ensures sustainable development of society, improves autonomous innovation ability of automobile industry in China, and realizes crossing development of the automobile industry. The electric motor coach and the traditional fuel coach have different arrangement structures, so that the electric motor coach is more reasonable in arrangement of device assemblies, the energy consumption of the whole electric motor coach is reduced, and the electric motor coach is an important way for improving the electric efficiency of the electric motor coach.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a chassis framework and equipment assembly system device of a pure electric bus, which can greatly improve the electricity utilization efficiency and the running safety of the electric bus by optimizing the device assembly layout of the electric bus.

the invention relates to a chassis framework and equipment assembly system device of a pure electric bus, which comprises a bus chassis and a chassis device, wherein the chassis device comprises a first supporting structure, a first suspension mechanism, a steering gear, a first battery device, a gas tank and a first damping device.
The steering wheel is fixed on one side of a steering wheel mounting plate of the chassis of the passenger car; one end of the first supporting structure is fixed at one end of a second longitudinal beam of the passenger car chassis, and the other end of the first supporting structure is fixed at the other end of the second longitudinal beam; the first damping devices are arranged on a damper mounting plate assembly of the chassis of the passenger car, and two end sides of the first suspension mechanism are connected with the two first damping devices; the first battery device is fixed on a middle battery bilge framework assembly of the chassis of the passenger car through a protection plate structure; the gas tanks are in a plurality and are fixedly arranged on the gas outlet cylinder mounting frame assembly of the chassis of the passenger car.
The chassis device further comprises a second supporting structure, a second suspension mechanism, a second battery device, a driving motor and a first heat dissipation device.
Two end sides of the second supporting structure are fixed on a ninth longitudinal beam of the chassis of the passenger car through fixing plates; the two end sides of the second suspension mechanism are connected with a second support structure of the chassis of the passenger car through fixing pieces; the second battery device is fixed on a rear battery compartment framework assembly of the passenger car chassis through a protection plate structure; the driving motor is fixed on two parallel tenth longitudinal beams of the chassis of the passenger car through fixed connection plate structures on two sides of the driving motor.
The steering mechanism is driven to be connected with a wheel steering shaft structure of the chassis of the passenger car, and a first reinforcing plate is fixed on one side of a second longitudinal beam of the chassis of the passenger car.
Wherein, bumper shock absorber mounting panel assembly and buffer block clamp plate assembly are independently fixed in proper order in the homonymy of the second longeron of passenger train chassis.
The first heat dissipation device is fixed on a sixth vertical beam of the chassis of the passenger car, a water cooling box and a fan mechanism are arranged in the first heat dissipation device, and the fan mechanism is in through connection with a space where the driving motor is located.
The waterproof board structure with the height of 1/2 battery is wrapped on the bottom sides of the first battery device and the second battery device.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the vehicle-mounted power supply batteries of the electric motor coach are distributed in the middle section and the rear section of the coach body, and the running stability of the electric motor coach can be effectively improved due to the great importance of the vehicle-mounted power supply batteries, so that the dangers caused by sharp turns and the like in the running process are greatly reduced;
2. according to the invention, the high-pressure dangerous devices such as the air tanks are fixed in the longitudinal direction of the electric motor coach frame, so that dangerous actions such as friction and impact on the electric motor coach caused by various accidents are prevented, and the life and property safety of passengers and others is effectively ensured;
3. according to the invention, the driving motor is arranged at the rear section of the electric motor coach, and the first heat dissipation device is utilized to dissipate heat of the driving motor, so that the heat around the driving motor is reduced, and the ambient temperature of the second battery device is reduced, and the power supply efficiency of the second battery device is improved.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product to practice the invention to achieve all of the advantages set forth above at the same time.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "open," "upper," "lower," "thickness," "top," "middle," "length," "inner," "peripheral," and the like indicate orientation or positional relationships, merely for convenience in describing the present invention and to simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the components or elements referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the invention discloses a chassis framework and equipment assembly system device of a pure electric bus, which comprises a bus chassis and a chassis device, wherein the chassis device comprises a first supporting structure 1, a first suspension mechanism 2, a steering gear 3, a first battery device 4, a gas tank 5 and a first damping device 6.
The steering wheel 3 is fixed on one side of a steering wheel mounting plate 12 of the chassis of the passenger car; one end of the first supporting structure 1 is fixed at one end of a second longitudinal beam 13 of the chassis of the passenger car, and the other end of the first supporting structure 1 is fixed at the other end of the second longitudinal beam 13; the first damping devices 6 are arranged on a damper mounting plate assembly 19 of the chassis of the passenger car, and two end sides of the first suspension mechanism 2 are connected with the two first damping devices 6; the first battery device 4 is fixed on a middle battery bilge framework assembly 24 of the chassis of the passenger car through a protection plate structure; the gas tanks 5 are in a plurality, and the gas tanks 5 are fixedly arranged on the gas outlet cylinder mounting frame assembly 21 of the chassis of the passenger car.
The chassis arrangement further comprises a second support structure 7, a second suspension mechanism 8, a second battery arrangement 9, a drive motor 10, a first heat sink 11.
Both end sides of the second supporting structure 7 are fixed on a ninth longitudinal beam 27 of the chassis of the passenger car through fixing plates; the two end sides of the second suspension mechanism 8 are connected with a second support structure 7 of the chassis of the passenger car through fixing pieces; the second battery device 9 is fixed on the rear battery compartment skeleton assembly 30 of the passenger car chassis through a protection plate structure; the driving motor 10 is fixed on two parallel tenth longitudinal beams 31 of the chassis of the passenger car through fixed connection plate structures on two sides of the driving motor.
Further, the steering wheel 3 drives a wheel steering shaft structure connected with a passenger car chassis, and a first reinforcing plate 14 is fixed on one side of a second longitudinal beam 13 of the passenger car chassis.
Further, the damper mounting plate assembly 19 and the damper block presser plate assembly 18 are independently fixed in sequence on the same side of the second side member 13.
Further, the first heat dissipating device 11 is fixed on a sixth vertical beam 29 of the chassis of the passenger car, and a water cooling tank and a fan mechanism are disposed in the first heat dissipating device 11, and the fan mechanism is in through connection with a space where the driving motor 10 is located.
Further, the bottom sides of the first battery device 4 and the second battery device 9 are wrapped with waterproof board structures with the height of 1/2 battery.

the steering wheel (3) drives a wheel steering shaft structure connected with a passenger car chassis, and a first reinforcing plate (14) is fixed on one side of a second longitudinal beam (13) of the passenger car chassis;
the damper mounting plate assembly (19) and the buffer block pressing plate assembly (18) are sequentially and independently fixed on the same side of the second longitudinal beam (13).
