技术领域
本发明涉及除室内有害化学气体的技术领域,具体涉及一种室内空气净化复合制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
继“煤烟型”、“光化学烟雾型”污染后,现代人正进入以“室内空气污染”为标志的第三污染时期。据统计,全球近一半的人处于室内空气污染中,室内环境污染已经引起37.5%的呼吸道疾病,24%的慢性肺病和16%的气管炎、支气管炎和肺癌。
目前中国每年由室内空气污染引起的超额死亡数已经达到12.1万人,超额急诊数达450万人次,直接和间接经济损失高达125亿美元。
许多民用和商用建筑,室内的空气污染程度是室外空气污染的2倍至8倍,有的甚至在100倍以上。人的一生中有60%以上的时间是在室内度过的。在空气质量较差的环境中生活,对人体健康的危害很大。许多室内空气污染物都是刺激性气体,比如说二氧化硫、甲醛等,这些物质会刺激眼、鼻、咽喉以及皮肤,引起流泪、咳嗽、喷嚏等症状。更严重一些,在污染的空气中长期生活,还会引起呼吸功能下降、呼吸道症状加重,有的还会导致慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、肺气肿等疾病,肺癌、鼻咽癌患病率也会有所增加。另外,在室内环境中,特别是在通风不良、人员拥挤的环境中,一些致病微生物容易通过空气传播,使易感人群发生感染。一些常见的病毒、细菌引起的疾病如流感、麻疹、结核等呼吸道传染病都会借助空气在室内传播。
国家卫生、建设和环保部门曾经进行过一次室内装饰材料抽查,结果发现具有毒气污染的材料占65%,这些装饰材料会挥发出280多种挥发性的有机化合物,如:甲醛、三氯乙烯、苯、二甲苯等,一旦进入身体,将会引发各种疾病,其中包括呼吸道、消化道、神经内科、视觉、高血压等30几种疾病,其中甲醛、苯、三氯乙烯等是已知的致癌物质。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种室内空气净化复合制剂及其制备方法,其能够从对室内进行杀菌与除有害化学气体两个方面对室内空气进行净化。
本发明为解决上述问题,所采取的技术方案如下。
技术方案一:
一种室内空气净化复合制剂,其特征在于,其包括以下组分:
A组:芦荟、柚子皮、艾叶、两面针、金银花、连翘,白芷、苦瓜、桑叶、茉莉花和地榆;
B组:纳米磷酸二氧化钛和纳米四针状氧化锌晶须。
进一步的,本发明包括如下重量份的组分:
A组:芦荟3-10份、柚子3-10份、艾叶6-15份、两面针8-10份、金银花5-10份、连翘6-10份,白芷6-10份、苦瓜5-10份、桑叶5-20份、茉莉5-20份、地榆5-10份;
B组:纳米磷酸二氧化钛3-30份以及纳米四针状氧化锌晶须5-40份。
进一步的,所述纳米磷酸二氧化钛和纳米四针状氧化锌晶须均为纯度大于98%的粉末。
进一步的,所述芦荟、柚子皮、艾叶、两面针、金银花、连翘,白芷、苦瓜、桑叶、茉莉花和地榆均需经过风干。
技术方案二:
一种室内空气净化复合制剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将A组中各组分称取规定的重量份于容器中;
(2)向容器中加入A组各组分重量总和的5~8倍蒸馏水,浸泡30-40min后进行煎煮,武火煮沸后,文火煎1-1.5h;
(3)将上述煎煮好的混合物冷却至常温后进行过滤,保留第一次滤液;
(4)将滤渣中继续加入等量的蒸馏水进行煎煮,按照第一次的方法再次煎煮1-2次后提取每一次的滤液,合并滤液;
(5)将合并后的滤液再次进行过滤,加入活性炭进行脱色处理;
(6)将脱色过的混合物再次进行过滤,保留滤液;
(7)将上述滤液浓缩烘干、研磨得到白色粉末状的A组制剂;
(8)称取规定量的纳米磷酸二氧化钛粉末,与上述A组制剂混合均匀,静置1h后,再加入规定量的纳米四针状氧化锌晶须粉末,充分混合后再避光条件下静置2-3h,即得到复合制剂。根据发明人的多次试验,发现两次静置可以使各组分的分子分布更加均匀,有利于各组分发挥作用,经过两次静置之后的复合制剂,其除菌除有害气体的效果均由于未经过静置的复合制剂。
芦荟:别名奴荟、透明芦荟、象胆、卢会、讷会、奴会、劳伟,性寒味苦,主要成分芦荟甙、异芦荟甙、树脂、芦荟大黄素,对各种皮肤真菌,有不同程度的抑制作用;
柚子皮:味甘、辛,性平,能够宽中理气,化痰止咳。
艾叶:别名艾蒿、蕲艾、香艾,味辛、苦,性温,其中主成分为水芹烯、侧柏醇、杜松油萜,可以抗真菌。
两面针:别名上山虎、下山虎、入地金牛、两边针,性平,味苦、辛,有镇静、镇痛、解痉作用。
金银花又名银花、双花、忍冬花、鹭鸶花、二宝花,为忍冬科多年生半常绿缠绕性木质藤本植物忍冬的花蕾和初开的花,味甘性寒,金银花含环己六醇、黄酮类、肌醇、皂甙及鞣质等,具有广谱抗菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌等多种致病菌均有较强的抑制作用,对钩端螺旋体、流感病毒以及致病霉菌等多种病原微生物亦有抑制作用,此外,金银花还具有明显的抗炎及解热作用,金银花水及酒浸液对试验性肿瘤细胞具有明显的杀伤作用。
连翘别名落翘、黄花条、黄链条花,性微寒,味苦,含木脂素类、黄酮类、挥发性成分、苯乙烷类、乙基环己醇类、三萜类及香豆素类等化合物。还有桦木酸、连翘苷、牛蒡子苷、罗汉松脂苷、松脂素、连翘醇苷C、连翘醇苷D等。能够抗微生物;抑制磷酸二酯酶、脂氧酶作用;抗炎。
白芷又名香白芷,味辛性温,含挥发油,又含比克一白芷素、新比克一、白芷醚及白芷毒素等,对痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌等有抑制作用。又能抑制革兰氏阳性菌,且对人形结核杆菌有显著的抑制作用。
苦瓜别名凉瓜、癞瓜、锦荔枝、癞葡萄、红姑娘、菩达、凉瓜、红羊,味苦,性寒,果实含苦瓜甙,是β-谷甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖甙和5,25-豆甾二烯醇-3-葡萄糖甙的等分子混合物。尚含5-羟基色胺和多种氨基酸如谷氨酸、丙氨酸、β-丙氨酸、苯丙氨酸、脯氨酸、α-氨基丁酸、瓜氨酸、半乳糖醛酸、果胶,清暑涤热,明目,解毒。
桑叶别名铁扇子(《百草镜》)、冬桑叶、霜桑叶;气微,味淡、微苦涩;有抗病原微生物作用。桑叶煎剂在体外试验对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、白喉杆菌和大肠杆菌等均有一定抑制作用。另外,还可杀灭钩端螺旋体;有抗炎作用。
茉莉,茉莉花性寒、味香淡,主要成分为苯甲醇及其酯类、茉莉花素、芳樟醇、安息香酸芳樟醇酯。抗菌消炎。茉莉花对多种细菌有抑制作用。
地榆又名黄瓜香、山地瓜、猪人参、血箭草。味苦、酸、性微寒。主要对肠内致病菌(如宋内氏痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌等)有抑制作用,但对金黄色葡萄菌、脑膜炎双球菌、大型结核杆菌也有不同程度抑制作用。
本发明具有如下技术效果:
本发明A组中芦荟、艾叶、金银花、连翘、两面针、白芷、桑叶、茉莉花和地榆能够对不同种类的细菌和真菌具有杀灭或抑制的作用,其抗菌范围互补,能杀灭火种致病菌;柚子皮、苦瓜具有理气、镇定、解毒的作用;A组为纯中药与植物性配方,无毒无害,无刺激,无金属腐蚀性,不会造成二次污染,除菌效果好,本发明中采用的植物性材料廉价易得,降低生产成本,同时这些具有各自独特清香和功效的材料随空气被吸入人体后具有沁人心脾,清心明目,润喉等的功效。
磷酸二氧化钛是一种具有纳米一次元细孔构造的物质,是由磷酸、钛酸、硅酸形成的无机酸非晶体薄膜,溶液中的固体物质粒度以10纳米左右分布。非晶体薄膜形成万分之一毫米程度多孔的组织,其微细孔内发生着包括吸附性的某些催化反应,与氧化钛光触媒通过紫外线照射发生催化作用的原理不同。二氧化钛的表面积为每克50平方米左右,磷酸二氧化钛的表面积为每克700平方米左右,被认为具有强烈的吸附性和因纳米粒子特性的电位转移而产生高能量的易位反应。这种催化剂与光催化剂的作用原理不同,并不需要紫外线的照射便能反复起到除臭和抗菌效果。这种催化剂在暗室也能产生效果外,因其不需要用粘合剂,具有耐水性,耐擦、不变色,不老化,透明性好等优点。能分解甲醛、苯、氨、硫化氢、乙醛等挥发性有机物,并能起到抗菌、防污的作用。由于不使用溶剂,无毒无害。四针状氧化锌晶须是一种外观呈白色疏松状粉体,微观为三维四针状立体结构,即晶须有一核心,从核心径向方向伸展出四根针状晶体,每根针状体均为单晶体微纤维,任两根针状体的夹角为109°。晶须的中心体直径 针状体根部直径针状体长度为电子衍射图像显示晶须具有位错小、晶格缺陷少的单晶性;原子吸收光谱显示晶须杂质含量少,氧化锌含量为99.95%,因此四针状氧化锌晶须近似于单晶。它是迄今所有晶须中唯一具有空间立体结构的晶须,因其独特的立体四针状三维结构,很容易实现在基体材料中的均匀分布,从而各向同性地改善材料的物理性能,同时赋予材料多种独特的功能特性。四针状氧化锌晶须具有半导体特性的氧化锌晶须纳米活性成份,能在水分和空气存在的体系中自行产生出自由电子,同时留下带正电的空穴。产生的带正电的空穴具有很强的氧化作用,负氧离子和羟基自由基非常活泼,有极强的化学活性,能切断常见有害有机物的化学键,达到氧化分解有害有机物的效果。常见的有害有机物,如甲醛、苯等。
纳米磷酸二氧化钛/纳米四针状氧化锌各自的功能特点,甲醛、苯等有害物质存在于空气中便可自然分解,无需可见光、紫外线、化学催化等特定条件,适用于各种场合,并且安全无毒。动物试验结果证实,使用时非常安全,对人体无毒无害。
由于纳米磷酸二氧化钛的纳米粒子特性的电位转移而产生高能量的易位反应和纳米四针状氧化锌晶须独特的自由电子,负氧离子和羟基自由基带动中药空气消毒剂中的除菌粒子,除甲醛粒子充分活跃极大的改变了空气中的除菌粒子,除甲醛粒子的分布状态,从而使单位面积内的自由电子,负氧离子,羟基自由基,除菌粒子分布更加均匀和充分,在纳米磷酸二氧化钛催化作用下,最终大幅提高了本发明的除菌除甲醛等有害气体的效果和效率。
本发明A组制剂与B组制剂协同作用,不仅分别从除有害化学气体和杀菌灭菌两个层面进行室内空气的彻底净化,而且两部分通过协同作用相互促进,加强了彼此的净化效果,无毒无害,高效实用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
一种室内空气净化复合制剂,其制备方法如下:称取芦荟80g、柚子皮6 0g、艾叶100g、两面针:10 0g、金银花10 0g、连翘8 0g,白芷80g、苦瓜5 0g、桑叶6 0g、茉莉花50g和地榆60g于煎锅内,加入4.62kg蒸馏水浸泡30-40min,武火煮沸,文火煎煮1.5h后冷却至室温,过滤,保留滤液,将滤渣再用同样的方法再次煎煮,冷却后保留滤液,与第一次的滤液合并,然后再次过滤,加活性炭脱色后,再次过滤,取出滤液,立即冷却,结晶,置于干燥塔干燥,磨粉得到A组制剂粉末;
将纳米磷酸二氧化钛粉末300g,然后上述A组制剂粉末混合,静置1小时后,再混入纳米四针状氧化锌晶须粉末250g充分混合,在无光条件下静置2小时,得到本发明所述的纳米复合制剂。
实施例2
称取芦荟100g、柚子皮50g、艾叶120g、两面针:80g、金银花80g、连翘60g,白芷60g、苦瓜60g、桑叶100g、茉莉花100g、地榆80g.加入6.23kg蒸馏水浸泡30-40min,水煎煮提取3次,武火煮沸,文火煎煮1h后冷却至室温,过滤,保留滤液,将滤渣再用同样的方法再次煎煮2次,冷却后保留滤液,将三次滤液合并,结晶,置于干燥塔干燥,磨粉得到A组制剂粉末;
纳米磷酸二氧化钛粉末200g,然后与上述所得A组制剂粉末混合,静置1.5小时后,再混入纳米四针状氧化锌晶须粉末400g充分混合。在无光条件下静置3小时,得到本发明所述的纳米复合制剂。
实施例3
称取芦荟60g、柚子皮30g、艾叶150g、两面针:90g、金银花100g、连翘60g,白芷80g、苦瓜50g、桑叶60g、茉莉花50g、地榆80g,加入蒸馏水3.9kg浸泡30-40min,武火煮沸,文火煎煮1h后冷却至室温,过滤,保留滤液,将滤渣再用同样的方法再次煎煮1次,冷却后保留滤液,将两次滤液合并,结晶,置于干燥塔干燥,磨粉得到A组制剂粉末;
纳米磷酸二氧化钛粉末250g、然后与上述所得A组制剂粉末混合,静置1小时后,再混入纳米四针状氧化锌晶须粉末200g充分混合。在无光条件下静置1.5小时,得到本发明所述的纳米复合制剂。
实施例4:
称取芦荟30g、柚子皮30g、艾叶60g、两面针85g、金银花50g、连翘100g,白芷100g、苦瓜100g、桑叶50g、茉莉花200g、地榆50g,加入6.84kg蒸馏水浸泡30-40min,水煎煮提取3次,武火煮沸,文火煎煮1h后冷却至室温,过滤,保留滤液,将滤渣再用同样的方法再次煎煮2次,冷却后保留滤液,将三次滤液合并,结晶,置于干燥塔干燥,磨粉得到A组制剂粉末;
纳米磷酸二氧化钛粉末150g,然后与上述所得A组制剂粉末混合,静置1.5小时后,再混入纳米四针状氧化锌晶须粉末50g充分混合。在无光条件下静置3小时,得到本发明所述的纳米复合制剂。
实施例5:
称取芦荟50g、柚子皮100g、艾叶100g、两面针80g、金银花50g、连翘60g,白芷60g、苦瓜50g、桑叶200g、茉莉花50g、地榆50g,加入5kg蒸馏水浸泡30-40min,水煎煮提取3次,武火煮沸,文火煎煮1h后冷却至室温,过滤,保留滤液,将滤渣再用同样的方法再次煎煮2次,冷却后保留滤液,将三次滤液合并,结晶,置于干燥塔干燥,磨粉得到A组制剂粉末;
纳米磷酸二氧化钛粉末30g,然后与上述所得A组制剂粉末混合,静置1.5小时后,再混入纳米四针状氧化锌晶须粉末100g充分混合。在无光条件下静置3小时,得到本发明所述的纳米复合制剂。
本发明所述的抗菌除菌除甲醛纳米复合制剂使用时,与纯净水混合形成质量浓度为5%-40%比例的溶液,也可以将溶液与硅藻泥混合后使用。
将实施例1-5分别进行试验。
试验条件:
1.实验温度;20.0℃,湿度:48.0%;
2.模拟试验室:lm3小型气候箱(密闭,配有风扇)
3.供试样品:将实施例1-5分别加纯净水混合调成原料成分含8%的喷剂,喷洒在PVC板上。
试验例1:
第一步,在环境试验箱中,将浓度为30%的甲醛溶液1.5ml;分析纯的30%氨溶液2ml;分析纯的苯溶液各0.5ml分别放在表面皿中,挥发24小时。
第二步,将表面积为1.5m2的喷洒过本发明实施例1溶液的PVC板a放置在试验仓的中央位置,然后迅速采集空气样品。记为初始浓度ca0,分别经过24小时、48小时、72小时再釆集仓内空气样品,分别记录24小时、48小时、72小时浓度ca1、ca2、ca3。
第三步,对采集的样品依据GB50325-2001《民用建筑工程室内环境污染物控制规范》、GB/T 18204.25-2000《公共场所空气中甲醛测定方法》、GB/T18204.25-2000《公共场所空气中氨测定方法》、以及GB11737-89《居住区大气中苯、甲苯和二甲苯卫生检验标准方法一气相色谱法》检测空气样品中的甲醛、氨、苯的浓度。根据样品中检测的甲醛、氨、苯的浓度,计算出本新型抗菌除菌除甲醛纳米复合制剂对甲醛、氨、苯的去除效率。

本发明抗菌除菌效果试验
抗霉菌性能检测(一)
1、检测样品:本纳米复合制剂加纯净水混合调成原料成分含8%的喷剂,喷洒在PVC板上,制作成实验样板。
2、检测依据和分析方法:采用GB/T 1741-79(89)法,该方法即《漆膜耐霉菌测定法》。
3、检测结果:检测结果见表6。

抗菌性能检测(二)
1、检测样品:本发明实施例1-5加纯净水混合调成原料成分含8%的喷剂,喷洒在PVC板上,制作成实验样板A、B、C、D和E。
2、检测依据和分析方法:采用JC/T 897-2002法,JC/T 897-2002是抗菌陶瓷制品性能的检测依据和方法。
3、检测结果:检测结果见表7。

用同样的方法进行实施例2-5的检测,检测结果为实施例2-5的抗大肠埃希氏菌率均为>99.32;>99.10;>99.29;>99.09;
实施例2-5的金黄色葡萄球菌率均为>99.63;>99.19;>98.10;>98.96;
试验结果表明,本发明能够高效快捷的杀灭大肠埃希氏菌,金黄色葡萄球菌等有害细菌。
对比例1:
将实施例1的A组制剂粉末按照试验例1的试验条件和试验步骤进行去除有害气体试验检测,检测结果见表8.

试验结果表明,对比例1也能够去除甲醛、氨、苯等有害气体,但是和实施例1-5所述的复合制剂比较效果一般,效率比较慢。
将对比例1按照试验例1-5的实验条件和实验步骤进行抗菌除菌效果试验,结果测得,对比例1抗霉菌等级为0级;抗大肠埃希氏菌率>91.46;抗金黄色葡萄球菌率>93.92。结果表明,对比例1能够杀灭大肠埃希氏菌,金黄色葡萄球菌等有害细菌。但是除菌率和本发明实施例1-5有明显的差距。
对比例2:
将实施例1的B组制剂粉末按照试验例1的试验条件和试验步骤进行去除有害气体试验检测,检测结果见表9.

试验结果表明,对比例2能够有效去除甲醛、氨、苯等有害气体,但是和本发明实施例1-5所述的复合制剂比较还是有一定的差距,同时效率也比较慢。将对比例2按照试验例1-5的实验条件和实验步骤进行抗菌除菌效果试验,结果测得,对比例2抗霉菌等级为0级;抗大肠埃希氏菌率>85.53;抗金黄色葡萄球菌率>87.97。结果表明,对比例2能够杀灭大肠埃希氏菌,金黄色葡萄球菌等有害细菌,但是除菌率和本发明实施例1-5有明显的差距。

Claims (5)
1.一种室内空气净化复合制剂,其特征在于,其包括以下组分:
A组:芦荟、柚子皮、艾叶、两面针、金银花、连翘、白芷、苦瓜、桑叶、茉莉花和地榆;
B组:纳米磷酸二氧化钛和纳米四针状氧化锌晶须。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内空气净化复合制剂,其特征在于,其包括如下重量份的组分:
A组:芦荟 3-10 份、柚子皮 3-10 份、艾叶6-15 份、两面针8-10 份、金银花5-10 份、连翘6-10 份、白芷6-10份、苦瓜 5-10 份、桑叶 5-20 份、茉莉花 5-20 份、地榆 5-10份 ;
B组:纳米磷酸二氧化钛3-30份以及纳米四针状氧化锌晶须5-40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内空气净化复合制剂,其特征在于:所述纳米磷酸二氧化钛和纳米四针状氧化锌晶须均为纯度大于98%的粉末。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种室内空气净化复合制剂,其特征在于:所述芦荟、柚子皮、艾叶、两面针、金银花、连翘,白芷、苦瓜、桑叶、茉莉花和地榆均经过风干。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种室内空气净化复合制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将A组中各组分称取规定的重量份于容器中;
(2)向容器中加入A组各组分重量总和的5~8倍蒸馏水,浸泡30-40min后进行煎煮,武火煮沸后,文火煎1-1.5h;
(3)将上述煎煮好的混合物冷却至常温后进行过滤,保留第一次滤液;
(4)将滤渣中继续加入等量的蒸馏水进行煎煮,按照第一次的方法再次煎煮1-2次后提取每一次的滤液,合并滤液;
(5)将合并后的滤液再次进行过滤,加入活性炭进行脱色处理;
(6)将脱色过的混合物再次进行过滤,保留滤液;
(7)将上述滤液浓缩烘干、研磨得到白色粉末状的A组制剂;
(8)称取规定量的纳米磷酸二氧化钛粉末,与上述A组制剂混合均匀,静置1h后,再加入规定量的纳米四针状氧化锌晶须粉末,充分混合后再避光条件下静置2-3h,即得到复合制剂。
