FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart diagram of a method of shared item fault supervision of an embodiment; the shared items include, but are not limited to, shared cars, shared bikes, shared umbrellas, shared charge traps, and the like. The method for monitoring the faults of the shared goods in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
and S11, receiving the user feedback information sent by the user terminal.
The user terminal may be a related application program in the intelligent terminal, such as APP; or may be a stand-alone terminal device.
Generally, the shared article is provided with identification information for the convenience of management of the provider. In an optional embodiment, the identification information of the item included in the user feedback information facilitates to know the user feedback information of which item. Or receiving the user feedback information sent by the user terminal and simultaneously receiving the identification information of the article. The identification information may be recorded by, for example, a two-dimensional code identifier, a barcode identifier, or an NFC tag.
And S12, if the user feedback information contains the item fault information, acquiring the current position of the item.
The method for obtaining the current position of the article may be a method for actively requesting to obtain the position information of the article, or a method for passively receiving the position information of the article reported by the real-time position.
The position information of the article may be position information obtained by a positioning device carried by the article itself; further, when the user uses the article, the position of the user terminal device is the position of the article, and therefore, the position information currently acquired by the user terminal device may be the current position information of the article. For example, the position information acquired by the mobile phone is used as the current position information of the object.
And S13, obtaining the position information of at least one fault article centralized place near the current position of the article according to the current position of the article and the position information of the fault article centralized place stored in advance.
S14, sending the location information of the at least one failed item centralized location to the user terminal.
It is understood that the executing subjects of the above steps S11-S14 may be servers, and the user terminal is connected to the servers through a network. According to the method for monitoring the shared article faults, the server can acquire the user feedback information of the article, and if the user feedback information contains article fault information, the current position of the article is acquired; according to the current position of the article and the prestored position information of the failed article centralized place, obtaining the position information of at least one failed article centralized place near the current position of the article; and transmitting the position information of the at least one fault object centralized place to the user terminal. Therefore, the article user can be guided to store the fault articles to the fault article centralized place, and the management personnel of the articles can maintain the fault articles in time.
In an alternative embodiment, the user feedback information may include user experience information of the user, and the user experience information may be different for different similar shared objects. For example, sharing usage experience information for a bicycle may include: to the evaluation of shock attenuation, turn to, the degree of difficulty of riding etc., the precious use experience information that charges of sharing can include: evaluation of charging speed, amount of electricity, and the like. The user feedback information may also include fault information that the user proposes for the article, for example, the fault information of the shared bicycle includes tire shake, chain break, brake failure, etc., and the fault information of the shared umbrella may include: broken ribs, damaged handles, etc. Through collecting user feedback information, be convenient for shared article trade company to the improvement of article or to the improvement of user's usage pattern, can also in time know the fault information of article, master the accurate quantity of oneself available article on the market.
In another optional embodiment, the user feedback information may also specifically refer to failure information proposed by the user for the article; in other words, only the user feedback including the failure information is collected, and the feedback information commented by the user is not collected, so that the load of the server is reduced, and the failure information of the article can be accurately collected.
In an optional embodiment, after obtaining the location information of the at least one failed article centralized near the current location of the article, the method further comprises: respectively calculating path planning information from the current position of the item to each failed item centralized place in the at least one failed item centralized place; and when the position information of the at least one fault article centralized place is sent to the user terminal, the path planning information is also sent to the user terminal. The path planning information is convenient for the user to send the fault articles to the fault article centralized place, and the path planning task is completed at the server terminal, so that the processing burden of the user terminal is reduced.
Of course, it can be understood that the path planning task may also be completed at the user terminal, that is, after the user terminal receives the location information of the at least one failed article centralized location returned by the server, the user terminal performs path planning according to the current location and the location information of the at least one failed article centralized location, so that the user can conveniently send the failed article to the failed article centralized location. The method is beneficial to reducing the data transmission quantity between the server and the user terminal and reducing the network burden.
In an alternative embodiment, in order to encourage the user to actively send the faulty item to the specified location, a corresponding incentive mechanism may be provided, such as providing a corresponding number/duration of free uses, or a free form, or a coupon or coupon. Correspondingly, after sending the location information of the at least one failed item centralized location to the user terminal, the server further includes: receiving a use ending message sent by the user terminal, acquiring the storage position of the article after receiving the use ending message, and judging whether the article is in any fault article centralized place according to the storage position; and if so, generating preset reward information for the user of the user terminal, and sending the reward information to the user terminal.
It can be understood that, in a preferred embodiment, the method further includes a step of presetting reward information at the server, where the reward information includes: and the information of the bill of the article used by the user of the user terminal at this time, the information of the free use times/duration, the electronic coupon or the electronic coupon and the like are exempted.
Preferably, the step of determining whether the articles are concentrated in any faulty article according to the storage position means that if the distance between the storage position of the articles and the position of the faulty article concentration is within the equipment range, it is determined that the articles are concentrated in any faulty article, otherwise, it is determined that the articles are not concentrated in the faulty article. Any faulty item may be concentrated on the at least one faulty item transmitted from the server to the user terminal (i.e., the faulty item recommended by the server is concentrated on the faulty item), or may be concentrated on another faulty item that is preset (i.e., the faulty item selected by the user himself/herself is concentrated on the faulty item).
The storage position of the article refers to a position where the article is located when a user completes an operation of locking the article or other similar operations of finishing using the article. The position information can be obtained through the positioning equipment of the article or the user terminal.
In an optional embodiment, in order to eliminate the problem that an individual user misreads an article failure to cheat encouragement, resulting in unnecessary maintenance cost, after determining that the article is concentrated in the failed article, before initiating a preset reward mechanism to the user of the user terminal, the method further comprises: detecting whether failure confirmation information of the article sent by an administrator terminal is received or not, and if so, starting a preset reward mechanism for a user of the user terminal; and/or detecting whether user feedback information which is sent by other user terminals aiming at the article and contains article fault information is received, and if so, starting a preset reward mechanism for the user of the user terminal.
For example: the server confirms that the article really fails and/or passes the same failure submitted by a subsequent user when in use through a manager, which shows that the article really fails because of the failure and the failure is not misreported by the user for obtaining the reward, and then a preset reward mechanism is started for the user of the user terminal.
Further, in order to prevent the user from reporting and confirming himself, when detecting whether the user feedback information containing the article fault information and sent by the other user terminals for the article is received, it is preferable to detect whether the user feedback information containing the article fault information and sent by the other at least two user terminals for the article is received.
In an alternative embodiment, whether or not the user finally sends the failed item to the failed item set, after receiving the end of use item message, the method includes: and calculating the time length of the user using the article at the time of the user terminal, generating corresponding bill information for the user according to the time length of the article used at the time, and returning the bill information to the user terminal. Of course, if the user has sent the failed item to the failed item centralized location, the user's bill may be automatically exempted through the reward mechanism and informed of the bill exemption.
FIG. 2 is a schematic flow chart diagram of a method of shared item fault supervision of another embodiment; the main difference between this embodiment and the embodiment in fig. 1 is that, from the interaction perspective of the user terminal and the two ends of the server, the implementation of the method for supervising the fault of the shared article is more fully described in this embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the method for monitoring faults of shared goods of the present embodiment includes the steps of:
s21, monitoring feedback operation information of the user after the user terminal identifies the article; obtaining user feedback information aiming at the article according to the feedback operation information, and sending the user feedback information to a server;
the user terminal may identify the item by scanning the identification code on the item. Preferably, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code.
S22, if the server determines that the user feedback information contains item fault information, acquiring the current position of the item; obtaining at least one fault article centralized place near the current position of the article according to the current position of the article and the position information of the fault article centralized place stored in advance; and transmitting the location information of the at least one failed item centralized location to the user terminal.
Preferably, the execution subject of step S11 is a user terminal, which may be an application program or an independent terminal device. The execution subject of step S11 is the server. For the user terminal, a user feedback function is added in advance, so that the user can conveniently feed back information. The improvement is easy to implement and low in cost. For the server, on the basis of the traditional charging function, a reward module is additionally arranged, and the reward module can provide the opportunity of bill exemption or free use for the user who actively sends the fault article to the specified place, or give a coupon or a coupon.
The following takes a sharing bicycle as an example to illustrate the method for monitoring the fault of the shared goods.
Scenario one: sudden damage of bicycle in riding process
At present, when a user suddenly breaks down a bicycle in the riding process, most of the users directly stop the bicycle, and managers cannot know the breakdown of the bicycle in time and even can not remove the breakdown in time. If the bicycle has a fault, the user can report fault information to the server through the user terminal, the server calculates a maintenance point (namely a fault bicycle concentrated place) which is close to the position according to the position of the bicycle, then the user is prompted, if the fault bicycle is sent to the close maintenance point, the bicycle is free to ride at this time, and a free riding opportunity within fifteen minutes is obtained. The user can select to send the fault bicycle to the maintenance point, and if the fault bicycle is sent to the maintenance point, the server determines that the bicycle is located at the maintenance point and can prompt the user to finish the bicycle using when the user sends the fault bicycle to the maintenance point and finishes the bicycle using. And subsequently, the maintenance personnel confirm that the single vehicle really fails or similar failure feedback submitted by two subsequent users during use shows that the vehicle really fails and the fault does not exist, and the system returns the fare before the fault to the users and rewards the opportunity of free riding.
Scenario two: bicycle with fault when user walks on road at ordinary times
The server can calculate the number of times/duration of free riding provided for the user according to the initial parking position of the vehicle and the distance between the adjacent maintenance points after determining that the faulty bicycle is sent back to the maintenance points if the user encounters the faulty bicycle on the road at ordinary times, if the user is on the road and the time is allowed, for example, if the initial parking position of the vehicle is far away from the adjacent maintenance points, the number of times/duration of free riding provided for the user is larger, and otherwise, the number of times/duration of free riding provided for the user is smaller.
In addition, after receiving the reward information, the user terminal may also share the reward message to the social platform, for example, share the reward message through a WeChat or a QQ platform. Correspondingly, the user terminal needs to be preset with a corresponding sharing function.
Therefore, the method for supervising the fault of the shared article in the embodiment solves the problems that the shared article is damaged, the subsequent maintenance and management are not timely, and the operation cost is high, considers two situations that the article is suddenly damaged in the use process and a passerby finds the fault article, and solves the problem of fault maintenance and management of the shared article with lower cost.
