一种弯折铰接线束接头
技术领域
本发明属于活动板房技术领域,具体地说,本发明涉及一种弯折铰接线束接头。
背景技术
现在在汽车、电动车、电脑等设备上,线束用的很多,且都是快接线束,特别是用在汽车上的线束,要随着汽车颠簸,连接强度不高的线束,在振动作用下就会出现连接松动,出现接触不良,影响设备正常使用,目前的线束与线束接头连接都是通过胶接,内部用固定直触片连接,容易出现上述故障。
发明内容
本发明提供一种弯折铰接线束接头,提高线束接头振动情况下的电性连接的稳定性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种弯折铰接线束接头,包括半接一和半接二,所述半接二和半接一下端铰接,所述半接一上端面上设有卡接槽口,半接一内部设有接线柱,所述接线柱内设有矩形孔,所述矩形孔内设有方管形金属套,所述半接二上端面上设有弹性卡钩,半接二内部设有连接柱,所述连接柱上设有金属片。
优选的,所述卡接槽口为矩形槽口。
优选的,所述方管形金属套与矩形孔过盈配合。
优选的,所述金属片为月牙形。
优选的,所述金属片采用铍青铜材料。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:该弯折铰接线束接头,将半接二与半接一绕着铰接处旋转,直至弹性卡钩卡入卡接槽口中,此时连接柱前端的金属片插入方管形金属套中,因为金属片为月牙形,所以在方管形金属套中处于张紧状态,使金属片前端和月牙形的弧线最上端与方管形金属套内壁紧密接触,在月牙形的金属片的张力作用下,提高线束接头振动情况下的电性连接的稳定性。
所述卡接槽口为矩形槽口,所述弹性卡钩可卡入卡接槽口中,保证了半接二和半接一连接的稳定性。所述方管形金属套与矩形孔过盈配合,防止金属片在方管形金属套内进进出出造成方管形金属套的脱落。所述金属片采用铍青铜材料,铍青铜具有很高的弹性极限、非常小的弹性滞后、高的抗应力松弛性能和疲劳性能,高的强度和耐磨性,碰撞不产生火花等优良特性,提高了金属片的使用寿命。

如图1所示,本发明是一种弯折铰接线束接头,提高线束接头振动情况下的电性连接的稳定性。
具体的说,如图1所示,包括半接一1和半接二2,所述半接二2和半接一1下端铰接,所述半接一1上端面上设有卡接槽口10,半接一1内部设有接线柱11,所述接线柱11内设有矩形孔12,所述矩形孔12内设有方管形金属套13,所述半接二2上端面上设有弹性卡钩20,半接二2内部设有连接柱21,所述连接柱21上设有金属片22。
如图1所示,所述卡接槽口10为矩形槽口。所述方管形金属套13与矩形孔12过盈配合。所述金属片22为月牙形。所述金属片22采用铍青铜材料。
以下用具体实施例对具体工作方式进行阐述:
实施例1:
该弯折铰接线束接头,将半接二2与半接一1绕着铰接处旋转,直至弹性卡钩20卡入卡接槽口10中,此时连接柱21前端的金属片22插入方管形金属套13中,因为金属片22为月牙形,所以在方管形金属套13中处于张紧状态,使金属片22前端和月牙形的弧线最上端与方管形金属套13内壁紧密接触,在月牙形的金属片22的张力作用下,提高线束接头振动情况下的电性连接的稳定性。
实施例2:
所述卡接槽口10为矩形槽口,所述弹性卡钩20可卡入卡接槽口10中,保证了半接二2和半接一1连接的稳定性。所述方管形金属套13与矩形孔12过盈配合,防止金属片22在方管形金属套13内进进出出造成方管形金属套13的脱落。所述金属片22采用铍青铜材料,铍青铜具有很高的弹性极限、非常小的弹性滞后、高的抗应力松弛性能和疲劳性能,高的强度和耐磨性,碰撞不产生火花等优良特性,提高了金属片的使用寿命。

1.一种弯折铰接线束接头,其特征在于:包括半接一(1)和半接二(2),所述半接二(2)和半接一(1)下端铰接,所述半接一(1)上端面上设有卡接槽口(10),半接一(1)内部设有接线柱(11),所述接线柱(11)内设有矩形孔(12),所述矩形孔(12)内设有方管形金属套(13),所述半接二(2)上端面上设有弹性卡钩(20),半接二(2)内部设有连接柱(21),所述连接柱(21)上设有金属片(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弯折铰接线束接头,其特征在于:所述卡接槽口(10)为矩形槽口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弯折铰接线束接头,其特征在于:所述方管形金属套(13)与矩形孔(12)过盈配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种弯折铰接线束接头,其特征在于:所述金属片(22)为月牙形。
