Abstract
The invention relates to a capacitor charging and discharging device, which is characterized in that: the device comprises a singlechip module, a device input end, a rectifying circuit, a singlechip power supply circuit, a charging and discharging circuit and a load; the input end of the device is connected with a rectifying circuit, the rectifying circuit is connected with an A switch and a singlechip power supply circuit, and the singlechip power supply circuit is connected with a singlechip module through a B switch; the charging and discharging circuit comprises a plurality of paths of charging and discharging circuits, each path of charging and discharging circuit comprises a front PMOS circuit, a front anti-recoil circuit, a replaceable capacitor slot, a rear PMOS circuit and a rear anti-recoil circuit which are sequentially connected, the input of the front PMOS circuit and the input of the rear PMOS circuit are connected with an A switch, and the output of the rear anti-recoil circuit is connected with a load; the IO port of the single chip microcomputer module is connected with a front optical coupling circuit and a rear optical coupling circuit, the front optical coupling circuit is connected with a front PMOS circuit, and the rear optical coupling circuit is connected with a rear PMOS circuit. The invention provides impact simulation for the LED load by charging and discharging the capacitor, and easily obtains various bad phenomena caused by impact of the LED.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a capacitor charging and discharging device, in particular to a capacitor charging and discharging device for providing impact simulation to an LED load when an LED is analyzed.
Background
In the driving scheme of the LED, no matter the LED is in a resistance-capacitance voltage reduction scheme, a switching chip constant current scheme, a constant current IC or a linear constant current scheme, the output end of the LED is provided with a filter capacitor. In addition, noise impact from the power grid can be superposed on the input end of the driver, and due to large pattern difference, the noise impact cannot be completely processed at the front end of the driver, so that accidental impact on the LED load is inevitably generated at the output end of the driver. However, the method has strong randomness and is not easy to capture and reproduce, so that the analysis difficulty is high when the LED fails due to impact.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a capacitor charging and discharging device aiming at the research of a capacitor on an LED impact mode.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the capacitance charging and discharging device is characterized in that: the device comprises a singlechip module, a device input end, a rectifying circuit, a singlechip power supply circuit, a charging and discharging circuit and a load; the input end of the device is connected with a rectifying circuit, the rectifying circuit is connected with an A switch and a singlechip power supply circuit, and the singlechip power supply circuit is connected with a singlechip module through a B switch; the charging and discharging circuit comprises a plurality of paths of charging and discharging circuits, each path of charging and discharging circuit comprises a front PMOS circuit, a front anti-recoil circuit, a replaceable capacitor slot, a rear PMOS circuit and a rear anti-recoil circuit which are sequentially connected, the input of the front PMOS circuit and the input of the rear PMOS circuit are connected with an A switch, and the output of the rear anti-recoil circuit is connected with a load; the IO port of the single chip microcomputer module is connected with a front optical coupling circuit and a rear optical coupling circuit, the front optical coupling circuit is connected with a front PMOS circuit, and the rear optical coupling circuit is connected with a rear PMOS circuit.
Furthermore, the device also comprises a low-voltage input interface, and the low-voltage input interface is connected with the singlechip module through a switch B.
Further, the low-voltage input interface is an external input interface.
Furthermore, the switch B is a double-throw switch, and external low-voltage direct current provided by a low-voltage input interface or low-voltage direct current generated by the input end of the device after passing through a singlechip power supply circuit can be selected through the switch B.
Furthermore, the single chip microcomputer module is connected with a key control group for setting charging time, discharging time and switching mode.
Furthermore, the single chip microcomputer module is connected with a control expansion circuit, and the control expansion circuit comprises an infrared and wireless transmitting and receiving module.
According to the capacitor charging and discharging device, the capacitor is charged and discharged, impact simulation is provided for an LED load, various bad phenomena caused by impact of an LED are easily obtained, and the optimization direction of LED driving is effectively guided.

As shown in fig. 1, the capacitor charging and discharging device of the present invention includes a single chip module 4, a device input terminal 1, a rectifying circuit 2, a single chip power supply circuit 7, a low voltage input interface 6, a charging and discharging circuit 15, and a load 16; the input end 1 of the device is connected with a rectifying circuit 2, the rectifying circuit 2 is connected with an A switch 3 and a singlechip power supply circuit 7, the singlechip power supply circuit 7 and a low-voltage input interface 6 are respectively connected with a singlechip module 4 through a B switch 5, the low-voltage input interface 6 is an external input interface (the low-voltage input interface 6 can be a mini USB interface, a micro USB interface or a type-c USB interface so as to realize the common use of a common charger, such as computer USB electricity taking, a mobile phone charger and the like), and the B switch 5 is a double-throw switch, so that the connection of external power supply from the low-voltage input interface 6 or the connection of internal power supply from the singlechip power supply circuit 7 can be selected; when the singlechip module 4 is programmed on line, an external power supply parallel computer is selected, and when the singlechip module is applied on line, an internal power supply is selected.
The charging and discharging circuit 15 comprises a plurality of paths of charging and discharging circuits, each path of charging and discharging circuit comprises a front PMOS circuit 9, a front anti-recoil circuit 10, a replaceable capacitor slot 11, a rear PMOS circuit 13 and a rear anti-recoil circuit 14 which are sequentially connected, the input of the front PMOS circuit 9 and the input of the rear PMOS circuit 13 are connected with the switch A3, and the output of the rear anti-recoil circuit 14 is connected with a load 16; an IO port of the single chip microcomputer module 4 is connected with a front optocoupler circuit 8 and a rear optocoupler circuit 12, the front optocoupler circuit 8 is connected with a front PMOS circuit 9, the rear optocoupler circuit 12 is connected with a rear PMOS circuit 13, and the single chip microcomputer module 4 controls the on-off of the front optocoupler circuit 8 and the rear optocoupler circuit 12 to realize the on-off of the front PMOS circuit 9 and the rear PMOS circuit 13; the front anti-recoil circuit 10 prevents the capacitor from impacting the front optical coupler circuit 8 during discharging, and the rear anti-recoil circuit 14 prevents the capacitor from absorbing the discharged electricity after the single load corresponding to the load 16 fails, so that the energy impacts the rear optical coupler circuit 12.
The single chip microcomputer module 4 is connected with a key control group 17 and a control expansion circuit 18; the key control group 17 can set the charging time, the discharging time and whether the multi-way synchronous switch mode or the flow switch mode or the self-defined switch mode; the control expansion circuit 18 comprises infrared and wireless sending and receiving modules, and can realize remote control such as infrared remote control, Bluetooth control, wifi control and GPRS control.
The replaceable capacitor slot 11 supports a plugging function, and capacitors with different withstand voltages and different capacities can be designed and replaced according to loads.
The single chip module 4 can select different types to obtain different numbers of the multi-path charging and discharging circuits 15, and can change the number of channels of the load 16.
The working principle of the capacitor charging and discharging device is as follows: the charge and discharge of a capacitor are controlled by a singlechip, input voltage (the range of AC/DC is 0-220V) enters a rectifying circuit 2 through an input end 1 of the device, rectified direct current enters an A switch 3, the A switch 3 is used as input entering a front PMOS circuit 9 and a rear PMOS circuit 13 and is controlled, meanwhile, part of the direct current enters a singlechip power supply circuit 7, and the voltage of DC5V or DC3.3V when the singlechip works is obtained; the single chip microcomputer module 4 controls the front optical coupling circuit 8 and the rear optical coupling circuit 12, the front optical coupling circuit 8 and the rear optical coupling circuit 12 are asynchronously opened and closed, charging and discharging of the capacitor are achieved, and charging and discharging of the capacitor to a load are achieved at the same time.
According to the invention, the on-off of the optocoupler is controlled through the IO port of the singlechip, the optocoupler switches on and off the PMOS tube, so that the charging and discharging of the capacitor are realized, the load is disconnected when the capacitor is charged, and the discharged electricity is directly supplied to the load when the capacitor is discharged. The charging and discharging of each path of capacitor are controlled by one path of IO port respectively, each path of IO port corresponds to one group of switch circuits, each circuit comprises an optical coupling circuit and a PMOS circuit, when the charging circuit is switched on, the voltage of the input end of the device is rectified and then charges the capacitor through the PMOS, the discharging circuit is switched off at the moment, after the charging time reaches, the charging circuit is switched off, the charging of the input end to the capacitor is stopped, the discharging circuit is switched on simultaneously, the capacitor discharges to the load at the moment, the input of the load is not influenced by the input end of the device, and different output results which are expected to be needed can be obtained by setting the voltage of the capacitor, the capacity of the capacitor, the charging.

A capacitor charging and discharging device is characterized in that: the device comprises a singlechip module (4), a device input end (1), a rectifying circuit (2), a singlechip power supply circuit (7), a charging and discharging circuit (15) and a load (16); the input end (1) of the device is connected with a rectifying circuit (2), the rectifying circuit (2) is connected with an A switch (3) and a singlechip power supply circuit (7), and the singlechip power supply circuit (7) is connected with a singlechip module (4) through a B switch (5); the charging and discharging circuit (15) comprises a plurality of paths of charging and discharging circuits, each path of charging and discharging circuit comprises a front PMOS circuit (9), a front anti-recoil circuit (10), a replaceable capacitor slot (11), a rear PMOS circuit (13) and a rear anti-recoil circuit (14) which are sequentially connected, the input of the front PMOS circuit (9) and the input of the rear PMOS circuit (13) are connected with the switch A (3), and the output of the rear anti-recoil circuit (14) is connected with a load (16); an IO port of the single chip microcomputer module (4) is connected with a front optical coupling circuit (8) and a rear optical coupling circuit (12), the front optical coupling circuit (8) is connected with a front PMOS circuit (9), and the rear optical coupling circuit (12) is connected with a rear PMOS circuit (13);
The low-voltage input interface (6) is connected with the single chip microcomputer module (4) through the switch B (5).
