Another object of the invention is to provide the application of the medical constant-temperature water tank in the heating softening of thermoplastic films.
The water tank provided by the invention overcomes the defect that when an individual thermoplastic film is manufactured for a patient in radiotherapy, a worker needs to shake the film repeatedly for many times after the film is softened and can use the water tank after water is shaken off. This method causes pollution and moisture to the floor of the working environment. The water tank provided by the invention is provided with the water absorption body, the water absorption treatment can be carried out on the thermoplastic film, and meanwhile, the water absorption body can be replaced and can continuously maintain the water absorption property. The design of the water tank is changed for the heating mode of the thermoplastic film, the thermoplastic film is softened by steam, the water content of the thermoplastic film is greatly reduced unlike the traditional mode of placing the thermoplastic film in warm water, and the water absorption treatment of the water absorption body can better solve the problem that the thermoplastic film is softened and has a large amount of water. The water tank has the advantages of reasonable design, simple and convenient manufacture, low cost and easy popularization.
