Abstract
The invention discloses a backlight module and a display device, wherein the backlight module comprises: the light guide plate comprises a light incident side; the light bar is arranged on the light incident side of the light guide plate and comprises a light bar substrate and a light emitting unit arranged on the light bar substrate, and the light bar substrate is a metal substrate; the back frame comprises a back frame bottom plate, the light bar substrate and the back frame bottom plate are provided with an overlapping area in the first direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the back frame bottom plate, the back frame bottom plate and the light bar substrate are attached to the overlapping area, and the back frame bottom plate is provided with an opening in the overlapping area. The backlight module and the display device provided by the embodiment of the invention can lead out heat generated by the backlight source during light emitting in time, and have good heat dissipation effect.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the light bar substrate 111 is an aluminum substrate or an aluminum alloy substrate, and aluminum or an aluminum alloy has a good heat dissipation effect, so that heat generated by the light emitting unit can be quickly conducted out. With reference to fig. 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present embodiment, the first portion 1111 and the second portion 1112 of the light bar substrate 111 are both attached to the bottom plate of the back frame, and at this time, the light bar substrate 111 may be cast and designed to have the aforementioned "Z" shape.

In another alternative implementation manner of this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a partial schematic view of another backlight module provided in the embodiment of the present invention, wherein the light bar substrate 111 further includes a first surface 131 attached to the back frame bottom plate 121 and a second surface 132 away from the back frame bottom plate 121, and a hollow area is provided between the first surface 131 and the second surface 132, and the hollow area is configured to enable heat to be more easily released to an external environment.
Another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention further provides a display device, including the backlight module in any one of the above embodiments.
