本发明涉及照明设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种便携式照明设备。
背景技术:
现有的照明设备如手电筒一般是手握持进行照明,其照明灯头处没有防护措施,使得在不使用时,容易磕碰而受损,影响使用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种便携式照明设备,它可以在不使用时,通过保护盖保护灯壳体及镜片,使其不受损,提高使用寿命。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种便携式照明设备,包括灯壳体,所述灯壳体的底面中部固定有调节块,调节块的外侧壁具有花键凸起条,外筒体的上部具有上通孔,上通孔的底面中部具有下插接孔,下插接孔的内侧壁上具有花键槽,灯壳体插套在上通孔中,调节块插套在下插接孔中,花键凸起条插套在对应的花键槽中,下插接孔的底面具有主通孔,自润滑导向套插套在主通孔中,自润滑导向套的外侧壁固定在主通孔的内侧壁上,主调节套插套在自润滑导向套中,主调节套的外侧壁紧贴自润滑导向套的内侧壁,主调节套的底端固定有转动部,转动部处于外筒体的底面,主调节套的上端外侧壁具有径向延伸边,径向延伸边压靠在下插接孔的底面上,调节块的底面固定有升降螺杆,升降螺杆螺接在主调节套中。
所述灯壳体的顶端外侧壁具有外螺纹,灯罩螺接在灯壳体的顶端外侧壁上,灯壳体的顶端面上放置有镜片,镜片插套在灯罩的顶板的底面边部具有的环形凹槽中,镜片夹持在灯罩的顶板与灯壳体的顶面之间,镜片覆盖灯罩的顶板中部具有的透光通孔;
所述灯壳体中安装有散热基板,散热基板的顶面中部固定有LED灯主板,LED灯主板的顶面安装有多个LED灯体;
所述灯壳体的底板的顶面固定有驱动电源,灯壳体的内侧壁上固定有电池槽体。
所述调节块的中部具有空腔,空腔的底面具有连接通孔,外筒体的底板上具有斜向出气通孔,斜向出气通孔与下插接孔相通。
所述灯壳体的侧壁上具有螺接通孔,螺接通孔与电池槽体的安装槽相通,盖板螺接在螺接通孔中,盖板的内侧壁上固定有的缓冲绝缘层压靠在电池槽体中安装有的电池上。
所述灯壳体的底板的顶面固定有控制主板,外筒体的底面固定有控制按钮,控制按钮的连接线穿过斜向出气通孔、连接通孔、空腔并伸入灯壳体中与控制主板电连接,LED灯主板的连接线穿过散热基板并与驱动电源电连接,驱动电源的连接线与控制主板电连接,电池槽体通过连接线与控制主板电连接。
所述灯壳体的侧壁上成型有多个透气通孔。
所述外筒体的顶端铰接有保护盖,保护盖覆盖外筒体的顶面,保护盖与铰接处相对的一端的底面固定有固定凸块,固定凸块弹性卡置在外筒体的顶面上具有的上凹孔中。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以在不使用时,通过保护盖保护灯壳体及镜片,使其不受损,提高使用寿命。

进一步的说,所述灯壳体10的顶端外侧壁具有外螺纹,灯罩11螺接在灯壳体10的顶端外侧壁上,灯壳体10的顶端面上放置有镜片12,镜片12插套在灯罩11的顶板的底面边部具有的环形凹槽中,镜片12夹持在灯罩11的顶板与灯壳体10的顶面之间,镜片12覆盖灯罩11的顶板中部具有的透光通孔111;

进一步的说,所述灯壳体10的侧壁上具有螺接通孔17,螺接通孔17与电池槽体160的安装槽相通,盖板18螺接在螺接通孔17中,盖板18的内侧壁上固定有的缓冲绝缘层181压靠在电池槽体160中安装有的电池上。
进一步的说,所述灯壳体10的底板的顶面固定有控制主板19,外筒体20的底面固定有控制按钮1,控制按钮1的连接线穿过斜向出气通孔26、连接通孔104、空腔103并伸入灯壳体10中与控制主板19电连接,LED灯主板14的连接线穿过散热基板13并与驱动电源15电连接,驱动电源15的连接线与控制主板19电连接,电池槽体160通过连接线与控制主板19电连接。

本实施例在使用时,可以通过将保护盖27翻开,然后,转动调节套25,使得灯壳体10伸出外筒体20实现照明,而需要更换电池时,至需要将盖板18与外筒体20的侧壁上具有安装通孔对应,将盖板18卸下即可更换,非常方便。
