Abstract
本发明公开了一种防震投射LED灯,包括外罩、透明灯罩、LED灯源、散热器、基板和连接头,所述LED灯的顶端为连接头,所述连接头设于外罩内上端,所述连接头下端外壁还包覆弹簧,所述外罩和透明灯罩通过螺钉固定,且外罩和透明灯罩连接处设基板,所述基板上设散热器,所述散热器设于连接头中,所述基板下设有LED灯源,所述LED灯源设于基板的中部。本发明结构牢固可靠,设置有多重减震措施,整个灯具抗震性能好,有效防止了强烈震动造成的灯体脱落、灯具寿命减少等问题,安全隐患低;光源投射面广,利于广阔场地的使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明器具领域,具体涉及一种防震投射LED灯。
背景技术
在日益注重节能环保的今天,LED照明灯具因其显著的节能省电效益而替代传统灯具,并且有着越来越广泛的应用。在公路、铁路、高架桥、场站、码头、大型设施、电力、冶金、及各类厂区、场馆等场所,因为照明灯具安装于各种大型作业、施工现场事故抢修、抢险救灾等及移动的设备上,所用的照明灯具常常会长期受到多种高频率的震动、颠簸作用,灯具长时间处于这种不规则受力环境中工作,普通LED灯具结构的零部件结合部位多采用胶粘固定,受力时将出现散热片与线路板、灯体与支架之间产生松动,灯丝被震断,甚至出现灯口脱落的现象。因此,如何保证在有震动的场所灯具能够安全工作是本技术领域人员一直研究的技术课题。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种防震投射LED灯。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种防震投射LED灯,包括外罩、透明灯罩、LED灯源、散热器、基板和连接头,所述LED灯的顶端为连接头,所述连接头设于外罩内上端,所述连接头下端外壁还包覆弹簧,所述外罩和透明灯罩通过螺钉固定,且外罩和透明灯罩连接处设基板,所述基板设上设散热器上,所述散热器设于灯罩中,所述基板下设有LED灯源,所述LED灯源设于基板的中部。
进一步地,所述外罩和透明灯罩的螺钉连接处设置有螺纹减震胶垫,螺钉与外罩和透明灯罩相接部位均设置有减震胶垫。
进一步地,所述连接头分连接头上部、连接头中部和连接头下部,所述连接头中部为与散热器直径相同的圆柱,所述连接头下部为直径小于散热器的圆柱,所述连接头下部外设用于减震的弹簧。
进一步地,所述散热器与基板连接处还设防震隔层片。
进一步地,所述LED灯源为层叠状,所述LED灯源上靠近基板的顶层和中间层侧边均设LED灯珠,其底层底面均匀设LED灯珠,将灯珠发散布置于灯罩内,使光源的投射方向不局限于基板底部,投射面更广阔。
进一步地,所述外罩上设有散热口,增强LED灯的散热。
本发明的防震投射LED灯具有以下优点:结构牢固可靠,设置有多重减震措施,整个灯具抗震性能好,有效防止了强烈震动造成的灯体脱落、灯具寿命减少等问题,安全隐患低;光源投射面广,利于广阔场地的使用。

其中,1.外罩、2.透明灯罩、3.LED灯源、4.散热器、5.基板、6.连接头、61.连接头上部、62.连接头中部、63.连接头下部、7.弹簧、8.防震隔层片。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-2对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
1. 如图1所示,一种防震投射LED灯,外罩(1)、透明灯罩(2)、LED灯源(3)、散热器(4)、基板(5)和连接头(6),所述LED灯的顶端为连接头(6),所述连接头(6)设于外罩(1)内上端,所述连接头(6)下端外壁还包覆弹簧(7),所述外罩(1)和透明灯罩(2)通过螺钉固定,且外罩(1)和透明灯罩(2)连接处设基板(5),所述基板(5)上设散热器(4),所述散热器(4)设于外罩(1)中,所述基板(5)下设LED灯源(3),所述LED灯源(3)设于基板(5)的中部。
所述外罩(1)和透明灯罩(2)的螺钉连接处设置有螺纹减震胶垫,螺钉与外罩(1)和透明灯罩(2)相接部位均设置有减震胶垫。
所述连接头(6)分连接头上部(61)、连接头中部(62)和连接头下部(63),所述连接头中部(62)为与散热器(4)直径相同的圆柱,所述连接头下部(63)为直径小于散热器(4)的圆柱,所述连接头下部(63)外设用于减震的弹簧(7)。所述散热器(4)与基板(5)连接处还设防震隔层片(8)。
如图2所示,所述LED灯源(3)为层叠状,所述LED灯源(3)上靠近基板(5)的顶层和中间层侧边均设LED灯珠,其底层底面均匀设LED灯珠,将灯珠发散布置于灯罩内,使光源的投射方向不局限于基板(5)底部,投射面更广阔。
所述外罩(1)上设有散热口,增强LED灯的散热。
本发明的防震投射LED灯具有以下优点:结构牢固可靠,设置有多重减震措施,整个灯具抗震性能好,有效防止了强烈震动造成的灯体脱落、灯具寿命减少等问题,安全隐患低;光源投射面广,利于广阔场地的使用。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (6)
1.一种防震投射LED灯,其特征在于,包括外罩(1)、透明灯罩(2)、LED灯源(3)、散热器(4)、基板(5)和连接头(6),所述LED灯的顶端为连接头(6),所述连接头(6)设于外罩(1)内上端,所述连接头(6)下端外壁还包覆弹簧(7),所述外罩(1)和透明灯罩(2)通过螺钉固定,且外罩(1)和透明灯罩(2)连接处设基板(5),所述基板(5)上设散热器(4),所述散热器(4)设于外罩(1)中,所述基板(5)下设LED灯源(3),所述LED灯源(3)设于基板(5)的中部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防震投射LED灯,其特征在于,所述外罩(1)和透明灯罩(2)的螺钉连接处设置有螺纹减震胶垫,螺钉与外罩(1)和透明灯罩(2)相接部位均设置有减震胶垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防震投射LED灯,其特征在于,所述连接头(6)分连接头上部(61)、连接头中部(62)和连接头下部(63),所述连接头中部(62)为与散热器(4)直径相同的圆柱,所述连接头下部(63)为直径小于散热器(4)的圆柱,所述连接头下部(63)外设用于减震的弹簧(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防震投射LED灯,其特征在于,所述散热器(4)与基板(5)连接处设防震隔层片(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防震投射LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯源(3)为层叠状,所述LED灯源(3)上靠近基板(5)的顶层和中间层侧边均设LED灯珠,其底层底面均匀设LED灯珠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防震投射LED灯,其特征在于,所述外罩(1)上设有散热口。
