After the locking operation is finished, the rocker arm 4 is released, and at the moment, under the action of the arc groove 7-1 at the lower end of the locking block 7 and the dead weight of the locking block 7, the force for enabling the convex surfaces of the two cams 6 to continuously draw close to the middle of the arc groove 7-1 is applied, so that the initial horizontal state cannot be automatically recovered, and the locking state is stable.
When the gate 8 needs to be unlocked, the gate 8 is lifted up by the hoist, the gate 8 is separated from the locking limiting device, the rocker arms are rotated to the initial position in opposite directions during locking, the two cams 6 rotate synchronously, the convex surfaces of the cams 6 rotate to the horizontal position from the vertical position, the locking block 7 descends stably by means of self weight, the locking block exits from the rotating space of the locking body 2, the locking body 2 can rotate freely and does not bear load any more, and the unlocking operation of the gate 8 is realized (see fig. 10).
